I have used Tree Pros once before and I just consulted with them again on another job. At my old house, I had a huge Australian Bottle Tree that was getting so big and heavy that the neighbors (and myself) were terrified that it was going to blow down in a powerful wind storm (never did, thank god.) Anyway, I had them come trim it up after consulting with two other tree companies. Tree Pros was competitively priced and very professional. They know their stuff and advised me what the best way was to trim the tree without killing it. It turned out great. I also have two giant grapefruit trees at my new house that I consulted with them about either possibly trimming the trees, or removing them. The arborist advised on on the health of the trees and the dangers of trimming them right now based off their condition. If we did remove them, again their price was excellent and I will definitely use them whether it's to save the trees (fertilizing as recommended) or removing them and replacing their with a different type of tree that the arborist recommended. They are my go to tree guys from now on.

They trimmed 5 trees altogether, 3 queen palms and two bigger trees. Not sure of names. Beautifully done. They left the yard neat and cleaned and even removed the stuff that fell over the fence. They looked like monkeys in the tree, they knew what had to be removed. Will use them again, very professional.

Nate was absolutely fantastic. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the trees to plant after coming out to see our yard. I felt very confident in his recommendations. The trimming crew arrived within the time window given by the scheduler. The initial contact crew person could have better communicated my directions to the crew regarding not walking on our travertine pool deck with their equipment, but that was easy to correct. I was impressed with their work, they were much better than the crew from another firm that we had used years earlier. They trimmed our two mature pine trees masterfully. They did a good job cleaning up all of the cutting debris. They were followed up about an hour later by the fertilizer soil injector. He did an acceptable job, however wasn't as good of a communicator. I will need to contact the arborist to clarify the follow-up monthly fertilizer applications. Overall, we were impressed with their work, and would use the for future work.

Came when arranged, promptly. All was very efficient. Robert informed me of their policy of 50%down..I was a little cautious, so they worked with me on that.. the workers were efficient and honest, pointing out a small damage to my furniture, but again, they are working with me. I'm completely satisfied with the excellent job of pruning that was done. The trees look balanced and I hope ultimately will be healthier.

I called several tree trimming services and left messages. None called back. I found Angie’s list on Google and they listed a few of these services. I chose 4 and contacted them. I was very impressed when Tree Pros called me that afternoon. They were very interested in doing the work and wanted to send a consultant to look at what was needed to be done. Robert came and was very helpful in his suggestions. I made an appointment and the tree trimmers came to my home. They were prompt and efficient. The work was well done. I highly recommend Tree Pros and will use their services again next year for the trimming and feeding of my trees.

The team showed up on time, confirmed their work order details with me and then carefully assessed the tree as to how they would cut it. They did the trimming of our very large tree rapidly but carefully. They were careful to move chairs and planters that could be damaged by falling limbs and did a nice job of cleanup. Requested a quote on a tree removal in my front yard on a Monday. Was told that an arborist would be able to come take a look and give me an estimate on Tuesday, and I should expect their call on Monday evening. No call, and then no follow up on Tuesday. Was then contacted Wednesday afternoon if I was still interested in a quote. I went with a different company (who did a great job).

Treepros did a great job trimming 3 large trees in my yard. They stayed true to their quote, and trimmed my trees thoroughly. Some debris did fall in my neighbors yard, but they were quick and polite in collecting all the debris and disposing of it. They were very fast and did not leave any branches or debris behind.

I needed to have some trees pruned. Kyle, the arborist, came over to provide an estimate. He noticed one of my trees was in very poor condition & said I might want to have it removed. Once the estimate was approved, Tree Pros got me scheduled 2 days later. The crew showed up on time & got to work quickly. My trees were trimmed and shaped, dead branches removed. Dead tree was cut down & stump removed.I highly recommend Tree Pros. They are professional and do an excellent job. I’m very happy with the results.

Talked with their Arborist about my lemon tree and unfortunately it couldn't be saved. Once I had the cable, electrical, and phone lines marked, the tree removal crew came out and took about 1/2hr to get it all done. They gave me the remaining lemons too! And, they shredded the christmas tree I had set aside for big trash pick up. Stump grinding crew came out the next day and took care of the stump and a few tall roots. looks great! The next day the Planting crew came out and planted my new lemon tree. I was surprised it already had large lemons on it. They used fertilizer and some liquid New Care Vitamins to help with the shock of replanting it. Am Anxious to watch it grow!Only thing I suggest to anyone planting a tree, be sure to call 811 to get all the underground lines marked before they dig. If you don't and they hit something, you're responsible for it. I knew this already from having other work done, but Tree Pros did not suggest it, so be aware of your responsibilities as a home owner. The original spot we picked to plant in had a number of lines underneath it so I changed where the tree was planted. If I had not had it marked, things could have gone very wrong for me.

#1. They didn't show up on the day that was scheduled. They did not communicate that they weren't coming. It was raining so I understood why they didn't show up. I left a detailed voicemail letting them know that I understood why they didn't show up and requesting that they contact me so we could reschedule. They did not contact me. They showed up unannounced at my house a couple of days later at around 10:00 a.m. They were aware that I work night shift and need to sleep during the day. It was a Saturday morning so maybe they assumed that I didn't work that night.#2. The estimate included a complete blowing out of my back and front yards. They did not do the blow out. We had had rain in the days prior so I understood why they didn't do it. Still too wet.#3.Despite not completing the job, they charged my credit card the remaining 50%.The job has yet to be completed. I'm hoping to hear from them on Monday.

I couldn't be more pleased with Tree Pros! I am stunned how well everything went with my tree removal, grinding, and replanting of a new tree. It was a major operation requiring the use of a 40-ton crane. They showed up on time for each visit and were super efficient in addressing each matter in a timely manner. Somewhat more expensive than using the usual landscaping businesses, but definitely worth it. You DO get what you pay for with Tree Pros. It's so refreshing to work with a business that follows through on what they say they're going to do. Not exactly commonplace here in the Phx metro. Tree Pros completed a tree trimming and pruning for me a couple of months ago on a Carob, the tree was in terrible shape, dead wood and leaves falling like crazy. I wanted to see how the tree performed a couple of months, before I took on the expense of another one in my backyard. Fortunately, the 1st tree seems to be doing well, and today they just completed the same procedure on the 2nd one, clean up was great both times and everyone was helpful and friendly. I recently called a few tree trimming companies because I wanted some estimates to compare pricing. I have never had tree service done before. So after the guy came out to give me a quote on the tree trimmings they start going in saying that I need soil treatments and the plants I recently potted would not survive because the pots I used. I don't need your criticism on what I do with my yard! If it does I'll learn from my mistake. 2 days later I receive a call asking what day and time we can set up service. I told them I was still waiting for another quote and I would GET BACK TO THEM. Now, since then I've had 4-5 phone calls and 4 text messages in 1 week asking why I haven't set up service. I do understand that I have ignored some of these calls but to constantly call me is ridiculous. Give the customer at least a week or 2 before calling them 4 times in a week for an answer. I will not use this oversized company who's greed is money not helping the customer. Go use Harris and Sons! 50+ years in business and good pricing! Oh and no $500 deposit before the work. Do not pay any company before the work is done!!! That is all

We have hired these people three times, was very happy with them. This time they did a good job in our back yard but did not do our palm in front yard, so they sent someone to finish the job. They had no idea how to trim a palm, our palm looks like it was chewed up buy a beaver.its done and all they could say I’m sorry. I think they owe me a new tree. Guess you can’t even trust a professional company. I will not use them again and make sureyou think twice about using this company

We recently had a 38 year old pine tree removed from our backyard. The tree was in a difficult area to get to with little room to work. The Team of Tree Pros were excellent in removing the large tree in sections and carefully lowering each section to the ground to avoid damage to my home and block fence. It was amazing to watch them work. They left my yard cleaner then it was prior to the work and the result was that it appeared no work / tree removal had even occurred. GREAT JOB

I had a huge old mesquite tree that had to be removed. Part of it was hanging over wires, part of it over my neighbor's garage, it was going to be a tricky removal, so I needed to work with a company that was licensed, bonded, insured. After checking the Registrar of Contractors website to make sure they had a clean license, I contacted Tree Pros for an estimate. It was a Five Star experience from start to finish. I was able to reach someone immediately by phone, and an estimator, Kyle, was at my house within a day or two. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me a written estimate on the spot. During the course of scheduling the tree removal, I was in phone contact with the office several times. The ladies were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient and if they were not able to answer a question, they were able to get the information for me quickly. Great communication was maintained through the entire process. On the day of the tree removal, a four man crew showed up on time and got to work quickly. They were all very pleasant, courteous, and careful and respectful of the surroundings. It was a seven hour job, and during that time at least two different supervisors showed up to check on the progress of the work and check in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. The whole thing went off without a hitch and a project that I was dreading turned out to be a painless and actually pleasant experience. It was fun to watch a group of true professionals take down that beast. There was lots of rigging and climbing and chain saws going and they made quick work of it all and left the area spotless. Thanks, Tree Pros. I'll recommend you every chance I get and will use you for future tree services.

