My three year old locked us out of the house last night! Thank goodness we were on our way out and didn't need to call someone at 9:30! But in the morning I called ACME to come unlock the door for us! When I called , I got excellent customer service from the gentlemen on the phone, I received a text when the driver left to my location, including an estimated time arrival! Which was AWESOME! Mike, The guy who showed up , was friendly, experienced, and very polite! The price was definitely doable and I even got a spare key out of it ! Sean was simply amazing. No nonsense, really understood my needs and concerns and suggested the best for my particular doors and home. He arrived on time and called to confirm 30 minutes beforehand. He was patient and had away about him that made you know you would be well taken care of. AWESOME! A bit pricey, paying about 10% more than you should - so if you can shop around ... It's a little hard to figure out when copying a card to a key - so read the directions twice and fast before it times you out. Other than that great service that many just don't know about.

Choose this company!!! Desert Locksmith is the way to go!!! I had lost my keys. I called and explained my situation and was told that I could be receiving a call shortly from the locksmith. And by golly it was shortly. Talk about quick service. He was able to come out not only the same day but in an hour. He came and made me a new key for my truck and programmed it for me. Fantastic!!
