Wow! These folks are absolutely amazing! We had an immediate panic when every toilet and shower backed up at once. Ashley very patiently talked us through some troubleshooting and when we weren’t able to go any further she got Keith out to take care of us right away. Keith was SO helpful and gave us a much appreciated education on how our septic system works. We can not recommend Priority Plumbing enough.
Literally everyone that helped us were so friendly, knowledgeable and went way above and beyond our expectations. The communication and updates were really reassuring.

I experienced a slow draining plumbing situation, and experience indicated a full septic tank. Of course, this always happens close to a weekend! I called a few services, and Priority Pumping had a quick service opening for next day. Keith H. came out and diagnosed a full septic tank with a grease plug at the inlet. He pumped, drain-cleaned and quoted me for repairs. The whole experience was pleasant and, dare I say, fun! I am now a loyal customer of Priority Pumping, and recommend their services to everybody on my street! Thanks, Keith!!

We have had a very good experience working with Priority Pumping. After having numerous issues with a septic system installed only 5 years ago by another company in town and no luck working with that particular company to get it resolved, we hired Priority Pumping to install a new system for us. All of our interactions with PP have been professional, helpful and courteous. This has not been the case in our dealings with other local companies in this industry, so it has been refreshing to work with Priority Pumping and have confidence that they will stand behind their work. Everyone from the office staff to the pump truck operators have been great to work with. Thanks for all of your help and diligence.

It was time to septic tank maintenance pumped so I contacted Priority Pumping for a rough estimate. They were very professional and pleasant on the phone asking questions about the septic tank. She gave me a some base costs provided there are no issues with the system. Later I called and scheduled a service. I was kept fully informed regularly, including the name of the person doing the service, right up to the point of them being enroute to my house. The workman were courteous and did a nice job. The leadman advised me of the septic tanks condition and recommended service time frames. Very pleased with their service.

Best septic company around. Originally had our septic inspection scheduled with another company who didn’t call to have the yard marked and burst a water line then left before calling me. My agent found priority who had a cancellation in my area only two days later and that first failed company was a blessing because without the leak I would have never gotten to interact with Dustin and the whole team from Priority. Not only was Dustin on time and professional. He took the time to properly locate my tank (which had the other guys done they wouldn’t have sprung a leak!) and dig out the lid which of course since my home was built in the 60’s was corroded. I thought for sure upon hearing this news we would have to reschedule to allow more time to open the tank but no! Dustin was able to open the tank and walked me through all the possibilities and what repairs were going to be needed even if we passed. While he was preforming the flow test he allowed my 4 year old son to check out his “excavator” as he is super into construction vehicles.
Even though my tank failed I feel like we won because we found a great company to help us figure out the path forward staffed by amazing, knowledgeable, personable people from Lauren who called me to schedule the appointment to Dustin who explained everything along the way including laying out our options to decide on doing more investigative work and a potential repair or connecting to the sewer. I’m glad that either way we can use this company again. I’d give you all a 15 if I could.

Called Priority for a septic tank clean out. Got an accurate estimate and clear needs for a smooth clean out process. Keith arrived before our time and I appreciated the texts on his arrival. Keith was efficient, pleasant and very informative on some “do’s and don’t s” with the septic system. Thank you for a dress free septic clean out. Best in the valley.

Tanya, Jake, Lauren and Dusty provided great service to me under challenging circumstances for all. I needed a full replacement of a seepage pit, and supply, resource, and permitting issues all provided the challenges, but the Priority Pumping team kept me informed throughout the process. I knew I had chosen the right contractor after meeting with Tanya and Lauren at the outset of the project, and everyone involved helped me completely understand the process and worked with me to create a solution that worked for me and complied with all requirements. Priority Pumping did an outstanding job removing a clog from a sewer line and servicing my Septic System. They were outstanding from the initial contact through completion of the service. Communications were great, and the quoted me a fair price and stuck to the quote even though some additional work was completed.

