From the time a service call was requested our technician, Angel, arrived within 20 minutes or less. He was professional, friendly, had superior service and went out of his way to explain the pricing and process. He reassured us that we’d be back inside our home soon. The pricing was simple and fair. He made us feel like valued customers by the way he treated us from the minute he arrived to when he left. You don’t receive this kind of service often, so hire more folks like Angel and make sure to retain them. As he is an asset to your business! Thank you Angel for being awesome!

These guys were great! Adam came out on time and had me into my vehicle and house within 30 mins. He was also extremely professional and caring to the unfortunate circumstance. 10/10 would use these guys again. Highly recommend.
Not given a real receipt, instead given one that was hand written on notebook paper. Customer service was absolutely terrible. I called three times to get a receipt emailed and the email was never sent. The last time I called I was told that I was not going to get an emailed receipt because a technician stopped working for them or something like that. I told them that I paid for their service so I asked if they can just make a receipt. They said they “can’t forge receipts “. The ended with me saying that they better come up with something and them hanging up on me rudely. I call back and get no answer. Sounds like one a big scam to me especially considering that i was charged 169, a lot for a simple lockout.

Dollar Locksmith was amazing! Was less than 15 mins before they were at my business and getting the locks changed! Super reasonably priced and very quick at their job. Techs are super friendly! Will be using them for sure the next time we need something re-keyed!!!
Accidentally locked my keys in my boyfriend’s car and contacted a few locksmiths. Dollar locksmith had the most reasonable prices and got to me in a good time frame. They assisted us quick and got us back on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you again dollar locksmith!

Adam accommodated our change in schedule and was very prompt and courteous. He did a great job with re-keying our house, and gave us some great tips on home security and locks. Fair price, great service. They will be our go-to.
For the first time I locked my keys inside my car at a gas station. It was during the hot afternoon of Arizona, and I called this company. The technician Angel was quick and professional. It was a very good overall experience, and I was able to get back into my car and continue my day.
Arrived quickly, got in to my car super fast (which was awesome because of the heat). Great price for having to travel to my locating and unlock my car. Couldn’t of had a better experience.
Got my house re locked for security purposes. Need it done asap and they came right away. Very professional, reliable, great customer service too. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is on a budget as well. Or needs their locks done ASAP. They’re on call 24 hours which is a plus. They even work on cars too. So if you lock your keys in your car they will help with that as well. No matter where you are. Which is a plus already referred them to a family friend.
Angel came yesterday to try to fix our lock. He was clean-cut and professional. Unfortunately, the lock was difficult. After 3 hours, multiple group chats, and multiple attempts we got a temporary fix.
Unfortunately again, day two, it was unlocked again.
Called again and got Ethan. He was incredibly quick. Took apart the whole locking mechanism. Re-tightened, realigned, and lubed everything that needed it. He came in expecting not to get paid and was still very professional and good natured. Well done!

Called Dollar Locksmith after locking my keys in my car and had a very important meeting that I had to get to. Adam was there within 15 minutes and had me in my car within 5 min. Made my meeting!! Great customer service at a fair price.

Came out fast. I was locked out my apartment after midnight with my kids and Adam came out and got us into our apartment fast. I called a couple other locksmiths and the prices were high. Dollar locksmith was the best price I found and very professional, would highly recommend them

These guys are amazing, i was locked out on a Sunday when I least expected any help could come. My friend called them and in a jiffy Angel showed up and in a split of minutes he professionally opened my car for me. Am so grateful to Dollar Locksmith and to Mr Angel. Guys I strongly recommend them should you find yourself in a similar fix.

I was completely dissatisfied with the false information given to me for service with this company. If told a set price for service and work why lie. To pay $174 for a car unlock is ridiculous, when I was told $25. You’re better off going to another locksmith where they will give you specified information for service and work and not switch it up. Please be aware.

I locked myself out of my apartment late at night around 8pm. Adam arrived in 15 mins, he was very friendly and professional. I recommend this company, very good services!!
I was charged twice as much for the services as normal people were being charged. The dispatcher did not inform me of how much the prices would be and the technician pretended to perform different services. I am not pleased with the service that was rendered from this company.

I was locked out of my vehicle this evening and I called for a quote and was told it would be $25 for them to come out and between $50-$75 for the lockout fee. Upon arrival they tacked on extra fees that I was unaware of such as an after hours fee of $60 which was never mentioned in the initial quote over the phone and the lockout fee was much higher than $50-$75 so the total cost wound up being $200, at that point the guy pressured me for a signature not even giving me the choice to say “no thank you” and search for something cheaper. I’d also like to note that the locksmith was not properly wearing his mask according to CDC guidelines as per law in the state of Arizona. If you have called and gotten a cheap quote expect to be paying about $100 more than that.

Totally lied about the quote and the fowt waa MORE than double due to the undisclosed fees that they only tell you about AFTER they arrive. The job was done in 2 minutes so its not like it was a difficult job, they just staight up bait and switch.

Adam from Dollar Locksmith just changed the locks on my house. They were called and arrived within 40 minutes, exactly what they told me. Turns out the locks I have are able to be changed on my own next time. Generally, locksmiths are told not to reveal this to their consumers. However, he changed my locks and then educated me on what I have. Obviously, most businesses would see this as a loss. I am saying this is a win as this is the type of business we all want to support. So here's to losing your keys soon and need to use this company to re-key them!
Adam from Dollar Locksmith called and replied to my request for a locksmith. He showed up on time and was able to pick the lock in no time. Great service and very convenient.

They told me 35 on the phone then charged almost 200 to unlock my car which only took like 5 minutes don't use them! I know I won't ever again!!!

Great work! In addition to changing the locks, they fixed the issues of all the door locks not working properly.
They showed up two hours late and I was charged twice as much as what they told me over the phone
