I had Josh perform a maintenance on my heat pump before summer starts and I’m so glad I did! He was very thorough and checked every small component to make sure it was still good. He said the compressors capacitor was way below range and even proved it to me! His price to replace is was super fair and he did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!

I had a bad installation on my ac, so it was rather upsetting that after 5 yrs my ac had a broken coil. Joshua diagnosed it and bandaid fixed it, until we can get the replacement part and fix it right. I am delighted that he came out within a half of an hour of calling him. I know he is going to do the job correctly and make sure we don't have to suffer while waiting for a part.

I had a great experience with Jashua at Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling. First, he was on time, had great communication skills though the whole process and good follow up. It’s rare these days you find someone who has good customer service skills but he was great! We had a situation with our awful home warranty company, Home Choice Warranty where they first referred us to a guy who told us we needed a new air handler because it was our fault for neglecting the maintenance on it. Not true at all. Fought with them for a good while then they recommended a 3rd company to come out and that was Jashua at Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling. He checked things over and it turns out as we knew it would we didn’t need the whole AC replaced but needed indoor coil and pan replaced. Anyways, he did the job and the headache is gone and I would recommend Jashua for any honest, dependable AC jobs.

Jashua did a great job. He was prompt and kept me informed on his testing and explained what needed to be done. So glad to have found my HVAC person.

We had a great experience with Joshua at AZ Valley Heating and Cooling, LLC I had my mother's home recently serviced where he did repairs about 6 months ago in September 2022 and he did an outstanding job, in fact he was referred by another AC company since Joshua does excellent work on the Trane brands and we were very pleased. His price was very reasonable. He provided excellent quick yet thorough service and was very polite and efficient and is very knowledgeable.

Today I had my mothers 2 AC's serviced at that same home and another home serviced that I own and I did not know the condition of the other AC, only that it was 10 years old as I've been renting the home. He cleaned the outside coils and gave me a complimentary service and I was really surprised and pleased that he did that work at no charge as its the first time I utilized him for that home . He had photos of the AC unit before work was done so I could see clearly that there was an issue . He replaced the valve at no charge. He also spent a lot of time cleaning the exterior coil and the service was $59 you cannot go wrong with that price!

He spent a lot of time at both homes, about 2 hours at each home, and I will definitely use him again. He gave me great info on the history of the AC unit, and estimate of how many years I had left on the unit if we did annual service and overall it was really fantastic.

I've used other companies in the past 15 years with my rentals and I've had inconsistent results, and had to change companies all the time, but with the 2 times we've experienced with Joshua at AZ valley heating and cooling, LLC, he's been prompt, efficient and really cares about doing a job well done, so he's going to be my go to AC company from now on. Also, he's not constantly trying to sell you a new AC. I appreciate his honesty! Thank you and I hope this review gives you even more customers because you've earned the great review! Had arizona valley come out for a summer ac tune up. showed up on time, very professional, josh was wonderful definitely would recommend.

Contacted him about an ac issue and within a half hour he had us up and running, an absolute life saver and a friendly attitude to boot.

Joshua did a fantastic job, had Arizona Valley come to do a tuneup on my 15 year old unit. He was very through, and washed my outdoor coil. Will definitely use them again

My HVAC system was not having good air pressure and was causing strain on my AC unit. Jash was able to come out and diagnose the problem, he has the tools to test the system and he solved the issue without selling unnecessary services. He was a God send!