I cannot say enough good things about Tree Pros, LLC! A friend recommended Tree Pros and I'm glad I followed her recommendation. The tree removal (big, dead, old dangerous tree) was not cheap because a crane was required. But ... Tree Pros came in, removed the old tree, and cleaned up everything in my yard, in front of the house, and the nearby sidewalks. Very professional from the estimate to the job itself. The crew was on time, did what was promised, did it well, cleaned up everything, answered all my questions, and did an extraordinary job. It's actually very refreshing these days to do business with a company that follows through and fulfills a professional commitment. In fact, I just called them again and they are coming out to trim a huge eucalyptus tree. By the way ... my son needed a tree moved and Tree Pros did that job, too. He was more than pleased. Not happy at all with the work that was done. They did not live up to their estimate. And this was after them coming back for a second try. The in person estimate said they would reduce the size of the trees by 40%. When they sent the written estimate it said 35%. We called on this and the estimate writer confirmed that it would be 40% reduction in size. They were also supposed to thin out the trees dramatically. When the crew arrived they started on the 8 Eucalyptus trees. We noticed that the reduction wasn't much. We went and asked the crew leader how much they were reducing. He said 25%. We made the call to the office. During this whole process they never called back...except...from their payment dept. He wanted to charge the remainder to our card. We said no, not until it was done as per the estimate. The next week a crew just showed up (no call) and said they were reducing the height of the trees to match the estimate. I wasn't here, just my wife. If I knew they were coming I would have stayed home to be there. She asked about the thinning. They said no they weren't doing any more thinning. They then charged the card without asking. We never were able to talk directly with the estimator. Very unprofessional. In addition, the crew didn't clean up the cuttings. They just used a blower to blow it around the property. Very unhappy, I would tell anyone thinking of using them to BEWARE. POOR WORK, POOR CONTACT, POOR END RESULT. Do not use this company. We are contacting the CC company to get resolution because they won't call back. And we have before and after pics as well as pics of the residue they left behind. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Nathan was very responsive to the request for an estimate. He was my contact throughout the project. The tree removal team were not as careful as I wanted as I had a lot of plants that I had to tell them to protect as they were dragging branches out of the yard.I had to wait over a week to get the stump removed even though I was charged an emergency removal fee.They did clean up the yard of 90% of the debris, which was appreciated.

Last week I had to have a 26 year tree removed due to it dying and becoming hollow in the trunk. I originally tried to save it by my choice. Tree Pros were extremely responsive and professional! They came out, provided a detailed information and a quote. Once accepted, they quickly scheduled the tree removal. The crew contacted me prior to arrival and were even a little early from their window they provided. Within 9 minutes they removed a 20' Mexican Fan Palm. I was worried about the location, next to the fence and within a couple of feet from the pool wall. No collateral damage. They scheduled the stump grinding. Again, showed up early. Within 30 minutes, they had grinded the stump, cleaned up and it looked like there was never a tree there! Thank you Tree Pros!!

Perfect. I needed two trees removed in my yard that were large and unruly. They worked fast and cleaned up everything for me, even branches that my husband had piled up well before we called them.I am really happy with their customer service. Tree Pros came in at the cheapest quote I got out of three. After reading reviews and talking with the gentleman they sent out, I was set on using them. It was raining the day they came out for the tree removal. I received a curtesy call in the morning to let me know they were on their way. I spoke to a woman about my concern for the rain and was told that it wouldn’t effect anything. They did a great job cutting down the tree but left a really huge mess after. I was lied to by someone on their crew, stating that they’d be back the next day first thing to clean my yard and remove a large amount of the logs they left in my front. They didn’t come back until the following Monday 4 days later.. the clean up was very poorly done. I had my next door neighbor come complain to me that they left behind a mess on her property also. I was very embarrassed after talking to her the week prior getting permission for Tree Pros to come onto her property and clean up at Tree Pros recommendation.. I guess this is a good lesson in life not to go with the lowest estimate and believing reviews online.

We contacted Tree Pro to have a tree in the side yard removed. The arborist came to the house to give us and estimate and went over what they would do and even pointed out a few things we hadn't thought of. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We accepted the estimate and then Jessie and his team came and cut the tree down. They were fast and efficient, friendly and very easy to work with. A couple of weeks later the stump removers came and removed the stump. I hired them to do some soil injections, trim some trees, and provide some fertilizer. They trimmed the trees fine but left before doing the rest (I have cameras in the front and back yard).I called and they explained that the tech got had to leave but they'd come back the next day. The tech came, dropped off the product and left. When I called to ask about the injections, they told me the tech didn't realize he had more to do and he would come back. It sure started to seem like the $1000 soil injections were just a sham service.Lastly, it happened another time. Tech came for 5 minutes and left. Emailed the company and called multiple times. Said a supervisor would come out, but then stopped responding. Wouldn't recommend.

Waste of time and money. Company does not communicate well with customers or their own employees. At the time of this writing, company has not fulfilled contract.Situation: Scheduled services to remove one tree and plant another. Told arborist that planting would need to occur later due to scheduling conflict. Arborist never told planting team about later scheduling, so the planting team brought a sapling on a day I was unavailable. Rescheduled. However, arborist also never scheduled a survey of the yard to ensure no pipes were damaged. When planting team returned, they still could not plant because the survey was not done. Rescheduled again. Next time, the planting team delivered a half-dead sapling (leaves already brown and withering, branches already brittle and lifeless), planted it too deeply for water or fertilizer to reach its roots, and neglected to create a well around the tree to help with watering and feeding. Called arborist back out to look at team's work. Arborist said they would make it right, and rescheduled again.As of this writing, team's rescheduled time for planting has come and past. There was no phone call or email to inform me of delay or cancellation.

Had three 35' palm trees removed. One trip was to cut down, another trip was to stump grind, stumps were approx. 2.5' round. Results of stump grinding was well beyond my expectations. He quoted a reasonable price for the work required and also identified a fungus on two of my palms that needed treatment. Arborist came out to give quote on service. AT NO TIME WAS THE WORD ‘DISEASE’ USED. However, after job was done, an entire limb (a large one) is dying. On another part of the job I asked for a clear path for cactus growth up through the tree’s area… this was NOT done at all. Cactus is still headed right into limb of tree causing it to lean for sunshine. When I asked for assistance, it took 8 days before the company decided to respond. They say they told me about diseased tree - NO THEY DIDN’T. They had no explanation for NOT TRIMMING for cactus growth. I realize now that I should’ve paid more attention to the BAD REVIEWS instead of any good ones. DO NOT HIRE THESE CONS.P.s wouldn’t let me give ZERO STARS.

