Are you kidding me? I called for a price to break into a disk lock on my storage unit. They gave me a price and then when I asked what the trip charge was he literally says I think that my pricing isn't your business....... Wow- it only took me a couple seconds to hang up.

Door knob on my wooden double doors to my house malfunctioned and the bolt locked in place, preventing the doors from opening. YouTube videos made it seem like the only resolution was to break open the doors. I called J&J on a Saturday morning and he arrived 15 minutes later. He was able to take apart the knob, free the bolt, and replace it without damage to the door. All for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely use them in the future for any locksmith issues.

My locks were changed out by a gentleman who arrived quickly and charged me a rate that was extremely fair. He was both helpful and efficient at the same time. It comes highly recommended from me.

Morning on Monday. My daughter and I were both well prepared for the office and the school day. I asked her to get in the car when she was ready. I went to my car after waiting for ten minutes. Despite my best efforts, it will not open. It was secured. It was a really frustrating scenario. When I phoned Locksmith, I requested that they send a locksmith right away. He arrived promptly and resolved the problem. Thank you, folks!

Service tech tried quoting over $100s more then what was quoted by the company. When I called him on it, he refused to finish the work and left the house unlocked and unattended. The tech was extremely rude. Terrible customer service.
