I’ve had a great experience when this company! Super friendly and great service, pricing is affordable and just over my interaction with them was spectacular! Ilan was very helpful and did great work. He came on his day off and helped me. Very great company and staff!

Scheduled my appointment for 4pm. It was 430 no call from neither the office or the technician. Until I called them and was told there was a miss communicate between them. Shorty after I notified them of the wait the technician called and informed that it would be no more then 40 minutes. He did apologize for the mix up. After waiting an 1hour and 42 minutes late for my class he finally shows up. He walks out with eyes blood shot, white t-shirt untucked, pants bangy and no name tag or even matching clothe. He parks right behind my car which is on the street. As he parks he blocks my drive way so my sister leaving can't get out. I ask him if you could move the van. His reply was wait one minute. So if finally moves enough for my sister to leave but again proceed to park right be hind me once again. After a few minutes I ask him if you would mind moving in front of my car where he wouldn't be blocking the drive way. Is say yes and tells me to wait one minute. Never moves the van and my sister when she returns is forced to park behind him. So he half complete the work and says he can finish tomorrow. I asked if the same time would be okay which was 4pm. He states he has more jobs up east and it would be hard for him to drive all the way back to my house. He then says if he can meet me at my work which is closer. I let me know it is private property and while I'm working they can have vehicles park that do not belong. He kept insisting on meeting me at my work because it would be more convenient for him. So I told me I would see wht I could do. So now not only was he late, not dressed professionally, no customer care for my family or my job. Then he tell me it would be 260 because it was already late in the day when he started so it would be extra. I will never use this company ever again. If they have people this him representing there company then I'm sure they will be out of business in no time.

Tom and his crew recently updated the security system at one of our Apache Junction facilities. The work was great, the price was good, and the crew was very professional. We have used Arizona Locksmith for a few years and have never been disappointed in their work or professionalism. Would definitely recommend Tom!

I am from Pennsylvania and stayed in a lovely condo in Phoenix this past week. Being that it was 115 degrees out and my husband I had just come back to the rent a condo with groceries I was much just made to find out that we have lost our key. I had the Good Fortune of choosing this business off my web search and was delighted with the outcomes. The technician that did our work was very professional very patient and very knowledgeable. The lock was unusual and difficult yes he stayed with the job until the end and even had a lock to replace the one that had to be drilled out. I couldn't be more pleased with a service and with the price. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitstion. I also really liked that the service representative let me know he would need proof via a rental contract that we were renters there. Honesty and integrity , rare in this day.

Nick was GREAT! Fast and friendly. I got locked out at 1:30 am and called 4 other places. I'm still waiting for a call back from place #1.. it is now 2:54 am, Nick has come and gone. He was on his way the moment I called. Price was also affordable, actually affordable not affordable then hit with a 250 bill

Amazing! My interior doors' locks needed to be replaced. bogus a locksmith The only person who arrived on time and submitted the estimate within three days was the tech. He was incredibly educated and informative. He replaced our main door lock for free on his way out after completing the work, which took a few hours. Will definitely give him another call. Thanks

J&J Locksmith is prompt, task oriented and competitive price-wise. I have had many Arizona locksmiths in the past. Jeff will give you a very fair price. He is energetic, knowledgeable, and addresses a variety of lock concerns in a timely fashion. A bonus- if you live in Ahwatukee, this is a local business.
