Lost my key and was stressed. Called This place and was willing to beat the price I was quoted with another company. Came down within the hour and had my key in my hand within 30mins!!The guy Shawn who installed it was great and put me at ease. I even got a remote control key for my car that I never had. Truly happy and satisfied!!

The back of my car key had cracked and a large piece had fallen off. I stopped by ACME without calling to make an appointment or to even see if they would be able to help. Drew helped me right away and was able to fix my key in literally two minutes. It is as good as new! He could have told me that I needed an entirely new key (which would have been significantly more expensive), but instead, he just replaced the back piece for me. I was only charged $15 (way less than I was anticipating)! I will continue to go back to ACME anytime I need a fix!

Phoenix Lock & Locksmith team was great. They responded quickly to my call and showed up when they said they would. Fixed my 2 problem locks and even noticed another door wasn't closing properly so he fixed that for free. Great guy and easy to work with.

He called back quickly after I spoke to the dispatcher, arrived exactly when he estimated and then efficiently got me back into my house after I locked myself out. From first call to final service, locksmith master,s was responsive, professional, incredibly competent, understanding and cheerful. They made sure I knew when they would arrive (same day service, call 30 minutes ahead when on their way) and they went above and beyond, not only fixing the lock I called about but identifying and repairing a second door lock that needed serious help. Super shout-out to repairman Craig Chase who was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, humorous and helpful. These folks are terrific.
