We suggest caution when considering Jenkins for smaller projects. The handling of the water damage initially from a small upstairs bathroom leak was above reproach. The restoration that followed to bring back the home back to what was status quo was a disaster. Frequent scheduling issues, need for multiple visits from particular subcontractors due to quality issues (identified by Jenkins final approval contractor), and the necessity of tile labor warranty 4 months after service was beyond frustrating. Even now, the subcontractor tile warrant work was only a patch for the problem and we are now paying out of pocket to fix the issue rather that deal with the team again. Perhaps for bigger projects there is more attention given...

We are seasonal and we’re not even on the scene when they begin remediation. Once I arrived, they had a coordinator in place and guided me through their operations. They performed everything they said they would.

If you experience a disaster of any kind to your home or business Go To Services, Inc. is the best! My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! We had an awesome experience with PuroClean! They were really here for us when we needed it the most - my moms entire house flooded late Saturday night, so we needed help with the water mitigation and dry out of the entire house fast. I was connected to PuroClean and they took our call in the middle of the night (prob 1am) and their team was at our house at 9am the same day. Incredible! James and every team member at PuroClean was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, hardworking, communicative and very caring during such a difficult time. First of all I wouldn’t listen to the other negative reviews because these guys were amazing! My family’s home burnt down and we were devastated. After much research we chose to go with DriRite-CMG3. They were amazing from the start! Paul kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The workers came on time and work was performed and completed when they said it would be. Very clean and professional work! And they were even able to rebuild my custom cabinets in my kitchen that I loved! I would not look anywhere else! They are the best!
