All staff members are great to work with bacon make a key for anything if you need something opened they can unlock it for you if you have an old safe and needed repaired they can fix it and if you need one moved or 10 moved they can also do that they are great people to deal with and their prices are very reasonable

Very rude. Refused to rekey a door lock and would not tell me why. They said they could do it on the phone the day before. Made the drive through traffic to get there only to be refused service. Wouldn’t even tell me why. He kept saying “I will not help you.” I asked why but he said “I don’t have to tell you. I will not help you.”

Well i lost my key at walmart, on 18th ave & bell road in phoenix. i called this 24 hour locksmith and explained the problem..a young man came and he wasn't able to help because he doesn't rekey. So he told me another locksmith from their company was on a job, but would call me as soon as he was done. I sat for 3 hours and nobody called. After waiting 3 hours, i tried calling to find out what happened, but nobody answered. Its a 24 hour service, their web site says. But nobody came and nobody answered..I've been sitting in my car now for over 3 hours, going on 4 actually. I tried another company and the other company hasn't come either. Its 3 am, i can't go home, my husband is in the hospital, and all these 24 hour locksmiths aren't really 24 hour. Its cold, I'm tired, its not safe to leave the car. I don't know what to do.

Had a couple of damaged sensors. Phoenix Lock & Locksmith was there the next day at exactly the arranged time. Techs are always top notch and customer focused, this company is on the ball!
