What a terrible experience. I scheduled a cleaning with Bruni and her team. Conversations were difficult from the start, I should've seen that as a red flag. She was spotty on getting back to me, but I saw all the 5 star reviews, so I held out. Then today, the day of the cleaning, her team was supposed to arrive at 10. At 10:30, when I hadn't heard anything, I messaged her. They were running behind, and she said they would be there between 11:30-12. 12:00 rolls around, and no one was there. I messaged her again. Now, it would be 1 before they got there. There was absolutely no communication unless I reached out. Then, I wasn't having the whole house cleaned, just a few areas. It took 3 cleaners, 4 hours to clean 3 rooms and a half bath. After the first hour, I walked out to see how it was going, and it literally looked like nothing had been done at all during that hour. Then they FINALLY finished, and when Bruni called me for payment, she tried to charge me twice the max she had originally quoted me! After they took my payment, the girls let me know that they had broken a glass figurine. I will never use this company, Bruni, or her team again!

Her response is just another example of how communication was never there. I told her from the very start that I was not available at 8 am. I never changed anything. She was the one who suggested 10 am, and then never communicated they would be running behind.

The ladies were very good at cleaning. They listened to my concerns- I have celiacs and you need to clean the kitchen in sections. And they did a great job! My house feels so wonderful now. I’m so glad I called them.

Highly recommended. They've been cleaning my home for several years, and their service has always been extremely professional, friendly, responsive, and reliable -- they always arrive within their promised 2-hour window, and get in and out quickly while doing a great job.

I am so impressed with the quality of service we received. The house was very much in need of a thorough cleaning after our 11 months of COVID quarantine. Claudia and Susanna arrived perfectly on time after texting their eta as I had requested. They understood immediately what I wanted done and just jumped right in and got going. They did a beautiful job even on our stone flooring and marble. Everything is sparkling fresh and shiny. They also put things back exactly where they were, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend the excellent service from this company and particularly Claudia and Susanna. Excellent all around experience and we will use this company monthly. Also, booking the service on the phone with Melinda was quick and easy with an accurate estimate.

I’ve used this service for a few months now. I’m always so happy when I come home and my home is clean and organised and smells divine. I have a pet and they are mindful he was a stray and he’s never stressed when I get home. Would definitely recommend this service.

It was a solid experience plus Mike the owner is a veteran he takes care of his own as well. The company is family tan too so his son helped out with the ducts sometimes. I’d say definitely quality and I highly recommend supporting this veteran tan business. Quality follows!

Great service, quality work. These guys are great about contacting us days before they’re going to stop by for service. They clean all our windows on the interior and exterior to make them look beautiful again. We highly recommend this company and refer them out to our friends

Didn’t like their service

Consider yourself warned. I had to contact my CC to get their horrible service rectified and refunded. They hire/send unprofessional trainees to your home who have no cleaning experience and no idea how to properly clean a home. Bathrooms and floors were left in awful condition and when you call them out on this poor service they become defensive and try to justify their poor service. They want to charge you weeks in advance for their services yet expect you to wait over a month to even start the process for a refund! I will NEVER use or recommend them, just awful. I don't care if it's free, they are not professional, honest and send inexperienced cleaners which is why I had to get my CC involved to resolve their poor services and get my refund.

AMAZING we had the ladies in to clean my moms house she recently passed away and we wanted the house ship shape. Just got back and the house looks AMAZING! My mom was there 20+ years and it looks and smells like the day they moved in. Every detail was taken care of ceiling fans, stove, oven, fridge, even under the stair cupboard. Money well spent!!!

Hi Steve, Just wanted to let you know a few of the comments from our satisfied customers. (I'm printing this e-mail and posting it for David and Margareta to see, as well.) This is almost as good as when I was doing this? - From one of the lead attorneys who did a little bit of stop-gap bathroom cleaning while we were making our decision as to who to hire next. I went to get a new box of tissues, and when I came back to my desk, I found out there was already a box of tissues for me all opened and ready to go. -- From an allergy sufferer. They even cleaned up my desktop. That's never happened before. -- From a paralegal. This new cleaning company is really good. -- Heard so many times, I can't even remember which people said it. A few of the things I've really appreciated have been: * Air ducts are dust free. * The drinking fountain stays beautifully polished - ditto for the stainless steel in bathrooms and break area. * The scuff marks on the break room floor are removed without damage to the previous wax job. * Partition glass looked so nice after initial visit - and it has stayed nice with touch up. * Trash cans are neatly placed after being emptied. * Trash can liners are opened all the way to the bottom. (For some reason, a previous crew had opened only the top, and assumed everyone could finish the job for them when throwing the first item of the day into the can.) * Area beneath rolling file selves stays clean.