I have a neighbor who decided to plan a tree years ago inches from the block fence that we share. More than half of the crown (and roots) are in my yard and the tree is at least two stories tall. I needed to find someone to trim the tree back before I had issues with more of the tree ending up in my yard from a monsoon storm. We returned in August from a wedding in the Midwest to find a massive mesquite had toppled in our backyard during a windstorm the night before our return. I started calling tree services and was told that the wind did a lot of damage throughout the valley and they couldn't get to me for perhaps weeks. Not Tree Pros. At dusk that very day arborist Paul Britt showed up at our house. The beautiful landscaping at our house was a major selling point when we bought it just 10 months earlier. We wanted to preserve it and make it even better.Paul helped us form a vision that went way beyond removal of a single tree. We got rid of palm trees and oleanders, ordered new trees and a new, more efficient irrigation system.The work didn't get started for nearly another month; but when it did, the workmanship of the Tree Pros crews was a thing to behold. Tree removal, stump grinding, irrigation trenching and installation, and clean-up were all first rate. When the last crew left, the front and back yards looked so spiffy, I wanted to throw a garden party. Now. I couldn't, of course, because of Covid. But you can bet the party will be someday soon.This project turned out to be on the pricey side. But when I drink my morning coffee on the patio and look across the yard, I have no buyer's remorse.

The quality of the work was very good. One could never tell that a tree existed in the two spots where they were removed. Tree Pros was very timely and very quick to remove the two trees and stumps. They cleaned up everything very well.We had a few hiccups that needed to be discussed with management but our concerns we're taken into account, we were listened to and the response from them was very good and resolved in a timely manner. These hiccups were not from the work that was performed though. I was extremely happy with the work they did and am very confident that l would use Tree Pros again in the future!

Though these folks have been swamped with projects, they have always been accommodating and communicative with their scheduling, and did their best to work with my availability.Our Arborist was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us find ways to work the project to fit our budget. The site foreman was also exceptionally professional and extremely helpful with making sure we understood what exactly was going to happen.Come installation day, the labor crew was timely, professional, and very helpful with ensuring we understood our new timer, valve manifold, and how our new sprinklers worked. To boot, the quality of their work is absolutely phenomenal!!! They came and did what we needed, even with having to adjust for our original plan (no sleeve y see driveway to route conduit/poly tubing under), and once they were finished, you would never have known they needed to dig into the yard!If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would, and I’d recommend this company to anyone!

We called Tree Pros after losing part of a tree during a storm. Though their services are pricey they were very professional and did an excellent job with trimming our large tree (20 - 25ft) in the front yard. They also trimmed a smaller tree and our palm trees in the backyard, and provided us (at a cost) with fertilizer to help us keep our palm trees healthy. Because of their professionalism and quality of service we would use them again, and at the same time we may look for a more cost-effective service. Still, if you want excellent tree trimming service, you could choose Tree Pros with no regrets.

While I've been happy with the timing and quality of past services Tree Pros has provided (including removal of a storm damaged tree and the planting of it's replacement...in addition to trimming, thinning, and pruning of its yard mates) I'm sad to relay that my most recent dealings with this company, and specifically one arborist, has resulted in my seeking another company to provide emergency and repeated tree care service.Normally, one bad experience wouldn't cause me to go elsewhere, as we all have bad days and unforeseen circumstance.I gave the company the benefit of doubt, when it took 2 weeks for them to send someone out to provide me with a quote for damaged branches.When the arborist (NOT MY REGULAR) arrived, we DID talk extensively about expectations...but instead of being provided a written detailed estimate, reflecting our discussion, he said he'd have to send it to me (by the next morning), as he was SO BUSY.I completely understood and agreed.I even waited a week before contacting the company for this quote, which they advised had NOT BEEN COMPLETED nor SUBMITTED...meaning they couldn't just send me a copy, but would have to contact the arborist themselves.When it finally arrived, it was missing information.I made multiple attempts to allow the company to rectify, correct the situation.As I type this review, 6 weeks have passed.Maybe it's all a BIG misunderstanding...but I cannot wait any longer.

Tree Pro's is an outstanding and professional company. These guys are no joke and they treat the customer with the utmost respect and provide high quality customer service. Shane and Carlos came to remove my stumps and were the fastest and cleanest crew I have ever had at my house. The crew that came to remove the three huge trees did not miss a beat. They came in with a crane and lifted three trees with over 35 years of growth out of my yard in less than 3 hours. Tree pros did a wonderful job of trimming the overgrown Museum Palo Verde in our front yard. The canopy was beautifully thinned and shaped without losing the lush and lovely shape. The palm in out back yard got a much-needed shave to get rid of all the dead fronds. The fronds were also properly trimmed -- NOT scalped. Plus the clean-up was terrific. Everything was left neat and clean and all of my property was treated with respect. This is the best tree service I have ever hired and I am not ever going to hire anyone else.

Multiple issues on the scheduled day caused an initial delay. The fantastic customer support team prioritized my limited availability and worked to fit it into my schedule. Found a piece of stump left behind a couple of months later and without question they scheduled a team to come finish the job. Every company and person makes mistakes. Ricardo and his crew did a fantastic job of thining out the tree and the following cleanup. Ricardo was very knowledgeable and made sure I agreed with what he had planned as far as the trimming went. Very satisfiedTwo weeks later another member of your team came (I don't recall his name) and put the liquid in the ground around the trees and brought a bottle of weed killer. Again, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

We installed Solar on our home. We were told that our one tree needed to be topped off. The arborist that came to our home explained that our tree wouldn’t survive, it would not grow out enough by summer and it would be sunburned and die . We chose to have the tree removed. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We had a second tree trimmed and fertilized. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their trees taken care of.

I would 100% recommend Tree Pros to anyone, and plan to use them again in the future. They first removed a tree for us, then grinded down the stump and big roots. Once they were done with that, they cleaned everything up and racked over the rocks. You can't even tell a tree was ever there!! Looks fantastic!We also had them replace our entire irrigation system. They did it in two days and it works so much better than our old one! I'm so happy with it!! Again, they had to dig many trenches for this, and afterwards they cleaned it up so well, you can't even tell work was done.I was highly impressed with the whole situation. When the day to do the work arrived they were on time and just got right to work. Excellent. Tree Pros reduced the height of our large Bottle Brush Tree by nearly 8’. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris. They also came back and fed the tree. We were also advised to increase the watering schedule.

The work they did on my trees was great. I needed my Palo Verde trees reduced in size. I had another company come out last year to do it. Instead they cleaned them up but failed to reduce the size. These guys reduced them by a third. The trees look really well shaped as well. They also thinned several other trees so they would not be damaged by the wind. They did that without taking to much out and altering the trees. I was happy with the job that they did.

We located Tree Pros on Angi's List. We had no prior experience with the company.As it turned out Tree Pros is a very fine company. The office kept us advised of the scheduling. Two separate crews performed the work (trimming and feeding). Both of the crews were led by foremen that kept us aware of the status of their work. They checked in when they got here, they asked good questions as they worked, and they checked out when they were done.I could not be more complementary of the professional effort combined with a willingness to provide a quality job !!!

Great office staff and great workers. We had 3 very large palms trimmed, 2 of those were skinned as well, 2 very large Ash trees removed as well as stump grinding. I had 4 separate companies come and give me quotes and they were the most honest in pricing and very informative. They did nice clean work and fully cleaned up after themselves. We are beyond satisfied with the work that was done and will be using the for any future needs. We have also received several compliments on the trimmed palms and will be referring friends and family!

Our first experience was good, but our follow up experience was revealing. They Billed our card before scheduling an appointment when we had a tree we were looking to take down. We understood we had toPut money down, but to bill the card prior to scheduling the appointment was not ok with us. We cancelled that day, and two weeks later still sent a crew to our house. On top of that we had the job we needed done and our previous job requoted, both were half the price by multiple other highly rated arborist. They also over quoted us by 7k on a future project we were looking to do. Clearly a company that takes advantage of return customers and try’s to price gouge them. Very disappointing. Make sure to shop around and get second and third opinions on any work you need.

The folks from Tree Pros made sure to work with my schedule and budget. I called to schedule an appointment the first week of September. The first available appointment in my area was Sept 27. I made arrangements with child care, work etc. to be available and onsite today and just received a call this morning advising they had to cancel but can fit me in sometime in October. When I asked for them to reschedule the appointment for tomorrow they advised they were booked and couldn't accommodate. This will be the last time I use Tree Pros. Disappointed in the level of professionalism displayed by a company that canceled same day and made zero effort in taking care of a return customer.

I had them return to do some additional irrigation work and check the status of my system to ensure trees/shrubs were being fed properly. These guys were great. I had one other estimate that was much higher. I talked with crew before trimming to make sure we were on same page regarding exactly how much they would trim. I didn't want bare trees when done. They did a good job. They had to climb dozens of very tall mature twisty eucalyptus trees to trim. I also used a company before that charged by the hour - never again. These guys gave a flat price for trimming 50 trees. ?