We used Priority for septic tank pumping, repair, and adding a riser .
Our original time frame had to be changed from early am to early afternoon.
When they finally showed up, they were an hour plus late outside of the 2 hour window time frame.
Keith was the only one doing any work , as he had a new guy with him who didn’t do much at all.
Once he finally dug down to the septic tank, he found a couple of issues that needed repair along with the pumping of the tank. We had to wait another nine days with an open trench in the yard and nothing to even cover it. That is a liability on their part, seems how we have small dogs and have had other workers at our home to perform weed and pest spray. Just think if someone had small children. Seems odd that they wouldn’t tarp it or use caution tape for that open area.

I was also not happy to find out that there was all this extra money tacked on for labor, that I was never notified of or told about. I had even called the office the day before and spoke to Sophie, about exactly what the costs were and nothing was mentioned about the $300 labor charge that was tacked on to our already inflated bill. They only mentioned the riser and the repair amounts, while failing to mention the labor charges.

I will admit that Keith was knowledgeable and professional, however it doesn’t take away the negatives .

Lauren was awesome in scheduling us for a pumping and pre sale inspection on our septic system. She even went out of their normal service area to make it happen. I called 9 other local septic companies before I called her. She now moves to #1 on my list. Dustin came out and did the inspection and pumping and left the property in the same way he found it. Amazing effort and superior service from a company we took a chance on. Thank you to the entire team! We will get our house closing done on time!!!

They came out to do a septic inspection. In the process they chipped one of my septic lids. They used a hydraulic hammer or something to get the lid off and chipped it. From there they did not send me pictures of that issue they caused. They only sent me pictures of the good lid. They said my tank was extremely corroded and needed to be replaced. No picture proof of the inside tank corrosion either. That was/is not the truth. I’ve had two other trusted septic companies look at it since then. When two other companies tell you that your tank is just fine then that is proof right there that Priority Pumping does make honest work a priority. Also, now that I’ve asked them about this nobody really wants to talk to me. The technician I spoke with got very argumentative and hung up and said I was too frustrated for him. I spoke with him again and he was very annoyed with my questions because I was asking yes or no questions and I was told that I am not a lawyer. Why mention lawyer and be defensive if you did nothing wrong?… Please don’t use this company. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Thank you.

Just had Dustin from Priority Pumping pump out our septic tank today. He arrived within the time window they gave us, He introduced himself and was friendly. He quickly got to work and answered all my questions. He also explained to me why it is important to have my system pumped regularly and showed me some components of the tank. I would like to thank everyone at Priority Pumping for making this a fast and easy experience and will be using them for all my septic system needs.

I had to have my septic tank pumped and inspected. I called to get pricing, process and availability information.Savannah was very helpful in getting the information I needed. I waited a day, called back and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Savannah sent forms and job scope through email and I was able to read things carefully before signing and submitting documents.I received a confirmation immediately.
The day of the appointment, the service tech, Keith H. sent me a text letting me know he was on his way (a little early). Upon arrival, Keith introduced me to his assistant Devone , told me what the job entailed and got right to work. Kieth and Devone were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and showed great respect for the 3 hour window of time they had to get the work done in. They answered my questions, made sure I knew what they were doing and restored the work site to what it was when the job was done.
I felt the communication, responsiveness, professionalism and and quality of work done was outstanding and I highly recommend Priority Pumping.

had back up in system for last 2 weeks, had plumbers out twice, redid all pipes under home, still backed up; called Priority, spoke to Lauren, Priority had tech out in 2 hours. I had Priority pump two septic tanks at my place today. Keith Hargis arrived and within 2 hours had located, excavated and pumped both ranks. He was very pleasant and personable and a pleasure to talk with. This is the first time Prioriyh has been here and I can say they will definately be back in the future. Had an amazing experience with Priority Pumping! They pumped my grease trap at my donut shop that was overdue for a cleaning and they were super responsive throughout the entire process, even with a reschedule. Keith was my technician and he was friendly and able to get the job done super efficiently! I’ll definitely be scheduling again with Priority Pumping!

