When we found ourselves locked out of our vehicle, we knew we had to contact an locksmith masters LLC to help us out. We didn’t want to destroy the windows, so we were thankful that the locksmith came by quickly. He didn’t need a lot of time to take care of the concern and he didn’t damage the paint job, too. After coming home late one night, I found out I didn’t have my house keys with me. Locked out, I asked a friend if he knew of a locksmith who could come to me. He called them up himself, and a locksmith was at my place in a short while. It was good that they offered the locksmith masters LLC service. He introduced himself and got to work promptly. Thanks to him, I didn’t need to wait too long outside the house. When I asked him how much I owed, he quoted an amazingly low rate. Quality service and affordable too.

From first call to final service, locksmith master,s was responsive, professional, incredibly competent, understanding and cheerful. They made sure I knew when they would arrive (same day service, call 30 minutes ahead when on their way) and they went above and beyond, not only fixing the lock I called about but identifying and repairing a second door lock that needed serious help. Super shout-out to repairman Craig Chase who was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, humorous and helpful. These folks are terrific.

Our son accidentally threw our house keys down the sewer and we couldn’t retrieve them. I called the locksmith masters LLC and asked them to cut us a new set of keys. The locksmith came over quickly, and he handled our request easily. We got the new keys in no time, and he didn’t charge us much.

My daughter had just given birth, and my son-in-law needed to be away for a week on business. Since she was alone, I would have wanted to be with her more often. However, I had to work too and had to be content with visiting her instead. A few months back, our house was burglarized when we went out of town. We lost some valuable items there. We called and told them our situation. The next day, they had someone sent over to get the work done. He was punctual and nice to talk to. He began installing the security locks and did great work. Masters LLC!, great dude. Worked with me after I told him my situation. A Gentleman named LLC was dispatched and was so patient to find where I was because there's difficulty navigating in my apartments. Daniel was quick and more than happy to get me in my vehicle and retrieve my keys.

Checking out this locksmith due to having a vehicle that we are not able to enter. Pricing seems much more reasonable than other locations, and will be able to comment on the service once it is complete. That being said, pricing can't be beat when a locksmith is necessary.
When I drove my grandmother home one night, she couldn’t find her house keys in her purse. Luckily, a neighbor had gotten in touch with a locksmith masters LLC who was there not too long after. He got the front door open quickly, after which we found the keys on the couch where she had forgotten them.

Excellent customer service and communication. Masters LLC made sure to get the information to verify the parts and service needed. He got the key fob the next day and was able to program and cut the new key fob the same afternoon. Master,s demonstrated knowledge and professionalism with each contact. Very pleasant personality. It took almost no time before the new key and fob was finished and tested. I could not have hoped for better service. I will definitely be use West Locksmith masters LLC again.
