Desert state heating and air

The tech “Nathan” says he’ll be out to my place same day, quotes the service, says he’ll be here by around 10-11am.

I call at 12 and he forwards me to voicemail, I get a text “call you in 15.” No call. He texts me at 12:30 that he can’t come. I ask “are you going to reschedule?” No response.

I call, he Forwards me to voicemail. Go down to my front desk, call from there, get an answer. “Sorry best I can do is Monday, if you can find somebody else quicker, go ahead”

Wasted an entire Saturday morning, thanks Nathan

Update:
Second time using Nathan and he was able to diagnose the cooling issue we had quickly and setup a plan to fix it by shortening runs and offering to check the status before marking the job complete. I know it’s been harder times Nathan, but thanks for you help once again!

Nathan of Desert State Heating and Air was great. We had an issue where the heater wasn’t working (it actually gets cold in AZ sometimes) and Nathan was first willing to troubleshoot with me before coming out to the house for service. Turned out to be my newer thermostats (which had issues during the hot seasons as well) and he was able to check on my units as well as help to reprogram the thermostats to be operational in both weather conditions. He was responsive, kind, and human. Thanks DSHA!

Amazing service from the start, Nathan was extremely professional and very informative as of why my ac unit was not working. Was on time even asked before he arrived if we needed anything from the store due to our unit being off, who does that now and days. Nathan diagnosed the issue, quickly fixed it and we got our home ac working again. Very glad we finally found a reliable and honest HVAC company.

Nathan was very professional and very thorough with his service. He was able to clean the coils in my 16 year old AC unit that had never been serviced. Affordable and reliable! I will be doing more business with him! Thank you Nathan!

Do not EVER contact the team at Desert State Heating and Air unless you want empty promises, excuses, guilt tripping, lies, cigarette butts left in your yard, poor welding, leaking pipes, wrong wiring, weeks without AC, months without heat, etc. Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. It's a miracle Nathan has his contractors license with the poor EVERYTHING he provided us. A joke and a waste of time

Nathan can out to our home immediately! He was very responsive, informative, professional, and helped get our house up and running again!!!! He was able to find the exact part we needed and came ASAP! We are so grateful! I would highly recommend!

I came home at dinner time and my house was about 85. The fan was running but cold air was no where to be found. I called after 8pm on a Saturday. Described what I had observed. He came out and fixed my AC in about 20mins. Friendly, fast, and I figured a late night weekend call would cost much more than what it did. I highly recommend!!

Nathan was very quick and took care of an issue with our thermostat that another repairman couldn't even detect. He arrived within an hour of my call! Wonderful service

Our ac stopped working at 11:30 pm. My husband called at least 6 places until he got a hold of DS. It was late on a Friday night but someone still answered the phone, and willing to help. They were at our house to fix it in less than 30 min. The guy was honest, and had our ac back up and running in no time. I highly recommend Desert State!

The job wasn't finished and SRP emailed me saying the license wasn't approved for the rebate

Our ac went out at 1am this past weekend after calling around to alot of ac companies with no reponse Nathan responded 15min after I left a voice message and was at my house within 20min later and saved us from sleeping in a hot home. I will forever be greatful for his amazing fast response.

never responds or sends updates. says he will be there at a certain time and never shows up. have been without air for a week in 100+ degree heat. if i could give zero stars i would, do not recommend!!
