As a Canadian owning a home in Scottsdale ,it was a little disconcerting when our home needed a new roof ! I had a couple of referrals from friends but decided to go with Allstate whom I found online.My initial conversation with Veronica addressed any concerns I had re :the company .They were very prompt in getting an estimate out and gave me a very detailed description of the work they would do and when they would start.Since I was in Canada i had to trust them impeccably .They started when they said they would and finished accordingly .Was very impressed that Nelson the superintendent called me in Canada on a regular basis to keep me informed of the progress .Overall very professional company whom I would recommend strongly .

TSM roofing does an excellent and fast job. They had 8 men on the roof and finished the job in two days. They clean up well when they finish the job and are responsive if you have any questions. They do good quality work and were very competitive in price with other roofing companies.

RENCO Roofing - Excellent Experience. The last several windstorms have done a number on my roof, lots of loose tiles and so some repairs needed to be made. I called several companies but of the ones I contacted, RENCO Roofing responded the quickest. Lars came out, explained the problems, outlined solutions and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The repairs were completed quickly and very professionally.

July 2015: After having such a great experience last year when Mr. Brown did the main house roof, I contacted him to roof my backyard patio. Brown Roofing did an excellent job roofing my back patio Ramada, and Mr. Brown is professional, friendly and competitively priced. Mr. Brown and I discussed the details of the work; removing and replacing rotting panels and roof work. He and his crew did exactly what I wanted and expected. I highly recommend Brown Roofing.

May 2014 : Brown Roofing saved the day. I hired Brown Roofing shortly after a prior disaster. When I had an addition built to my house, the previous contractor incorrectly installed the roof over the new room and erroneously overlapped it with the existing roof. Days later we endured days of massive winds and rain causing the new roof as well as parts of the existing roof to fly off and land mostly in my backyard. Consequently, it rained in my garage, kitchen and other parts of my house causing sever water damage. Brown quickly came to the rescue. They temporarily covered the roof until the rains subsided and installed a new roof on the house and over the addition as soon as possible. During my crisis (I was in panic mode), Mr. Brown was patient with me, professional, and made me feel as if he cared about me and my house. He understood my needs and helped me choose a roof tile, color, and pattern that complimented my house style and color. I am very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend Brown Roofing. I've had my roof for over 5 years and have had no problems. I received quality workmanship, professionalism, and the estimated cost was on target. Not only did I choose Brown Roofing for their professionalism, but of the 3 bids I received, his was the most reasonable and didn't try to attach any unforeseen cost. I am in the process of purchasing a townhouse, have an accepted offer, and are in the process of doing inspections. I called KY-KO to see if they could come out to do an Inspections Report/Estimate of Repairs that would need to be done, so I could provide this to the sellers. This is something my Realtor said could be done, but when I spoke with Randi (their scheduling person) she was extremely rude and short with me. It honestly seemed like she was annoyed by my questions and then she started to put up road blocks, to simply having someone come out to do an estimate, so we could provide documentation to our seller. I am not sure what this company's philosophy is, but customer support and obtainment is not one of them. Randi was rude and extremely unhelpful.

Thanks to a pre inspection by Lyons during escrow, there were no surprises. The inspector and I were on the roof and I could see what needed to be done. After close and of course a patched leak by the previous owner started to leak again. I was put on their list and within days their men were there to put on a new foam roof. The tile portion was deemed to be fine by the inspector. If or more realistically when I have an issue with the tile portion I will definitely call them. During the foam process all of their employees were professional, kept me informed, 2 new pieces of plywood (flaking, and rotted), and new insulation in that area (insulation saturated with water) were required to do the job properly. The previous owners did a lip stick job with a handyman rather than a qualified roofing company. A slight design flaw was also discovered and corrected while I was renovating the kitchen. I could see a small ray of light. Their project inspector fixed that as well Thank you Lyons, my roof is now sound and water tight and thanks to your pre inspection while in escrow, there were no surprises....I definitely recommend Lyons Roofing.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.
