The technician Javier Cruz came out to my mom and stepdad‘s house the other day. We were so impressed with this guy he perform services on our system other technicians say they’ve done but looks like he went above and beyond to go ahead and do it better. Every step of the way he was explaining to my stepfather what he was doing and why he was doing we’ve had doubts about ace home services but this technician cleared that up for us. From getting off the truck looking so professional and handsome this is what an AC technician should look like. We were very spoiled having him out because I highly doubt there will be another technician like him from now on my stepdad has said he’s going to request Javier Cruz out every time we have our maintenance visits.

Milano did a terrific job this morning getting my AC ready for summer. He also cleaned and tested my evaporative. I love having dual system. Needs new pads and he took measurements for next visit. Been with Lee Collins for over a decade. Glad new owners have kept quality service.

I called American Home Water & Air on Wednesday & the service was set up for the next morning. I purchased The President about 4 years ago & I was told I'm still under my 10 yr warranty. They needed to replace the tank. AHW&A sent a picture of the service man, the estimated time & a tracker (to see him driving here). It only took about 1/2 hr - 45 minutes to service The President (soft water tank) . In and out. Higi, was my service provider. Very professional and very personable after he completed his work. No charge as the product was still under warranty. It was worth the cost, which was very decent. Thank you.

Nowadays, it’s rare to find honest and ethical companies that provide exceptional customer service or individuals that go above and beyond. This was our second time using this company to repair our aging system. For both visits, Drew made it out the same day and was easily able to identify the issue and complete the repairs, and also provided a quote that can’t be beat to replace our system when the time comes around (it’s nearly 20 years old)! By far the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Hunter serviced the units on my house and got everything running great. One of the older compressors was making a loud clunking noise on startup and shutdown so I decided to replace it. Called Stephanie in the office to schedule the replacement. She immediately checked to make sure they had a new unit on hand and then scheduled Phil and Eric to replace my unit the next day. This entire team is great! The arrive on time, get the job done and don't leave a mess. Thanks!