The arborist from Tree Pros, Paul, was very knowledgeable about my desire to get a complete trimming of my trees and not just the lower branches. This required climbing up in the trees to accomplish exactly what I wanted. While at first I thought the price was high, Paul did know his business and the final result was great. I also had thought about deep fertization for all my trees and Tree Pros also were able to perform this task. While they did an excellent job, it was probably overpriced and I would not recommend this service. However, the tree trimming I would recommend.

***Make sure you read recent reviews, not overall*** wish I could give 0 stars. I don't even know where to start with the terrible customer service, but here's the long story short- had 40+yr old pine trees in the backyard, the reason we bought this house! They needed trimming before monsoon season we were afraid some branches could break. Nate comes to our house, wants to talk more about how he's married to the owners dtr than our trees, but convinces my husband along with the trim we should fertilize the trees. They come out and trim hardly anything, my husband talks to the guy here and the guy here says he can't trim more or it will kill the tree, but they fertilized. My husband expresses to the girl at followup we aren't happy because it hardly looks like our trees were trimmed and we paid almost 4k. A month or so later one of the trees starts to die, we call and call and don't get anyone calling us back. FFW months later they send Jimmy out to look at our tree. He stands there and says he would never recommend someone trim or fertilize these trees in the summertime, as if we were supposed to know. They are the tree pros so we took Nate's advice. But then when we say the tree died from their service he says prove it and left our home. Now all we are asking is for the tree they killed to be removed and they are refusing. So, 4k later we have barely trimmed trees we will have to take care of through someone else and a dead 40yr old pine that we will have to spend more money on to have removed. Don't expect any reasonable follow up. It takes weeks to get a call back if you have any sort of issue.

I consulted Tree Pros regarding the trimming health of my 3 Tipu trees. The first assessment was free. The technician recommended using soaking hoses with watering twice a week. He explained it was not a good time to trim the trees. He also recommended a treatment they could apply, with me doing follow-up treatments monthly. I decided to do the treatment which was scheduled a few weeks later. For the treatment, the technician arrived timely and did the work on all three trees. He provided me with the containers of solution to mix in water and apply monthly. Tree Pros service is professional and timely. I will continue using them for future needs.

Your crew came by a little earlier than expected which was fine (a call ahead would have been nice) but I was okay with that. They asked what I wanted done and understood that I wanted my fruit trees trimmed and pruned. Some other landscapers would have just trimed the outside of the trees but wouldn't know how to prune the inside crossing branches. We got taken by these guys. We had a tree get destroyed by borers and we called tree pros to help with a replacement. A year later we discovered the new tree they put in is dying as well. They forgot to treat for the borers before they put in the new tree. I’ve tried to work with Amanda, Yessenia, and Jimmy out of their office, but none of them are responsive or follow through on their promises. Spend your money with someone else as these guys don’t seem to care about taking care of customers.

I had sissoo tree roots coming in my yard from a neighbor’s tree. From the survey to see how much work would need to be done to the moment they were done doing the work, they were really professional and friendly. There was a slip up on the paperwork the workers got but we were able to get it corrected immediately right then and there. I, personally, think they could have removed more of the roots from the ground before poisoning what was left but so far, I haven’t seen any new sprouts so I don’t think it made any difference on leaving the roots there. I am enjoying the use of my full yard again to play with my dog.

From the first time I called them, they have been very communative and responsive to my questions. I thought everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about the area they worked in. We had a large tree that was next to our property line and over our house. They removed it quickly without me realizing there are even done. I was surprised that it looked as easy as it did (which I'm sure it was not easy) as it had a lot of obstacles in their way. I appreciate that they came when they said they would, and that I received a call when the weather did not permit them to come.I received the referral from my parents who used them as well and we are also very pleased with their work. I was referred to your company and when I saw your reviews I decided to request a quote. I received a call from your company once I filled out the online form and setup an appointment for Thursday, August 20th, 2020 in the afternoon. I was told I would get a call on Wednesday the 19th to confirm a more accurate time arrival but I never received a call. I waited until 3:48pm to call your company on Thursday the 20th to find out that the Arborist was unable to contact me. That makes absolutely no sense since I was contacted by phone by your company to set up the appointment in the first place and once again when I called to find out what had happened and you tried to reach out to the Arborist (then called me right back on the same number).I took time off to meet with your company. At that point in time the employee on the phone offered for a new appointment to be setup 1 week later (I know everyone is busy but I had already waited 4 days). She then tried to see if the Arborist could still come that evening and I said no, I will not be doing business with you.Less than an hour later, one of your employees showed up at my door. That is completely unacceptable. It is was inappropriate and unprofessional after I politely declined to spend money with your company after being blown off previously. You wasted my time and money by failing to meet an appointment that required me to make arrangements so that I could leave my job to meet with you. For you not to respect a homeowner's wishes and still show up uninvited at that point was simply impermissible.

Fast and professional job installing irrigation and a small grass area. We have had several disappointments since then. I called them 3 times requesting information about work already installed and no one ever calls back. Then I was told it would cost $150 just for a consult. I am new to the desert and did not know several mature trees did not need irrigation. Rather than advise me they installed it anyway. ( I've since rerouted to new shrubs.) So if you are not a novice, they do a fast and professional job but don't count on them after the installation is done.

Excellent company. I am extremely satisfied with their service. An arborist came out and helped me to create a plan of action and even identified a tree infection I had. He emailed me an estimate that evening with multiple options lined out to best suite my budget. I called the next day and made an appointment for the following week. Their team came out and performed the work with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. The tree trimming they performed in less than 4 hours would have taken me 50+ hours to do myself, plus I didn't have to take the limbs to the dump! A few days later they came out and gave my trees a soil treatment to combat the infection.10/10, I would definitely recommend Tree Pros and will be using them in the future!

They were close to the house and they were removed safely in a timely manner. Great price compared to any other places we got estimates from. The schedulers were very helpful and the crew was professional, polite and very organized. Good job. A 50% deposit was given with a credit card. it was upsetting that they billed the second 50% of the invoice on the same credit card with out asking or notifying us. I am not sure that is legal.

I recently had a large eucalyptus tree removed from my back yard that was originally planted very close to my house and my neighbors wall, with limbs over both of our houses. Tree Pros removed it safely and quickly and at a great price. The journeymen were very polite and respectful; they even made sure that my trash can got emptied when the trash truck drove through, since their truck was blocking the can. My backyard looked better than it did when they got here after they cleaned up from their work. Very satisfied with the work done and the men who did it.Communication from the office could have been better, but the job was done as asked with no damage done to either property.

Kyle did an awesome job of scheduling the services needed. He and all of the crew were very professional and courteous. There were 4 guys with ropes and chainsaws trimming and cleanup. When they were dome it was beautiful. They also cut down the Salt Cedar. They came back the next day to treat the salt cedar. Then the came back 2 weeks later to stump grind the stump. I would definitely use them again.

We called Tree Pros to remove a tree in our backyard that had blown down in a wind storm. We were told that the entire tree (including the stump) would be removed. When the crew arrived, they removed the tree only to the stump and said another crew would be by later to remove the stump. No one arrived so we called back and were told that stump removal wasn't included. This is contrary to the quote we received over the phone. We were finally able to speak to a supervisor who said they'd send someone out to remove the stump the following day. The crew arrived and removed the stump, but cut our irrigation line in the process. After that, our insurance company reached out to Tree Pros many times for an itemized invoice of the services rendered, but did not receive a call back or the requested invoice. We purchased a new tree from a local nursery to replace the old one, and when the nursery came out to plant the tree, they told us that the old tree hadn't been removed properly and parts of the stump and roots remained. They were unable to plant the new tree as a result. We called once again and were told that a manager would be able to come out and take a look the following week. In the meantime, we have a tree sitting in our yard waiting to be planted and my husband has to take a day off of work to wait for the manager to arrive to look at the shoddy job that was done. Tree Pros' office is disorganized, they misrepresent their services, and their work is poor quality. It's unbelievable that they haven't been able to get things right in almost a month's time and that we're still dealing with their lack of professionalism. If this is how they regularly operate, I'm surprised they're still in business.

