Was able to focus work on areas most in need of cleaning, get a fixed hourly quote for that work, and schedule the cleaning timely. Workers arrived as scheduled, were friendly, and performed the specified work efficiently and effectively for the agreed price. I plan to use Merry Maids again.

The first time they came to my home was pretty good, the next two times could have been better. Management were very responsive after I called them and refunded my money.

I hired Maid Right for 3 reasons.

1- One of the owners took the time to come to my house, meet me and give me an estimate. Others I talked to wanted to guesstimate over the phone.

2- I wanted the same people every time. I got that. Others would not commit to that.

3- Priscilla and Carissa do a great job and they are not afraid of my dog. In fact he is very comfortable with them. Most importantly, Priscilla owns her own franchise. She has a vested interest in doing a good job.

I was not looking for the cheapest cleaning service. I wanted quality and consistency at a fair price. I've got that.

I called and told the scheduler what I wanted done. We went over the rooms and the size of the house. On the day of, they show up and say it’s going to cost more money even though we discussed it all. They wanted me to pay more so they could stay longer. They never said anything about this being a hourly job or time limit when I called. It’s a SCAM. You can tell by others posting the same type of review. The 5 star reviews are by people with only 1 or 2 reviews? Really? Sounds fake to me. They didn’t complete the job. Some rooms look real nice. Other rooms weren’t touched. Complete waste of money. The fans weren’t clean, which I asked for. The outside of the fridge isn’t wiped off, which I asked for. They said they didn’t know there would be stuff on the shelves. My dad and husband moved everything off the shelves for them and they still didn’t touch the bottom shelves. We just moved in 4 days ago but how do they clean other people’s houses that live there for years. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU

Lupita, Celia & Lisa were AMAZING! We are moving so I was especially critical walking around after they left, but they truly got every nook of our home. I was SO impressed. They were also so kind, on time, and speedy. Highly recommend!

They are always on time and do a great job. They send several people so they are in and out very quickly with the least inconvenience. Recommend them!

I use Molly Maid of East Phoenix and Paradise Valley for monthly cleaning of my residence. They have always done a good job and always kept on schedule even during the worst of the Pandemic. The price is reasonable. I don’t think I could ask for more from a cleaning service.

I hired Modern Maids for the first time (as I had never used a cleaning service before). I was so impressed I kept them on and it was an amazing value! You can't beat the weekly rate that they charge, especially when you look at what else is out there. Not only did they clean my house, but then included things like shampooing my carpets and doing my laundry, which saved me so much time. They were also great at communicating if we needed to change anything on the schedule or if I needed them to focus on something special like removing a sticky substance from my dryer. In all honesty, they cleaned better than most people would have done themselves. If you're looking for a company who will do a great job at a reasonable price - call Modern Maids!

My friend and Realtor had recommended the service because they had used them in the past for move-in cleaning.

I emailed them and had to call three times before I got a response. I spoke to Tammy and explain to her that I needed a deep cleaning and actually wanted the services associated with post construction because I had just had windows replaced in the entire home and there was a lot of dust.

I further explained that I had 20 foot vaulted ceilings, and the crew would need to have ladders that could reach the top because all the walls and ceilings needed to be dusted. She told me that they would send someone with a tall extension ladder and have all that work done before the crew of four cleaning girls would start on the rest of the house. I was quoted 2 to 4 hours, and explained to Tammy that even if it took longer, it was imperative that every aspect of this house be wiped down except for the windows. I agreed to the price quoted, which included a surcharge for a Saturday.

On the day of the service, for girls arrived with small step ladders. No one came equipped with an extension or tall ladder to do the walls. I told the lead girl Allison that the walls needed to be wiped down. Her response was “ all of them?”

I explained to her everything that I wanted done and confirmed that they would do the three bathrooms and disinfect them as well. She assured me that they would. They stayed three hours, and when I went to check on the work, I told Allison that the upstairs was not nearly as clean as the downstairs. There was still dust on the furniture in the master bedroom and none of the bathroom shower doors, nor bath tub and shower tiles had been cleaned. I told her that I had wanted them done. She again stared at me blankly. Then asked me to sign the invoice. She did not offer to correct what was not done thoroughly nor did she offer to do the bathrooms. They were still well within the four hour timeframe and could easily have done it.

I emailed Tammy outlining everything and stated my disappointment as I did not get the service that I was promised. I told her that while the girls did work when they were there, they did not do everything that Tammy and I had discussed, and what I had explained to Allison. I asked her to please contact me or respond to my email. I was hoping to have them come back and complete the work.

I was not even given the courtesy of a call back or respond to my email.

Not only is this company not “perfectionist quote. They are also extremely unprofessional. My realtor and friend who recommended them will now no longer be telling anyone to use them.

At 44p/hr per person with a 3 person team I'm flabbergasted that it took them hours to clean a newly remodeled home, not completely furnished, with no kids and only a small dog. At that rate, number of people, and time spent I would expect my house and appliances completely spotless and my walls, baseboards, window tracks, vents, etc. to be thoroughly cleaned (they weren't). The job completed was just barely better than what I do on my own and some products used actually destroyed the type of finishing I had in the bathrooms which I didn't notice until later that evening. I paid hundreds of dollars for this. I suppose if you've never cleaned a day in your life, have kids and animals tearing up the house and needed a basic cleaning the service would be worth it. The initial room took 20 minutes which is the most used and has the most stuff. Yet rooms that are barely touched with all new and clean items took longer? I cannot justify the cost with the quality and time spent. I chose this company because of the name, description, and what was promised. False advertising and highway robbery. It looks decent til you look at the details. I wish I had paid more attention to them but being they are professionals, I thought they knew best.
