Sean gave a very good explanation of how everything would work over the phone before he arrived, and when he arrived. Performing the work Sean allowed me to assist him and listened to my ideas on how to open the vehicle easiest. What an amazing experience from start to finish! I got home and it’s 105 degrees and can’t get into my house. I called and gave all of my information and within 2 minutes I received a call from Sean. Wow, was very impressed with the fast service from Discount Locksmith LLC on Cave Creek Rd, North Phoenix. My call was answered promptly – I explained that a bedroom door accidently got locked and my housemate quickly needed a med that was in there. Prompt response, professional, and great customer service! I was locked out of my house and their dispatch sent someone out to me right away. Their tech, Sean, is incredibly knowledgeable and eased my nerves (I was quite stressed). I ended up taking care of something other things, such as rekeying locks and changing out knobs (I had been putting it off for some time). Top notch work!

I got locked outta my car, frustrated and tired after a long day. So I looked up local locksmith, expecting a long night ahead of me. Sean the technician came out super fast and made what I thought to be a nightmare a peice of cake, dude was super nice and honestly relaxed me while he solved my problem in under 3 mins! The directory person knew nothing about their locksmiths. Called ok I'll have a locksmith call you.. 30 - 45 minutes later no call. Called back,just stay by your phone. Okay they finally called me! Were very short with me. I don't do that I'll pass you on to someone who specializes..

Went home and looked it up on YouTube but, didn't show how to get lock out of door to clean it up.

I was going to a friends house and when I got close I got a Barros pizza and for whatever reason I set my F-150 keys on my center console and got out and hit the door lock button and (you can figure it out from there) in the late afternoon/early evening (Monday/rush hour) at Dove Valley and I 17 area nowhere close to my house. Well that’s when I GOOGLED Locksmith near me and found this first on list and called the number.