The arborist, Robert, arrived on time and was very thorough in his assessment and recommendation of what needed to be done. He asked if I had any questions or other concerns. The work crew arrived on time on the day the work was to be done and got right to work. They went over the work order and when they were done, asked if I was pleased or saw anything that needed attention. They were very neat and clean in their cleanup. We had Tree Pros remove two trees and treat and grind the stump, trim and crown clean 4 others and apply soil treatment to 4 trees. The trimming they did left my trees looking sculpted, healthy and beautiful. The tree removals happened without a hitch and the clean up they did was great. Basically the estimator Paul came out did some walking around and I asked for sod to be installed and rocks removed. He wanted to add all this other stuff like cutting trees etc and after he came back with an estimated cost I was like NO WAY!! SO he had demolition of the rocks, sprinklers system added and sod installed. The price was still way out of my range so I asked him to remove the sprinkler system from his estimate. A stump removal was $300, sprinkler system installed with sod was $6500 and demo of removal of the rock was $1850 . That would make the total $8650. After the removal of the sprinkler system I was still quoted $7100. So you mean to tell me that the sprinkler system to install etc was only $1550? No, what happened is I made the mistake of not doing my research and asking for proof of his calculations cause installing the sod should not cost me $4,950. Make sure when you decide to use this company to get exact estimates and proof of their estimates cause I was extremely ripped off for not knowing how this works. When I asked to remove the sprinkler system from the estimate he just threw me a number and now I see it definitely does NOT add up at all. Shame on me for allowing them to take advantage of me like this and not getting proof or a second opinion. Use your common sense when using this company. Huge Ripoffs!!

Apparently in this economy, they are not very hungry. Why would you turn down trimming an olive tree for say $300, I guess they don't need the money that badly.

I think the whole project was overpriced, delayed by a week and follow up only after I called, have not reread the whole job description ,but was there awarranty included if I need some one to come out?Now I know why you have the prices so high, because of all the advertising you do.The installation 2 men did a good job in general. but the leveling of gravel in some spots were not satisfactory .I am glad this was my last large improvement, I could not afford such a big cost for a job this size.

Tree removal and stump grinding went well. But we had asked for some irrigation work and the proposal reflected that but then after the new trees were planted nothing was done with the irrigation. Once we asked about that it was silent for days. Finally got someone to come out and tell us what was needed they wanted to charge extra for work that should’ve been included in the original proposal. It’s been a week and we still haven’t heard from them. I emailed multiple times because Im not sure we got the right sized trees but never heard back on that either.

He was professional and explained the work in detail. The work I wanted to have done involved three different crews. Each crew showed up at their scheduled time and got right to work. When Kyle first came out last week to give me a price, I was going to have a huge tree removed in the back and a tree trimmed in the front. Kyle noticed two additional trees that weren't doing so great. He recommended shooting the soil around the trees with vitamins.Today, the tree crew arrived, on time. We had a 30ft palm tree in our backyard that desperately needed to go. It was very close to our pool and our neighboring wall so I knew we needed to go with a specialist who would do the job correctly and with precision. After talking with Robert about our estimate, it was pretty obvious these were the right guys for the job. The Tree Pros team showed up to our house right on time (which makes sense considering how efficient their team is) and had our palm tree cut down and the yard cleaned up in less than an hour! Not only that, but they also skimmed the pool for the small chips that fell in during the cutting! They were all very professional and friendly.After their stump grinding team was done, our yard looks as if the palm tree was never there. Couldn't be happier with their work! They may not be the cheapest, but they're worth every penny and more for making this process so easy and painless. Have a large sisso which Tree Pros thins/trims/shapes annually. Always appreciate the planning visit done with arborist. When this year's work was done, the team arrived on time; a couple of the members were part of the team in prior years. Nice! The 'lead' talked through the work to be done with me; then organized the team. Each branch is selected/trimmed specifically.......no saws randomly flying about ......The tree is beautiful and ready for any monsoon winds. And it DOES NOT look like a mushroom. I have several extremely large ficus trees and a large ash tree and for years have had landscapers trim them as maintenance. Deciding to hire arborists was a big step. Although nervous at the price tag, I couldn't be happier. The consultant discussed options that would help the trees remain healthy and sustainable. The crew that came out was on time, worked safely, did a tremendous job and left the lawn and rocks cleaned up. Such a great experience. I won't go back to landscapers for tree trimming ever again!!!

Tree Pros just fixed my current watering system so I can water different zones on a different schedule. Why the original company didn't do that is a good question. I didn't know enough at the time to demand it, but they should have have recognized my needs and recommended it. Tree Pros knew exactly what I needed and set the system up properly.Tree Pros also ground out a stump. I figured the yard would be a mess when they were done, but they covered the trenches they dug, smoothed out the rocks, and even washed the dirt off the rocks with the hose. I am SO happy with my entire experience with Tree Pros. We bought our house because of the massive tree in the backyard, but it had never been properly pruned, was off balance, dangerously overgrown and was starting to lose limbs. I expected my free estimate to be some random guy coming by and taking pictures to bring back to the office, but instead had a qualified Arborist consult with me in my yard about my specific tree and it's needs. I had a written estimate within the hour of his visit and was able to schedule the crew the same week. My crew was awesome! I didn't expect much from the crew except that they would of course do their job, but they were really top notch. They were very friendly and answered my questions. They were very respectful of the things in my yard and were just as respectful with my neighbors. I think the volume of branches they took off my tree would have filled my yard up to the top of the block walls if they weren't cleaning it all up as they went. The amount of debris was shocking - I was bracing for my tree to look like a skeleton. And that would have been okay, because the tree was in bad shape and we knew it needed a lot taken off. But I'm happy to report it still looks like a tree. I still have my leaves and some shade. It even looks taller without all that weight on the branches. Every cut was thoughtful and deliberate. Every twig and leaf was cleaned up from my yard before they left. They were so thorough! I was home watching them work, so I know the amount of hard labor that this took, but if I hadn't seen the during it would have seemed like my crew brought magic wands.

We got two quotes to remove a sissoo tree whose roots were causing problems. The arborist was aware of all the problems with this type of tree and walked us through the entire process. They were also $200 less than our other quote. They removed the tree, poisoned the stump, came back in 2 weeks and ground the stump. All workers were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up the mess and hauled it away. We definitely recommend Tree Pros for this type of work.

These guys are seriously Tree Pros! I had two huge Eucalyptus trees that needed serious pruning. I contacted Tree Pros and received a visit from the estimator Anthony, a thoroughly professional young man. We discussed exactly what needed to be done, he took some phots for reference and we agreed a price. A week later the gang arrived. 4 guys well equipped for climbing, sawing and blowing. They had a large Chipper and proceeded to do their thing. 3 hours later I had two beautifully shaped Eucalyptus trees and a very clean yard. Thanks to all who made that happen. The quote was very reasonable. My only complaint is not knowing what time they were coming until late the day before. However they were on schedule and very efficient. The entire 30’ tree was taken down in about an hour. Two guys, a chain saw and another guy chopping up the wood. I was amazed at how fast they worked without dropping branches in my pool or in my neighbors yard. When they were done they cleaned up nicely. The trunk grinder crew came a few days later. They were on time which made me happy because I was going in to work late after they were done. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. My only complaint is the girl on the phone said it would take about 30 mins. Lol it took over an hour and I was later to work than I wanted to be. They shouldn’t say 30 mins when clearly it’s not a 30 min job. Overall I’m very impressed with everything about this company. I highly recommend.

