AZFW is hands down the worst contractor I’ve ever worked with. Extended review is on yelp. Losing paperwork, charging for services not rendered, lying, not returning communication, pointing fingers, damaging existing property, unable to complete repairs, attempted blackmail; the list never ends. I'd avoid this company at all costs. Almost 6 months after starting business with them, the repairs to my wall still need to be addressed, there is additional damage by the company to my floors to be remedied, and I've had an increase in my homeowners insurance as a result of a claim being paid out. Not at all worth the hassle.

Patrick and Kyle at Venturi Restoration are my go-to for carpet cleans and water extractions at the community I manage. Eric removed the moldy cabinets in my kitchen, treated mold, was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. He flawlessly fixed my drywall after the mold was removed and he reinstalled cabinets that he found for me. Eric even matched the paint in my kitchen when he was done, and when all repairs were completed he cleaned the area. My kitchen looked like NEW, like nothing had ever happened.

Jason & Mariah sent out Alozono, Robert with their team members to my home. They did a great job with tarping my roof, removing drywall & mold removal. Very professional & friendly too!

These guys are over due a review from me. In December I bought a house. The carpets clearly needed to be replaced. Do to scheduling there was no time to have them replaced while the house was still empty. These guys came and made old dirty carpet look new to the point where I didn't need to replace it.

We had a flood just before Christmas, we have never experienced anything like this before. Thomas Restoration & their team arrived quickly & walked us thru all the steps of what needed to be done. We dealt mainly with Kelton, he is very knowledgeable & professional.
