I don’t typically post reviews, but working with this locksmith was one of the best experiences for having an issue I’ve ever had. They were responsive & prompt, & out locksmith Eric went above & beyond to help us out. I will recommend this company for every single locksmith issue myself or anyone else has moving forward.

Ran is fantastic at what he does. Came on time, quickly made a duplicate car OEM key fob and the key. He was well equipped with all the locksmith gear/computer, etc.Thank you Ran!

Choose this company!!! Desert Locksmith is the way to go!!! I had lost my keys. I called and explained my situation and was told that I could be receiving a call shortly from the locksmith. And by golly it was shortly. Talk about quick service. He was able to come out not only the same day but in an hour. He came and made me a new key for my truck and programmed it for me. Fantastic!! And you can't beat the price!! Anyone who has lost their keys, I highly recommend Desert Locksmith!!!! Great job, great service, amazing prices, and it was done so quickly!!!! Thanks ya'all!!!!

I ruined my car key and didn’t have a spare. Ran at Desert Locksmith got to me within 30 minutes. He cut and programmed a new fully functioning key with remote start, as well as a spare for an extremely affordable price. Way faster and better than any other service in the area. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I had such an awesome experience with Desert Locksmith. After losing my keys that had both my business key & car key on it I searched for a Locksmith in Phoenix and called around to a few places. Ran was really knowledgeable on the phone and was easy to get pricing from. We just bought a Kia Sedona and the dealership only gave us one key, probably hoping we’d buy the second key from them for $400+, but after doing some research we called Ran and he offered to come out same day but because of a schedule conflict we booked him for the next day. He called when he was 30-45 minutes out, came in the time frame he said he would, programmed a new official Kia fob and cut the backup key and was done within about 15 minutes. He tested the key and charged the amount we were quoted. Professional, fast, convenient and saved us lots of money!

I was in a frantic about finding myself locked out of an AirbnB that I turn over for the owner. I contacted Desert Locksmith and spoke to Ran. He offered me a more than fair quote to pop the lock. Ran arrived as scheduled and got me back in the house, and made spare keys. Right on the spot I scheduled Ran to meet me to replace my mailbox key which I had lost over a week before. Desart Locksmith was above the rest in all aspects of service. The gentleman that I worked with Mr Ran Nitzan was prompt and curteious he gave me a fair price and did not sit there and try to haggle his prices. He understood that we needed him as soon as possible as my husband would have missed another day of work. MR Nitzan was on site fixing my ignition key problem within 35 minutes and had my key ready within 15 minutes. I was very impressed and would recomend him to anyone.

Ran is a great guy. Always comes through, even during the holidays ? if you have an issue with his service, he'll handle it at no extra cost. Great prices and phenomenal service!

Long story short- I found myself at Sky Harbor without keys to drive home. Ran met me at the airport and had my truck re-keyed within 90 minutes and at a price that was really affordable. I would highly recommend Desert Locksmith, and especially Ran to everyone.

I had accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle around 9 PM. With having no other options I called Desert locksmith and spoke with a man named Ron. He arrived within 10 of me giving him a call and was able to unlock my vehicle within just a matter of a few minutes. He was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend using Desert locksmith if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Super friendly and a sweet person! He came even when it was late in the evening. My insurance paid for the service and they offered a deal on the key i had to pay out of pocket. Definitely recommend. I think more economical than the first company my insurance was going to send out. I live in central phx and they came to my home.

I called Desert Locksmith to replace the locks on my doors early on a Saturday morning. This is a family-owned business and the owner, who answered the phone, was very attentive and quick to show up at my house. Not only did he replace the locks, but he also replaced the bad screws that the previous installer had used and made it hard to close one of the doors. He was very professional and the price for his service was fair and affordable. I greatly recommend this business.

After calling another company that couldn't fix the problem that I had with my with my car ignition , I called Desert Locksmith. Ron came fixed my ignition and provided me with new key. He was super fast and professional, and on top of that he charged me half than the quote i got from the other company.

The locksmith Ran arrived twice as fast as quoted over the phone. Once he arrived in what seemed as just a few minutes he had my door open in seconds. My battery was dead and he was able to give me a jump start so I could finally leave work after being stranded for hours, after using two other locksmiths. One of witch failed. The other tried to hussle me outta 175 dollars to open my door. Their prices were competitive with many other locksmiths and the service was excellent. Use them if you want fast fair and professional assistance.

Called this number just 5 minutes ago, stated I needed assistance because I had locked my keys out of my car. Guy on the phone asks what part of town I'm located in, I tell him the South Mountain area.

He then proceeds to take a huge breath / sigh, sounding incredibly irritated, blurts out whats the address in an equally irritated tone.

What kind of customer service is this? I wasn't rude and answered his question. If you wanted my address the first time, then ask for it. How was I supposed to know you wanted my address with the initial question, for all I know you don't service this area. Super rude and disappointed.

10/10 Recommend - I had some of my things stolen and of course didn't have a spare key, and was so nervous about how much a new key was going to cost me. I called around a few places and this was the cheapest I could find. With so little reviews I was a little concerned, but I am so glad I went with Desert Locksmith. The service was great! Called in the evening and he was here the next day to fit my car with a new key! Zero hassle. Zero problems. Quick timing. Great service!!

My remote key had quit working and the next day I was able to have a new let and am back to pushing a button to open my car. Bravo Desert Locksmith! And for great savings over bringing the car to a dealer. Once again, many thanks!

Found Desert Locksmith when researching key fob replacement prices. Ran had the best prices I could find and he offers a great service, very professional and wore a mask. I will definitely be using Desert Locksmith for any work in the future.

Now thats a master locksmith... I had no hard feelings or animosity about the price... because he didnt try to gouge or b.s me with price jacking...