First off, I was referred to Priority through a customer that brought his vehicle to my place of business. I called immediately and talked with Sofie and my appointment was set ASAP!
Second the service technician Dustin was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! He took care of all my issues and made sure that I was a satisfied customer, even though I was in his face trying to assist! He went above and beyond what I needed to make sure the line was not clogged and all was taken care of.
All said and done… amazing experience with this company and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

I originally called Priority Pumping to do an inspection on my septic system to sell our home. Unfortunately, during the inspection we found out that the inspector that did the inspection 3 yrs earlier when we bought the home was a liar and passed the septic system when and shouldn't have, because it was corroded and coming apart. But Priority Pumping showed us what they found and then worked with us to get it replaced and completed within 3 weeks so we could complete the sale of our house on time. From the owner, Tanya to Dusty, the gentleman that did the entire install. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This company did a fabulous job and I would recommend them for all your septic needs. They get the job done without excuses and without hidden costs and are very fairly priced. In the current business market where it seems so hard to trust companies to get a fair deal and a job well done, Priority Pumping rises above the rest!! I'm in the midst of having a new septic system put in place, so it's ongoing, but the experience with Sophie and Lauren in the front office and Keith, the inspector, has been tremendous. Sophie and Lauren have been first-rate, very helpful and accommodating, and Keith, who inspected the entire current system, worked with unusual care and respect and answered my questions thoughtfully and with patience. I'm under some time pressure to get all this work completed, and everyone in the company seems willing to try to accommodate my needs in a flexible, cheerful manner. I highly recommend this company.

Had my septic tank pumped today. I rarely give reviews, but then again, unfortunately, I am rarely impressed. My experience with this company was superb! From my 1st call with the very pleasant, helpful young lady that answered the phone until the 2 courteous, friendly, informative gentlemen who performed the work pulled away today after my service was complete, was a great experience. I am so impressed and will definitely use this company moving forward! I learned so much from Dustin today about my system, the process being performed and the importance of maintenance. He and his coworker worked efficiently and cleaned up so well that after digging 2 semi large holes in my grassed front yard, there was no evidence of them ever having been here! If you need service don't hesitate to call them...I did all the research necessary prior to my call and they outperformed my expectations.

I would absolutely use priority pumping again. What an incredibly reputable company! Communication with the office was fantastic and the guys that came to do the work were amazing. SO polite and professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and so patient with all of my questions! We needed a septix inspection prior to selling our home and it was everything I could hope for in a transaction. I would highly recommend their services!

We hired Priority pumping to do a septic tank inspection related to the sale of our home. They answered the phone which was more than I could say for the first 2 places I called. The pricing included at least a couple hours of digging where as my other quoted separated out the digging at a per hour rate. They let me reschedule the service once without charging me a fee. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service done.

My clients needed to have 2 tanks inspected and pumped ASAP. They were able to accommodate them due to a shift in their schedule. They were very informative on the phone looking up tank sizes and locations prior to arrival. One tank failed due to age and lack of maintenance. Dustin was great at explaining why it happened and the procedure of abandoning the tank and installation of the new one.

From the very first phone call this company was professional, Responsive and honest. I am a real estate agent and deal with properties that have septic tanks often. Sophie was more than accommodating and made sure that all of my questions were answered that I understood the process. Turns out the septic tank failed the first inspection, however they were quick to suggest a more conservative approach which ended up solving the issue at hand. This honest approach And the ability to speak with her technicians Keith and Dustin to resolve our issues, resulted in thousands of dollars in savings to my client.

I’ve never used this company before nor heard of them before. I found them on Google and they had very good reviews. So I decided to give them a call. I was in need of having my septic pumped. I received excellent customer service, quick service time, and great on site service! All employees that I had communication with were very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and even gave me more information that I did not think to ask. Also the price quoted was the final cost. I wish I could give them 10 stars lol! I now know why they have such excellent reviews! I will definitely use them in the future.

Our Septic holding tank was full and backing up in our drains. I called and got someone out that to pump it for us. They ran water in to the holding and pumped that out also. Talked to them about our problem and the workers understood what possibly needed to be done to fix it. Before they left they had set up an appt. for some one to come and look at our system and get a quote to fix it.

