Todd is an amazing locksmith. I needed a key made for a work vehicle as it was left in Tucson and I had to drive the truck down. I called Todd late on a Saturday and made plans for Sunday. I did not know that this was his day off. He made accommodations for me anyway. He quickly unlocked the door and and went through the process of cutting me an Ignition key. At this point we had to go through the painstaking process Of deleting all the old keys from the log and adding the new chipped key. Even cut me a hide a key just in case the keys ever got locked in the truck. Todd's customer service and exceptional work ethic will be remembered and held as an example to which others will be measured.

Very pleased with this company. My mother in law has a 40yr old front door that we wanted to add a smart lock to it. Due to design, it needed special hardware that you cannot find at regular stores or even online. These guys jumped immediately to help. Saved us thousands by not having to replace the whole door. Plus my mother in law gets to keep the door she loves. Great service!
