Every time I call, system advises transferring to operator. However once I am “transferred”, there is a busy tone then call disconnects. Need emergency response yet unable to get through to anyone.

Awesome experience, very friendly knowledgable owner. I took my 2001 Ford Focus to him and it needed the keys reporgrammed ($120 at a dealership) and no one else I called had the correct equipment. He was friendly and cordial even though it was super hot out and our ignition had been duct taped up so we could still drive the car without the reprogrammed keys. It was $75 for everything and I was really happy and relieved we brought the car to him, he did a great job. If I ever need anything in the future I've got a guy!

Great customer service. Had a key made, was in and out in 5 minutes. Also had a glove box lock that needed repair. Brian spent extra time trying to repair it because the parts were no longer available.

Alon was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my lockout. My landlord called him for me and he came to me quickly. I was stuck outside in 95 degree weather, stuck on my roof trying to get into my windows in a panic, and he handled everything smoothly for my house doors so I could get to my doctor's appointment. He was really kind, too. Thank you, Alon!!