Sophie was very pleasant on the phone. Quoted fix cost plus variable depending on time spent digging. I was not able to be at home for the work, so I asked my eldery parents ( father is 89) to meet them. They showed up late and spent two hours on site. About half the time was spent digging the rest setting -up, pumping the sewer and cleaning up. To my surpize they made my parrents pay 2 hours digging time. They billed the entire time! How predatory, praying on seniors and taking advantage of them. I tried to address this with Sophie several time, She kept applogizing but no action. Said owner will call, they never did. Say away unless you want a bait and switch! Dishonest operators!

Priority Pumping performed the pumping, testing and inspection of our septic system required for the sale of our home. We were not the original owners and the county didn't have any records, so we weren't even sure where the septic system was located, but only had a general idea. Priority Pumping came out a few days early and, using a beacon that they flushed down one of the toilets, quickly located the septic tank, which gave us the opportunity to relocate some landscaping before they came back to dig and find the septic tank lid. The septic tank had never been uncovered or pumped since the day it was originally installed 45 years ago. The tank was full and the solids were very - well - solid. Priority Pumping did a great job, were professional, accommodating and easy to work with. They cleaned out the tank and the system passed inspection and flow test.

We used priority pumping to pump our septic. The guy was really knowledgeable about our system and things to know when we start our expansion. The man helping us went over and above explaining everything to my husband. He walked the property with my husband and gave him great insight, and told us things that we were not aware of. We will definitely use them again.

The service was good once they got here - no complaints about that. But they were scheduled between 1 & 3 p.m., and did not arrive, nor did they call. Around 3:30, we called the office, which called the crew, & called us back. The crew would be here in half an hour. Then they called & said it would be tomorrow. Then they called back & said they would be here by 5, which they were & completed the job.
But it would have been nice if we had been kept informed of the delays & could rely on the information.

Had a great experience with this company. I work for a GC in the valley that deals with large rebuilds and restoration projects. We had a project in Apache Junction that required a septic inspection, a tank replacement, and permitting. I called TKS Contracting to find out what we needed to get this done. Tanya the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable in providing this info. Her field manager Ryan was also very knowledgeable and helpful when we met him onsite. Straight shooters, and got the job done efficiently and on time. I strongly recommend TKS Contracting for any septic related issues, and have definitely added them to our preferred vendor/contractor list.

this is one of very very few(i'm sure)m honest companies here that I have found. I just thank God that I decided to work with them. Prompt, Professional, great work and just really really good people all around. They had quite a bit of work to do including digging, breaking up roots, moving dirt etc and when they were finished, you couldn't even tell they were here at all. Excellent. Thank you

It takes a special person to rock in this industry, takes an even more special person to do it twice! It takes an incredible women to be the pilot behind that ship! With multiple business's to boot! If that's happening, it's because that leader is bringing value, education, integrity, all at a fair cost to the consumer. You know that's the kind of business you're dealing with when you call Tanya & her team @ TKS Contracting. You're doing yourself an injustice to not have a conversation!! While you're at it, see if you can pick up a tip or two on how to keep a positive attitude!

We have been very unsatisfied with our experience working with Priority Pumping. We had them go out on June 1st and do some work for us on a property in Apache Junction for a client who was getting ready to sell their home. We received the invoice for $600 with a description of the work performed, but upon inspection of the property, we discovered that the work described in the invoice was not actually done. (see picture of attached invoice)

They did not dig the up the tank, there was no 2 hours of locating and we did not receive the report on the same day. They basically opened up the cleanout looked inside and said it's not operating properly and left and wanted to charge us the $600.

After calling several times for weeks, we did not get a call back as promised from the owner, and only received threats to send this bill to collections. They were unwilling to speak with us or return phone calls. After several months of unreturned calls, and threats to send this to collections, we ended up paying the invoice as it was evident that they were unwilling to communicate with us.

This was a wonderful honest company. The men who serviced my property were polite, knowledgeable, honest and professional

We recently used Priority Pumping for the inspection of our septic system as required for resale of our home. The technicians were friendly, courteous and professional. Not only did they show up in the expected time frame and perform their duties in a workman-like manner, but they provided explanation, education, and updates. Who knew there was so much to know about septic systems? When it was discovered that a filter was missing, Keith went out of his way to find one and explained its importance for the proper functioning of the system.
