Murphy's A-1 Tree Service

Mike Murphy is a liar, he makes deals with his employees and then doesn't follow thru. His business should be shut down, I am gonna do everything in my power to see that it is. Call anyone else. Even the 3rd grader down the street. He throws tantrums like a preschooler and has been both physically and verbally abusive to his employees and customers. His business is a joke. Run run fast the other direction, and if you have any common sense DO NOT USE THIS HELLISH SERVICE.!! My hubby worked for him for over 3 yrs and was treated worse than a slave. I'll take the chance of cutting my own trees b4 I'll ever hire him or wanna see his ugly face again. If you want real professional service for real, call any other place. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I couldn’t be happier with their service. I called on Monday 4/26/21 and the job was done that following Wednesday, super quick! The crew trimmed two African sumac trees both of which were overdue for a trim. Not only did they trim the trees beautifully but they also cleaned the surrounding area of leaves and debris, I really appreciated the extra work. I’ll definitely use this business again.

Mike and company did a great job removing my dead queen palms after the hot summer in 2020. They also helped save my largest queen palm after the same hot summer. On the negative side they are a little cavalier with their scheduling and communication.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Showed up unannounced, banging on our front door, and yelling like a madman, despite the fact we have doorbells available. After showing him the property, we told him we'd like our two large trees trimmed. He started complaining he has no access to the trees and tried to go through our neighbors property, we merely asked him for an estimate which turned out to be 4000$. After we declined he was insulting beyond reason. I absolutely advise against this company.

We are over the moon with Murphy's A-1 Tree Service. We had a huge tree blow into our house during a storm and they came out late at night to cut it away from our garage. Then returned the next day to pick up the tree and raked and blew the areas to spotless. So nice to finally find a great company which rates A+ in customer satisfaction and we will highly recommend Murphy's A-1. Thank you Michael and your fantastic crew.

Murphy's tree service showed up on my front door wanting to trim my front olive tree. I told the worker I could not afford the $350 for the tree and said I did not want it down. So Today, a week later the worker came to my house and said they were here for the trimming of the tree. I said I did not schedule a tree trim. He proceeded to call Mr Murphy and I went back to work. My phone rang and one of my employees answered and it was Mr Murphy demanding to talk to Carol. She got on the phone and he proceeded to yell at her demanding she get her tree trimmed. I hung up on him. He called back a second time and my employee answered the phone only to get yelling and was VERY force full, angry, rude, disrespectful, demanding and continued to harass me . Three times he called back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...

I have 15 palm trees that are over 40 ft tall. Murphy's trim them for the last 16 years. Cleanup was thorough. I reccomend them to everyone who need treework.

Don't use this company, they made my yard look worse, tree branches of all sizes are all over my yard. They left the neighbors gate open, when I told him I didn't like the job he offered to come back but after dealing with his yelling and unprofessionalism I said no.

Mike and crew came out. Removed dead tree...trimmed everything. Did an awesome job! Very pleased.

Mike knew exactly what needed to be done, did the job, left my are clean.
