Bobby was unbelievable. I had just taken possession of a house and had to have 9 locks re-keyed, garage doors reset and new remotes for the garages. I called at 2:00 p.m. He got there in 30 minutes. He finished the job on 45 minutes. Everything was perfect. I tested every lock and every remote. Courteous and tremendously professional.

I locked my keys in my truck this morning while making a quick stop for work. Jeff with J&J locksmith answered his phone on my first call and came out immediately. 20 minutes later I was back in my truck and on the road back to work. His price was fair and he is very personable and professional! I’ll be adding him to speed dial and won’t use another Locksmith in East Valley. Although I hope to not need his services again.

Only use these guys if you need a key made. Other than that they're useless. My vehicle key would not turn and fire the vehicle up. They send two guys over, and all they did was sit there and google search what the problem was, just to tell me it needs a new ignition and quoted me 420 dollars. I looked it up myself and fixed it myself and it did not need a new ignition just 30 dollar part I found at AutoZone and was a 30 min fix. Some Gurus they are. Don't bother, save your self the 30 dollar call out fee they charged just to sit on there phone Google the issue. They are no more experienced than a guy with a web browser.
