Chad and his team were great and professional to work with throughout the entire process of building out our front yard landscape. In an extremely busy environment with supply chain issues, Chad and his team were constantly pursuing the material needed and communicating with us on any updates. The end result turned out great and exactly how we envisioned it. We have recent several compliments from neighbors and family on our front landscaping. We will definitely be using Chad and Ground Zero for our future backyard project.

I had a fantastic experience working with Chad and the Ground Zero team. My decision to use Ground Zero over other companies was because he took the time to design my perfect backyard. I had some ideas on what I wanted, and while measuring everything out in my back yard, Chad made several recommendations and adjustment so that everything tied together. That is when I saw the whole project transform my backyard. Once the project started, it was finished in about a week, and went from dirt to something amazing. I now have my dream back yard that is perfect for me and the family all year round.

Chad & his team at Ground Zero are some of the best people we've worked with. When planning our backyard, it was frustrating talking with other vendors. Not these guys.

The day I reached out to Ground Zero, Chad e-mailed me to schedule a call and get some more detail as to what we wanted done. Although it took a few months to get things rolling (not their fault, pavers were completely backordered everywhere due to COVID), once we got the green light things moved FAST. Our pavers, irrigation, and lighting were done in less than a week. They were understanding when we said we wanted to do a few things on our own, like sod and rock.

Jesus and his team worked tirelessly to get our yard done right. Everything was exact with our blueprints, and when our measurements were off for pavers, Jesus helped us make some changes that looked amazing. You can tell they took the time to look over everything before putting anything down. Overall we are so happy with everything. We had an amazing experience working with Chad and the Ground Zero team on our outdoor travertine project. At a time when contractor's are increasingly unresponsive and deliver underwhelming quality, Chad is a rare find that still operates with the utmost professionalism and will do whatever it takes to make sure his customers love the final product. His team installed 2k sqft of travertine on our front and back patio and we absolutely love how it looks. When a shipping mistake required a second tile delivery, Chad took ownership of it and covered the additional shipping cost out of pocket. When I expressed concerns with a few small details of the installation, Chad immediately visited the project and put his team into action to fix every detail and then some. His communication was tremendous from start to finish, and I will definitely be working with Ground Zero again on future projects.

Chad and his crew recently updated our backyard landscape. They showed up on time and were very profession. They even coordinated with our neighbors and made sure everyone was happy due to their being very little room to park in our cul-de-sac. When some of the work wasn't up to Chad's standards they ripped it out and re-did it at their expense. I hadn't even noticed the issue. They stayed within their originally quoted budget and exceeded their originally quoted schedule. We will use Chad and his crews for all future work.

I am able to say that my experience with Ground Zero was, much to my surprise and relief, a positive one. I was looking forward to having my back deck done complete with a barbecue and fire pit, but I was not looking forward to the process of getting it done.

We wanted a remodel of an indoor residential water feature. We contacted several contractors for the job and found that they were either completely unresponsive, or not up to the task. A couple of contractions showed up and were given a thorough explanation of our vision, for the project, and presented us with completely different ideas, not to our liking.

He listened attentively and offered valuable, practical insight to the project. He promised a rendering, of what we’d discussed, within a few days. Boy, did he deliver! It was on time, with meticulous attention to finish and detail, (and this was just the drawing). We knew that Chad was our man and Ground Zero was the right company.

The project commenced on time. We were in the middle of a complete home remodel at the time. There was much juggling of schedules between all of the different contractors involved. Chad was flexible and understanding during the process. His staff was professional, courteous, and tidy; unlike several other contractors that were working on other projects in our house.

Chad brought a modern perspective to our project and arranged for us to meet with lighting professionals that showed us the latest/ greatest in underwater lighting. We went with their suggestions and are very happy with the outcome.

The final result is an indoor water feature that is dazzling and a showpiece. We couldn’t be more happy with the finished product. Wow!!! Ground Zero will always be who I turn to for any outdoor projects. I am so grateful to Chad and his crew for transforming our patio into a space that we love and utilize more than we ever did before. They designed a custom pergola that nestles perfectly in between the house and the pool. By adding this, it created a perfect area for being able to enjoy sitting by or being in the pool without being in the intense sunlight. They had the entire job done in one day!! The custom color matches perfect to the house. We added string lights and love the ambiance at night too! Can’t thank Chad enough for taking our idea and making it even better than we imagined!! I love not having to mess with trying to put up umbrellas all the time to create shade...because shade is a must in AZ!!! We love our outdoor living space, feels like a resort now!

Ground Zero installed a new watering system, new landscape lighting, bushes plants & trees. Chad was very knowledgeable about landscape design!

We had a drainage issue that was causing mold to form in the house. Before mold could be remediated we had to have the drainage issue solved. I called three companies and Chad was not only the only one to respond, but he responded the same day and came by that evening to look at the needed work. He came up with an immediate plan calling for two phases. Phase one was started within days and phase two was done a couple weeks later since crews were finishing other projects. When Jesus and his crew arrived they went to work immediately, worked tirelessly for 2-days of long hours (dawn to dusk) and completed the project with smiles and respect for the property. We highly recommend Chad and his crews.

We had a simple and a complex project going at the same time, and Chad's crew handled it perfectly. Simple was installing new irrigation, landscape lighting, and plants. Complicated was following recommendations from a Civil Engineer to make sure the pavers and drain system worked in tandem to prevent flooding in our home. Tolerances were extremely close and required perfect execution to make certain the plan would work. After going through several heavy Monsoon season storms, I'm happy to report flooding is no longer an issue in our backyard. And the added bonus is everything looks great! Chad has customer service down and is great to work with on a project - whether it's simple or complicated!

Ground Zero Landscape recently installed new irrigation lines and system at my house in Chandler, Great company, very professional, excellent customer service and on time. They installed the new lines and next day there was leak I called them they came right away and found that the leak was not from the new lines it was from neighbor, my house was model home and builder put joint lines, they did lot of digging and found the lines cut and sealed not coming to my property, that was all extra work but they did not charge me.

We did due diligence to ensure we were getting a quality landscaping company. Chad’s team that built our gazebo and did all of our travertine tiling in the back yard is 5 star. However, we were given sub standard plants, to which many of our ground covering plants died within a week of being planted. Hibiscus plants looked unhealthy from day one of planting, as well as our Texas Mountain Laurel tree, which had some type of bug infestation which the tree lost all its leaves. We tried to reach out to resolve plant issues, and have never heard back from Chad. Torn on whether I’d recommend the company, as his crew did great work with the travertine, but there’s more to landscaping than just that.

Chad's crew did a great job on our driveway paver project. Work was done in a timely manner. One paver was chipped which was quickly replaced along with re-sanding the pavers. Would recommend this company to anyone who has a paver project in mind.

We are very pleased with the pillars that were constructed for our porch and the porch extension that we plan to use for a fire pit area. Since we also had rocks, artificial turf, plants and a drip system installed, our backyard has a whole new look! The crew was agreeable with our requests. They were a little bit careless with the plants: I had to pull several branches out from under rocks for several of the plants. Fortunately, we have a year's guarantee with the new plants. All in all, I would recommend this company to others.
