i was looking for roofers and found Scott from reviews..being in the same home for 30 years, we have been thru 2 previous roofs and never quite satisfied with the quality of roof installed. Scott's staff were all responsive, knowledgeable and courteous . We did only a built up patio roof, but with our next entire home roof replacement we will select Scott. If your looking for a roof replacement and plan to sell your home, this probably is not company you want, since you probably will get a lower quote from a smaller company. But if you want quality, plan to stay in your home for years, and a responsive contractor with long term warranties, this is the roofing company you want. You get what you pay for...

I personally have not had my roof done however I have recommended this company because I know the heart of the company is founded on family values. The customers reported that they were extremely happy and not only were they able to gain a good roofing company but they gained a new friend!!! Thanks for helping my guy out!!!

I would highly recommend Allstate Roofing. They did an incredible job from the first step of the estimation to the completion of the roofing replacement & clean-up. All the employees are professional & responsive. They took the time to answer my many questions.

We had a bad storm in our area (Dewey, AZ). Our roof had damage. We called several roofing companies to get inspections and estimates. Dustin Denmark came out and inspected to roof. He was knowledgeable, personable and honest. He took pictures of the damage. He found that along with the visual damage, there was underlying damage to most of the roof. He went the extra mile to document everything, He tarped the roof to avoid further damage. He met with the insurance adjuster and they inspected to roof together. The adjuster authorized a roof replacement. We were so happy as we had heard that many residents were only getting repairs. The roofs in our subdivision were rumored to have been put on in a substandard manner. The work was schedule and completed in a timely manner. We are happy with the excellent customer service provided by Dustin. Thanks!!!!

this is a very dishonest company. they told us that they are replaced the the first photo of the highlight area but they only replaced a very portion of it. Google does not let me load the photo. you can see my yelp review for it.

Brown Roofing is a top notch company! They were on-time, did an excellent job, quite quickly and did a great job cleaning up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. I got bids from 3 different companies and their price was competitive. With Brown you are dealing with good people who are responsive to your needs, not a huge corporation.

My roof looks great and they paid great attention to detail in removing old tile and wood and replacing it all. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a great job at a great price!

Lyons did a superb job replacing our roof, complete with new vents, ridge vents, trim, skylights, plywood where needed and all necessary extras. Everything was easy from contracting through completion. Project Mgr Eddie was great and communicated effectively. Materials Mgr Sam was terrific. They cleaned up all debris daily and did a thorough mail find with magnets. I highly recommend this company.

What an honest company! A rarity today. Steve took the time to determine where a leak was really coming from and then what to do about it even though it meant no business for them. Wow! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The repairs estimate was in our budget from this roofing company. They assured me that even in my absence the work will be done properly. I had to go out for a meeting. I was relaxed as they were in touch with me all the time while I was away, on the repairs work.

Amazing! The people, especially Mike, are fabulous. They gave us an estimate in a day's time. It was not the highest or the lowest of our quotes. They took pics of all the issues. The roof replacement was done on time and the communication throughout the process was wonderful. They even helped organized the removal and replacement of the solar with an outside business. This is a very tough job, especially in AZ heat. These people worked very hard and provided pics of the finished project. It looks great! I would recommend them for your roof replacement.

They were completely professional from the first knock at the door by the project managers, Zach and Hayden, until the crew drove away after cleaning up! Zach and Hayden contacted and coordinated with our insurance company, taking care of all of the paperwork and details! It was completed in a day and a half. They were absolutely wonderful so my husband and I gave them a five star rating! Highly recommend!

****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

I am so comforted after my experience with Stapleton Roofing. I had them redo my flat roof home in Scottsdale. I live in California so I get particularly nervous dealing with contractors out of state. They however were very responsive, fair priced, most most importantly, did extremely high quality work. This particular house means a lot to me, and I will be using them for ongoing maintenance on that roof to help me sleep better!
