Based on reviews I read when I moved to Arizona 2 years ago, I hired Urban Desert for regular pest control at my home. I have been extremely pleased with the service. Every person I have dealt with at the company, including the office staff and every technician who has performed the spraying has been extremely professional, friendly and dependable. Before each spraying, I am sent a text by the office staff confirming the date and approximate time of the upcoming spraying. Then, on the day of the spraying, I am texted by the technician when he is on his way to the house and they always arrive as expected. Without exception, every technician who has performed the spraying has been professional, friendly, dependable and conscientious in his work. I highly recommend Urban Desert.

Johnny Estrada always performs our monthly insect prevention and extermination in a professional and timely manner. I always look forward to seeing him.

We called last night after spotting a bedbug in our house, and Ryan came by this morning for a free consultation. He conducted an extremely thorough investigation, answered loads of questions, and left us feeling so much better. Fantastic company!

Horrible customer service. I set up an account, payment, and appointment over the phone. The salesperson said my condominium could be treated for ants and spiders because it was two story. On the day I was supposed to get treatment the tech called and said he was at my address but would have to check and see if he could do an application because I lived in an apartment. He never showed and no one ever called back. Go elsewhere if you don't want to sit around waiting for these people to decide whether or not to show up for an appointment.

We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

John here, and I am a Project Super here in the Valley, I just had The Bee Keeper come to my Project and remove and exterminate a honey bee hive,
Marde was the tech sent to do the job, she was as professional as one could be, as I asked questions about the hive the bee's she was very accommodating educating me about the Bizz ness, sorry could not resist, she cut into the roof system and removed the nest and cleaned up and I will call them back again!

our family has had Truforce services for about 3 years now. They are consistently great. When you call, you always end up speaking with someone friendly with great customer service skills. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. If you need help quickly, they do their best to get someone out quickly. This company really knows what they are doing! Will always recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

We had a great experience with Abello Bees! I came home to find a swarm of bees on one of our trees and gave them a call because safe bee removal and relocation is important to me. Robert (Bobby) and his crew did an amazing job. Great communication, responsive and takes pride in his work. The previous company I used, put up netting which looks terrible. Bobby uses an optical gel which looks great and is not an eye sore. He went the extra mile deep cleaning and following up with me days, weeks later to make sure I didn’t have any issues. No pigeons and no mess to clean up. I highly recommend him and his company. I will continue to use him for my other homes.
