Gabriel was at my house before I was! Today was the first time I locked myself out of my house. He was extremely friendly and got me in my house before I had time to panic about it. I highly recommend!

I use them because they are local but my visit today was anything but helpful. Needing a simple key I waiting 20 minutes while Andrew chatted up a customer about a rare key. Never once was I acknowledged and only the customer was apologizing to me for how long I was standing there. When I asked if somebody could help me copy a basic house key I was told no. He did not say sorry, I will be with you in a minute, or sorry for the wait, or ask the customer in front of me if they could take a quick pause in conversation.
If you staff low, I understand but give your patient customers a little grace and understanding rather than ignoring them and letting them walk out the door. As the banner above your counter reads business goes where it is invited and stays where is is treated well the same goes for your customers. We come where we are served well.

We had had a terrible day that included locking ourselves out of our new van and Pablo came out to fix it! Anyone can just fix the issue but Pablo was extremely understanding and courteous even with our after hours call.