I've been very pleased with the work Tree Pros has done for us. I had several very tall Mexican fan palms and some queen palms that I wanted to have removed. The Tree Pros quote was HALF the price of the quote from another company. The other company couldn't start the work for several weeks. Tree Pros was available two days after we got the quote. On removal day there were here on time and had 5 trees cut down and hauled off is less than 2 hours. When they came to removed the stump, 45 minutes and they were gone. As much as you might love your tree, when the monsoon storms keep you awake at night, it is time to take it down when half of it is destined to fall on your roof. Never used Tree Pros before, but they responded to my inquiry same day, and were out the next day to survey. This right after the July 9 storm. Quoted a fair price when considering the size of the tree. Set a date but requested sooner would be better than later. Actually got to me 4 days earlier than scheduled. Crew of 4 got all over it, had to get on the roof to trim back half of it. Bottom line, tree is down and gone. A tricky removal but absolutely no damage to roof, house, yard, and a very thorough clean up and friendly crew. Happy with myself for being proactive. Better to let Tree Pros do it while it is standing than when it is laying across my living room. Thank you Tree Pros. Will plant a new tree this fall.

They did a good job, but their time frame is slow. They had to postpone on me once, which I can understand to some degree. When I had two time frames (one for tree takedown and trimming, another for stump removal), the two they told me were not what their guys were on. Thankfully someone was home regardless. They really push the up-sell and when I refused the up-sell services, they still scheduled me for them anyways (for an additional $1000) and I had to refuse them again. When I did, they tried to come back at me saying the services I did have scheduled was going to be more for stump removal, which I was already quoted for. Lastly, the price is WAY too much compared to other service providers. For the work they did when it finally happened, they did do it well. However, with the rest of that experience, I will not be using them again. I had more work done many times over on the same property by another contractor. The work was just as good, happened weeks faster, and cost half as much.

Tree Pros was very responsive to my landscape needs, from the first call to the actual fertilizing treatment. After scheduling the appointment, Kyle, a certified Arborist, came out and assessed my trees and landscaping and offered constructive suggestions. I wanted two trees trimmed back and shaped, but he strongly advised against it until the trees grew taller – in about a year. I know he could have scheduled a crew to come out and do the work just as a way to charge a $400-plus fee, but I sensed he was more interested in developing a relationship where he would monitor the landscape and perform work only when necessary. I did agree to a fertilizing schedule, especially for my queen palms. A few days later a technician came out and injected my trees and palms with fertilizer. The gentleman was also pleasant and helpful. Great company who I will call and utilize again.

I got an estimate by a tree specialist about fertilizing my six dying trees. The specialist injected into the ground fertilizer all around the perimeter of tree. They were very professional and arrived on time. It's only been about two and a half weeks. I haven't noticed much change for the better or worse. Only time will tell.

Tree Pros were amazingly professional and efficient in removing a 50+ foot pine tree from our roof which was felled during a storm. The crew arrived when promised and coordinated among the crane operator, men on the roof and on the ground, using chain saws, a wood chipper, and a truck for the larger branches. The leader took pictures of the holes on the roof for me for the insurance company. The crew cleaned up the debris from our yard and the street and completed the job in about 90 minutes. IN SUMMARY: 2 fan palms removed, damage to tiles on roof have been fixed. I am a happy customer.Here is a full UPDATE on my experience with Tree Pros. Shortly after my original review from 8/9/18 (no one asked me to, however, I made the personal choice to delete it), I was contacted by a manager named Yesenia. She was professional, courteous and efficient and was sincere in her apology on behalf of Tree Pros short comings. She contacted another roofing company and had the owner call my husband that day. This company came out and did their job within 3 weeks (we did have a rough monsoon season so I took that into consideration as far as the amount of time goes). Yesenia stayed aware of the progress and ensured the situation was rectified. Robert, the owner of Tree Pro's, also reached out to me, expressing his apology. Even though all this started out rough, in the end, the fan palms were removed, repairs to my roof WERE taken care of and I am pleased. These days, I typically expect the worst from people, however, with the follow-up and full completion of the job, Tree Pros proved me wrong. Today I received a hand written letter from the owner Robert. It was an honest and well written letter taking full accountability for the entire situation and didn't make a single excuse. I give credit where credit is due. Tree Pros earned a few stars back.

Find another company to do your tree removal. This company is very good at selling their service but the crew they sent for tree removal was unprofessional and untrained; no manager in the group. They damaged a 10 year old agave which was a beautiful specimen; now we decide if we will look at this plant for the next 5 years or if we take it out. This was totally unnecessary and should never have happened as it was stated on our estimate to protect the agave plants in our yard. Management was totally unconcerned; no apology, no call to make this right with us, no offer of replacement plant, no adjustment to our bill after sending Kyle out to look at the mess. Kyle took photos but no one seems concerned about the damage their workers did...very disappointing! I assure you, you can find someone much much less expensive and who will do a better job for you....keep looking!May 23...This is an update to the review we submitted earlier in the month. Tree Pros addressed our complaint by refunding us $100 and a complimentary soil treatment to the damaged agave. After all communication and our experience with Tree Pros, we feel a two star is a fair rating for this company instead of the one star we originally gave.

I had a tree fall on my house and car. I got the run around from several other companies and my insurance company. Mike came out, within an hour of my call, quoted the job and scheduled the job. Within a few hours the tree was gone!! The crew were very professional and courteous. Furthermore, they really knew what they were doing!! Overpriced and constantly misdirecting communications. I frequently get promotional emails addressed to my husband, but they can't get an estimate or bill to us via the same email address (and we've checked- they aren't going to the spam folder). Also, the arborist quoting the job is a salesman; we asked for an overgrown citrus to be topped (which we spelled out as make it shorter so we can reach the fruit) and they wrote crown on the quote- which was not explained as a different kind of service. When the real guys came to complete the job, I learned that I had been lied to about the service we would receive.They recommended an expensive watering solution to a tree that will do very well on minimal water after it is established, but didn't think that improved option was smart for non-native trees that do need a lot of water (and can't agree on the % dead a tree should be before throwing in the towel an be removing it). I'm happy that landscapers can provide most of the same services for a fraction of the cost.

I would hire a tree trimmer from the front of Home Depot and pay a third of what they charge and never provided. Would not recommend to family or neighbors.

Nathan came out from Tree Pros and looked at our 40 year old Chilean Mesquite. We discussed several options, in the last 30 days I had had two very large limbs come down. I noticed that there was disease present where all the large branches separated and branched off. We discussed treating it and what the cost would be, but after taking a good look at the tree he pointed out several other problems the tree had. Due to the extremely hot summer and age the tree had more problems. We decided to have it removed. The d as the was scheduled and the crew showed up on time and within 6 hours the tree was taken down, every thing was cleaned up and the crew very professional. I would highly recommend Tree Pros

There were 2 separate crews, 1 for the tree trimming and 1 for the deep root fertilization. Tree Pros scheduled both on the morning of the same day at my request. The crews showed up within the designated time window (2 hrs). The work was done within a reasonable time and done as I instructed. Cleanup was very good, including around the pool area.This is the 2nd time I have used Tree Pros and been pleased both times with the results. I will continue to use them in the future.

I recently had a large tree damaged during a monsoon storm and needed to have the tree cut down and removed. The tree was hovering over the solar panels on my roof and my patio cover. I was very nervous about the possibility of damage as the tree was removed. The folks at Tree Pros assured me that their crew would do a careful and professional job for me. I scheduled the work and also scheduled to have 10 palm trees trimmed. The crew arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. They worked diligently to trim the trees and then began work on the damaged tree. In no time at all, the tree and all it’s debris was safely down, cleared and hauled to the chipper. The crew made sure the palm tree debris was picked up and hauled away and that any debris that may have drifted to my neighbor was also picked up. Now that’s service ! A special shout out to Oliver, who explained the process to me and was just a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use Tree Pros for all of my tree trimming needs in the future!

We would definitely call Tree Pros again for trimming our huge backyard Acacea tree each and every Spring (and Fall too, if necessary). We called them as a referral from AMS Landscaping in order to keep our backyard tree shade without destroying our swimming pool due to excessive leaf debris. Nate came out to provide an estimate within 1 week and a crew came out to trim it up the following week. It was expedient, they cleaned up, and really did a great job for a fair price considering all that they trimmed away. We love it!

I requested a picture estimate since I wasn’t in town and while I received a confirmation email, I never got anything after that. It was a sad but necessary task and the Crane operator and crew worked well together in its removal. They caused NO damage to the home or other landscape.Your company however needs to work on communication between the different crews and client regarding the scheduling of this project.However I still give you 5 stars for the work.

