We decided to contact SepticFlo after getting the cold shoulder from several other companies in the same area. SepticFlo works with some amazing service providers and the company they sent was able to get our repair scheduled and completed quickly.

We would recommend SepticFlo because instead of dealing with the schedule and a ailability of a single local company, they were able to go to work on our behalf and actually get one of their certified service providers to take care of our drain cleaning.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. The other receptionist who worked with her was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Sierra and Septic Technologies Inc. I have had Ed to my home 2 times for 2 different problems.1st time I had clogged sink on Mothers Day and called a big box company who came out and said I had a broken pipe underground and cost to fix approx. $15,000...they would tear out half kitchen wall+ jackhammer concrete outside next to my pool. Cost did not include repair of wall+concrete. I REALLY BELIEVED THEM. My sister said get 2nd opinion. Ed came out CLEARED clog and schooled me on keeping sink clog free..2nd time was a clogged toilet. Ed cleared it! I am so happy to have found an honest and hard worker!! Thank you Ed!!

Most unprofessional place I've ever been to! Supposedly was going in for an interview that was set up by a recruiter. I get there and they acted like they new nothing about the interview. Gave me a number to set up another one, and it was a number to emergency service. I don't know how they expect to keep up with their customers if they can't even keep up with their scheduled interviews!
