I’ve been with Maid Easy for several years. Unfortunately, it isn’t what it was when I started. Over the last several months we’ve come home to find they didn’t clean at all, only cleaned the downstairs, skipped bathrooms or failed to vacuum select bedrooms. It’s to the point we come home on our service day every month and inspect every room of the house. On top of that, they increased the price, albeit very nominally, without any notification. They do fix the issues when the house isn’t cleaned properly, but it shouldn’t come to that.

We use this service and have been happy. This month we had Antoinetta and she was amazing and so nice, did the best job we've had so far! They have nice people like her working there who really bust their butt cleaning and they've done a great job for us the past few months.

Very thorough while also getting things done quickly. Having an elderly grandfather and dog to take care of leaves me little time to keep things tidy. With bi-monthly appointments the house is kept clean as the day we bought it!

Celia, Maria, & Martha were the wonderful ladies who helped clean my new place. Each of them were so professional and very friendly. The receptionist Elizabeth also was so helpful in getting me into their schedule the same day as my movers were coming the next morning by 7am. This company is awesome!!

One of the cleaners was fast and efficient and good. The others seemed to have no experience, were slow and did not respond to requests, and spent most of their time talking to each other. Near the lowest value I have ever seen from a cleaning company. At least they were on time.

I always get Maid Pro to do my cleaning when we are coming back from a trip. The house is always cleaned very well and one less thing for me to think about after being gone.

These guys were great. Called them on Wednesday. They came out the same day, provided an excellent quote. They came the following Monday when my schedule allowed and did amazing working. Don’t think about using this company a moment longer. Call them now!

Excellent job and worth every penny. I had them do a deep clean and was so happy with their work I am going to hire them on a regular basis.

We have a busy travel schedule and they are very helpful when we need to adjust our cleaning schedule. We have them come every two weeks and that has worked well for us for many years.

I recently had a grout cleaning by valleys best cleaners. I chose this company due to the reviews and their grout special. My home only has 2 high traffic areas, the kitchen and breakfast nook. Upon confirming the two areas I needed cleaned, the technician was over an hr late. He called and texted me multiple times to try to increase the square footage on the cleaning thus increasing the price. Eventually I relented as he explained if I just do those two areas they will not look like the rest, they will be brighter. After he cleaned I received a message from my husband that the grouts appear the same. I took pictures and sent them to the manager and all he could offer was someone to come out and redo. I paid $360+ dollars when I was originally quoted $89. Please be mindful that this is a scam and should be treated s such. Also the technician was highly unprofessional, asking my husband several times if he played professional football. He did not like the answers given so kept asking. Homeowners are supposed to feel comfortable in their homes not badgered 10+ times.

Extreme cleaning with no attitudes! Timely, professional. Looking forward to seeing them again next week.