Daniel and the crew from Trees Pros were nothing short of excellent! They were here ahead of time to start cutting down a huge tree. We bought a chipper with the help of a guy that works here, they said everything worked great, it had good hours and it was$16,000. Right after picking it up we went to drive home and on the drive home the tires blew. So we had to replace that right away. Got that fixed and went to go use it and not even 5 hours of using it, we had problems with the engine. We tried getting a hold of the company but nothing.

The Tree Pros crew showed up at the appointed time. My tree needed a lot of trimming. The crew worked very efficiently to make sure all branches on the roof were cut down. The tree was shaped for upward growth and off the roof. At my request they took out some rose bushes that were dying. All the branches cut down were put in the chipper so there was nothing was left on the property. The also cleaned up all the debris on the front yard and the walkway. I was quoted trimming of all my trees, Palo Verde and Palms in May and was told to wait to trim the Palms until June by the Arborist assigned to my account, and when I called to schedule my Palm trim, this company raised the prices on me and said that they quotes the palms as a bundle previously, but since they are being trimmed on a separate appt they raised the price by $150.00. They didn't honor the originally quoted price and I will never use them again.We spent THOUSANDS with this company on sprinklers, and tree services only to get price gouged! Great quality and very timely! I just got my whole prehistoric irrigation system redone by them. Not only is the system much easier to use now, but project manager (Joe) followed up with me to ensure that I knew how to use the system. Did good job will give them that but Arborist’s number I had to have never returned my call. $1600 for one hour of work is way overpriced! Would never use them or recommend them to anyone! I even had to remind them to clean up a pile of debris they had raked up in corner of yard, would have left if I hadn’t reminded them to clean up, also requested stump cut to lowest level and had to bnriong that up as well, second cut was at least done evenly. Thanks account rep rude over phone even after explained at Veteran’s Hospital in Prescott so preferred text, not call.....Never again!!

Terrible company and customer service. I called for an estimate talked to a girl and guy was supposed to come yesterday (Sat.) and was told by the girl I spoke with that he would call 1st for window and text when on on his way, so of course I waited around and no call and no show! I saw that a Mike came Fri (not scheduled for that day) and just left a paper at my door with cost but never even called or texted he's was coming or after so then so I missed him. Then I left a message on his cel to call me since I had questions on estimate, and of course he never called. Do not use Tree Pros as they are obviously very unprofessional and will waste your time. Not to mention they want about $670 to just remove a senita cactus that tipped over, so they are a total ripoff as well!

Had the salesman call in June to trim palm trees,I mentioned they were done in August normally ,he said if we wait it would cost more.So like a Fool I said OK ,now in September we have black berrys hanging and ready to dump on driveway,So I asked there supervisor (salesman) what they can do to and He said for 1/2 price they will get them trimmed.All I can say is customer beware if you know when trimming is required don't let them hard sell you into a mess

Told the crew several times not to drop the tree's on the lawn because I was worried about the sprinkler system. They did it anyway. One sprinkler head was broken but it could have been worse. They should have done it the way I requested. Your crews should not be able to do whatever they want against the wishes of the home owner.

We planted a small Aleppo pine 40 years ago and it recently started getting the blight. We called Tree Pros and they saw what a hard to reach small area it was in, surrounded by all of our barbeque and patio built ins and said they would be able to do it. The Tree climber was amazing and the supporting crew all cleaned it all up so you didn't even know they were there. All of our neighbors were so impressed! thank you Tree Pros and you really are pros to us

We called Tree Pros to do some major trimming on two mature mesquite trees. While there were some scheduling/communication issues in the process, the working team was great to work with and the aforementioned issues were resolved promptly when we called! Most professional and know their business and most of all, they know how to take care of customers where there are problems with the job. We were not only sent a note of apology from General Manager, Jason but also offered a rebate for some of our cleanup and it is most refreshing to have a company like Tree Pros that steps up to any issues/problems and solves them immediately! Can’t trust this company. Did a good job the first and second times they trimmed our ornamental oranges. The last time, the person supervising the job recommended a soil test, which cost about $200, because some of the trees were yellowing badly. Several months passed, no report. TreePros said they lost it and wouldn’t charge us for it. They found it a week later and emailed it. No explanation of the report, just a bunch of numbers. We asked that someone tell us what it meant and what needed to be done for the trees. The person Tree pros sent out told us that we never needed the test, that he could tell what the trees needed just by looking at them as it’s a common problem in AZ, and advised that the person who sold us the test was no longer with the company. He has refused to refund the cost of the unnecessary test, notwithstanding that his company recommended it, because, well, we got the results after all. That decision has cost TreePros my business, to the time of over $1,000 a year in business they won’t see.

We contracted with Paul Britt to have two Sissou trees removed they were Huge and shading my solar panels and destroying my block and brick walls. Do not plant Sissou trees in your yard. Paul was very professional and explained the entire process from removal, treating the stumps and removal of the stumps. The crew arrived supervised by Oscar and they were professional and completed the removal of these two trees in record time. The diameter of the trunks were about two feet. The workers were very safe in their work and protected our other trees and structure from damage. The trunk treatment company arrived on time to complete their work. Oscar's crew did a fantastic clean up leaving it better than the found it. I would highly recommend Tree Pros and will use them again for tree trimming and tree removal. A very satisfied customer in Surprise, AZ

I talked to Amanda about the cost to trim two citrus trees and she said around $150. I said fine and set up an appointment and Dan came and gave me an estimate of $350+. It included a laundry list of things to be done. I feel I was led astray by the office staff or perhaps a bait and switch. I refused the work and wished the staff hard been better trained on how to talk to customers.

Tree pros came out last year to give me a bid to trim some palm trees. I agreed to the price over the phone and paid a deposit to schedule the date.The day the service was scheduled the workers claimed they couldn't get into my yard that my gates were locked. I know I unlocked the gates that morning. Upon further speaking with the company their guys stated it was too much work for the price I was quoted.....they then proceeded to lock my gates and left. seems strange right? then it took 3 phone calls to get my deposit back because I didn't feel comfortable having a company such as theirs doing work on my property.Then this year the company called me trying to trim my trees again. Ha!

I had do them different jobs, both expensive. 1st job was trimming my neighbors diseased trees off my yard and that required special heavy duty equipment and 2nd was fertilizing my trees. There was a problem with the equipment and unfortunately what was supposed to be a 2 hr job turned into 8. They did a great job with cleaning up afterwards.

I called Tree Pros to have a tree removed, they sent an arborist out, he gave me a quote on the job to be done. They then scheduled a date for the work, and took care all aspects of the job, including calling APS to top the tree that was entangled in the power lines. Tree Pros did exactly what they said they were going to do, and in a timely manner. Very happy with Tree Pros.

Tree Pros took down a very large, dead tree for us yesterday. Can I just say these guys did an awesome job. Pretty amazing watching them drop this big old tree, right where they wanted it to go. Will be calling in a month or two to get the stump removed as we opted to wait on that, and to have them remove a couple of fruit trees in the back. Very nice job guys.

Don't Expect Results. I had Tree Pros come out in April to look at two Palo Verde Trees.One had no leaves and the other looked in need of attention. I was told the trees were both alive, but what I needed was 4 drip lines on each tree and a $200 soil treatment. My landscaper did the drip lines and I paid Tree Pros for the soil treatment. This soil treatment was completed in less than 5 minutes. I was already suspicious, and my suspicions were confirmed in June when there was no change. Tree Pros came out again, and sold me a product called All Care for $38. This didn't work either. Now it is almost November and still no improvement-not one leave on the tree. I spoke with the general manager Jason and he said, they don't guarantee treatment. I asked him for a refund or to make this right and improve the health of my trees. He said they don't guarantee their service. You might as well go to the nursery and do it yourself....

