Best General Repairs in Phoenix AZ

I hired Simple Electric to replace our 1970s circuit breaker box, install new LED lights, and update outdoor wiring. I'm really impressed by how coordinated and professional the breaker box replacement was! It takes a LOT of people and coordination of local agencies (the city, SRP) to replace a breaker box (I had no idea!) Ashley in the office was very responsive and provided updates on the process. Simple Electric pulled all the permits and made all arrangements. The bulk of the work was done in one day, even with required visits from the city of Tempe and SRP. The electricians did a beautiful job on the box and I feel way safer in our home. Terin also installed new lights for us in our kitchen and bedroom and replaced outdoor wiring and outlet boxes that weren't up to code. I LOVE our new lights! They are perfectly placed in line with each other and are a terrific upgrade. Terin was also very speedy in replacing our outdoor wiring and outlet boxes, including installing GFI outlets and a brand new outlet box on the side of our house. I'm really happy with the work that Terin and colleagues have done, and I'm grateful to Ashley for arranging it all. I plan to hire Simple Electric again.

Tommy and Pedro’s work ethic is above and beyond. They did the work quickly and efferently. They listened, very fair price, and treated our home as if it was their own. I have a Nissan Leaf, and I needed a Level 2 fast charging station to be installed in my garage. Before starting, they communicated well to make sure that they had all of the right materials for the job before they arrived.

They did a great job installing a 240v outlet with a 50 amp breaker and mounting my charger to the wall. The price was reasonable, they were friendly, and they arrived on time. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I had a very good experience with Mr. Electric, specifically John Russo and Richard Thomas. During closing on our house, we noticed that one of our two doorbells wasn't working, and asked that it be repaired. To do so, the seller snipped the wires and installed a wireless doorbell; now, we had *two* doorbell chimes in our hallway, and a battery habit!

We called Mr. Electric to see what it would take to have the system repaired. John and Richard came out to take a look, and discovered that the problem was actually very minor! They suggested that, if I felt comfortable, I might even be capable of doing the repair myself if I wanted to save myself some money. I thought that spoke very highly of their integrity and honesty, and I appreciated the suggestion.

I decided to give it a shot, and sure enough -- it now works great! I just needed to replace the chime in the hallway and the buttons on the door, and screw in a few wires. It took me roughly 20 minutes and maybe 6 screws total, and since doorbells are safe low-voltage systems, I didn't even need to turn off the breaker!

I wanted to write a review to really thank John and Richard for leveling with me and being straightforward about the problem that I actually had, instead of making it seem worse than it was in order to make a quick and easy buck.

I would definitely use Mr. Electric again in the future if I had other electrical problems, for sure!

I am very happy with the work I had done by Rick at AZ Electrical solutions. He took the time to work with me and another contractor to get the wiring right for some custom installations. He was very professional, prompt, and polite. I will be using them in the future for other work I need done.

Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We had a horrible experience with the previous electrician and was VERY skeptical. John has been servicing our home for the past several years. He is our go to guy if the installation or repair cannot be done DIY. He is a professional in the field of electrical for a long time and because of that he gained our trust and we highly recommend his services.

Joe came by to give us an estimate on replacing our outdated fans on our patio. He assessed the existing fans, wrote a quote and gave it to us. Clearly he was not interested in the job! He quoted us $448.00 to replace the existing fans! That's more than we paid for the fans!!!!! I guess the work we needed was not expensive for their time hence the high quote. They forget that it was the little people like us who helped get their business going.

I have used Econolight many times over the past 10 years. Every single time I have had them in my homes I am impressed by their professionalism and care. Most recently we had their electrician Jay at our home to perform an inspection and routine repairs. He took the time to explain to us what was needed and why in easy-to-understand terms. We had some bad circuits, j boxes left exposed by another company in our attic, ceiling fans needing light kits installed and some canister lights that had gone bad. Tom not only did a thorough regular service check today in the 122 degree attic, but also provided lots of helpful hints (down to a great Jersey hot dog location!) that I will be putting into practice as soon as I get home from the store. His ideas will keep my house running cool, smooth and efficient!