We contacted Tree Pros for a professional Arborist. They came out and bashed Moone Valley for the trees that were dying charged us $85 and gave us a treatment plan and all the trees died. I called back 3 times requesting to speak to another Arborist. I never received a phone call back. Not impressed

This is the second time we have been stood up for an estimate to get one tree removed and another trimmed. The first missed appointment was on January 21st. We were called about 30 minutes before the guy was supposed to be here. He called in sick. Ok, it happens. So we reschedule for this morning for him to come between 7:00 & 7:30 AM on a Saturday. We changed our schedule to accommodate this time. It is 9:25 AM. No phone call or any indication if he is running late or blowing us off again. It appears to be the latter. Two calls placed to Tree Pros - no answer. Very unimpressed. If the rep can't even seem to make it to the estimate appointment, why would I trust that a crew would show up at a scheduled job? I am disappointed that they disrespected my time twice now. I am not inclined to opt for a third time - there are so many other companies out there who do want the business and will show up when they say they will.

Absolutely terrible service. I would recommend that no one ever use this company. Unfortunately, a list of all the things they did wrong exceeds the allowed character limit. So, I need to only list the very worst.I contacted Tree Pros because I had a dead tree in the back yard and their website claimed that they planted trees. I had a salesman come out to give me a quote on planting a new tree, pruning a Palo Verde tree. In addition, I wanted a separate quote for removing a queen palm (to be done in the future).The salesman told me that they could not prune the Palo Verde tree because of its location. I was surprised by that, but didn't worry too much about it. However, as part of planting the new tree (a small 15 gallon plant), I fell for some high pressure sales to get my other trees fertilized and the irrigation system adjusted at a pretty significant cost. Since the salesman told me that I needed the irrigation system adjusted before planting the tree, I decided to go ahead with it.So after having to be home to meet with the salesman, then there was another day for someone to come out to fertilize the existing trees, and then another day I had to be home to have their irrigation guy look at the drippers in the back (just having him give a quote incurred a cost).Then came the day I was looking forward to - I was going to get the new tree planted. Instead, two work men showed up and didn't know anything about the tree - the entire reason I was having anything to do with this company. I called the office and the first person I spoke with sounded like perhaps they might try to resolve the situation. However, they just had the first salesman call me back and tell me they don't actually plant trees (although this is listed on their website). It turns out I was supposed to somehow know that they didn't plant trees as part of their business - I was supposed to buy a tree and have it delivered to my house, and then cut a deal under the table with the workmen to have them plant it. I'm not sure if the main company knows that their salespeople are trying to have work done by their workers behind their back or not.Then to make things much worse, the two workmen had no clue what they were doing with irrigation. When they first arrived, I told them what needed to be done. Unfortunately, there was also a language barrier, so I guess they just pretended to understand me. In my back yard the pulled up the cables for low-voltage lighting, pulled up some of the larger poly pipe and left it above the surface and left whatever spaghetti lines they put in just hanging around. There was no effort to level the landscape rocks (leaving larger rocks from below the surface on the top. As they were leaving, one who spoke some english told me that they had cut the water in the back so the trees would no longer be flooded. There was never any flooding, their irrigation salesman told me that higher flow valves had been needed. So I had to spend hours over the last two weekends trying to make at least cosmetic updates and bury the system again, knowing that I'm going to have to dig it up and replace the valves to get more water to the plants.I later found that in my front yard, they removed the drippers from plants (such as bush morning glory) and put them on cactus plants. Since I had explicitly pointed out where drippers should go and told them not to put them on cactus, I'm assuming this was the language barrier again (although they should provide at least minimal training so their work men know not to put drippers on desert plants.So, after spending over $1000.00 and taking time to be home on multiple days, I don't have the tree I wanted, and now don't have a working irrigation systemI've waited a couple of weeks after complaining to them before leaving this review to see if they would try to make it right, but no such luck.In summary - they can't prune trees, don't plant trees, and will destroy dripper systems.

I'm a bit disappointed in the communication with the job. The pricing was fair, but when I called to confirm my stump removal (after they removed the tree), I was told it was the next day (on Saturday). Friday afternoon arrived, and I received a call to confirm that the crew would be there between 7am and 9am. After 10am I called to see where the crew was and was told that they were not working and would be there on Monday between 7:30am and 9am. I was also told I would get a 10% discount on the stump removal. The crew arrived on time on Monday, but when they charged my card for the 2nd half, it was for the full price. I had to contact them to find out why they did not give the 10% discount. 60'-70' tall diseased tree had top come down. 2 hours site time, 1 1/2 hrs work. 4 men + crane operator, crane, dump truck and chipping machine. Incredible cleanup. Moved tramp twice. Only took me 20 minutes to pick up the very small debris they missed. Thank you for a job well done!

I had Tree Pros come out and do some landscaping back in December 2017, one of the employees cut the pulling lever on my outside blinds, essentially ruining the blinds. It's now May 2018 and the replacement blinds have yet to be installed. I have waited since December 2017, hoping that I could give them a good review, for making this situation right, but I am still waiting.... **Edit** My issue has been resolved, I changed my one star review to four, since Robert worked so hard at getting my damaged blinds replaced in a very short amount of time!! Very pleased at this point. Thank you, Robert!!!

They call ahead to let you know when the crew will arrive and are there usually within 15 minutes. They do the work the way you want it to be performed. They cleanup after themselves when they are done and leave the place as though they were never there, only in better condition. We would not use anyone else and haven't for many years. Way more expensive than others. Work was sloppy. Tree trimmers were not supervised by someone knowledgable. A couple of months afterirrigation was put in (sloppily) three bushes died. The company was requested to return to check their work. They charged a fee. Anygood company would stand by their work and check it for free. Verydisappointed.

We have four sixty five foot tall pine trees on our property and when one started showing signs of disease we called Tree Pros. They quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly trimmed the dead portions of the trees leaving no trace of garbage on our lawn. They also preformed soil and trunk injections and now we have a much better chance of keeping this valuable tree alive.

Tree Pros provided excellent customer on the phone and on-site services/support. The only minor issue that caused me to rate 4 star versus 5 is that their subcontractor (Bluemark), that provides property marking of utilities, was slow to respond and never notified me when they were going to be arriving at my home to mark the water line from the meter to the house.

We had our tree removed from Tree Pros and when they took out a part of the root they hit our irrigation system. We had a leak coming out of the ground after that and when we called for them to come back out they tried placing the blame off of them and told me they would get back to me to come back out and I never heard from them again. It seems as though they outsource their work to other people and they are the middle man. I would not recommend them.

Will never use them again! Have lots of leaks after they replaced the sprinklers, was working fine before. Some plants don't even get watered now. Left the yard a mess with tree trimming and their personal trash. Have pictures to share, but they don't seem to care!

Do not use this company. I hired them to redo the irrigation system in my house which costed me a lot of Money. There were many leaks after the new system was installed and came to find out they did 20% of the work they were paid to do. Granted I got my money back, but I'm still two year later paying the price for a job horribly done.

Unethical and without any integrity whatsoever. I strongly urge anyone thinking of using this company to choose otherwise. I met with Robert and Jason Nunemacher the COO of the company. After a verbal commitment Jason Nunemacher submitted a written proposal completely different from our agreed upon terms and then flip flopped over the phone. Deapite the early warning signs I proceeded with Tree Pros and on the first day of business Jason Nunrmacher forfeited every commitment Tree Pros had made and lied about it right to my face. I have a massive Shoestring Acacia tree in my yard which badly needing trimming. Tree Pros booked me very quickly after confirming I was planning to use them. They did a great job, and their crew was very professional. The tree is huge and very tall, so it's not an easy job. I'm very happy with the results, and would use Tree Pros again.

Came with a crew of 4 to crown and shape my lemon tree, which was severely overgrown. All of the men were very professional, came right on time, and the tree came out looking great! They even helped save most of the fruit from the severed limbs. Cleaned up the yard like they had never been there.They are a bit pricey, but worth it.

We have used Tree Pros for a few years now and they have always been polite, on time, responsible, work as a great team and clean up leaving our property in better shape than they found it. They are talented arborists and trim our trees into beautiful ways to allow light in and they know what to cut. We have been very happy with there work and will continue to use them. The crew from TreePro arrived on time and were prepared to tackle the job of removing all the dead branches and two major limbs from a 55 year old Aleppo pine tree. It took all of three and a half hours for the four man crew to finish the job including the task of hauling all the detritus to the wood chipper. Sure glad I had the tree cleaned up when I did, otherwise the 50 mph wind that arrived this morning might have snapped the tree. Good job TreePro.
