Best Move In/ Out Clean in Phoenix AZ

What a terrible experience. I scheduled a cleaning with Bruni and her team. Conversations were difficult from the start, I should've seen that as a red flag. She was spotty on getting back to me, but I saw all the 5 star reviews, so I held out. Then today, the day of the cleaning, her team was supposed to arrive at 10. At 10:30, when I hadn't heard anything, I messaged her. They were running behind, and she said they would be there between 11:30-12. 12:00 rolls around, and no one was there. I messaged her again. Now, it would be 1 before they got there. There was absolutely no communication unless I reached out. Then, I wasn't having the whole house cleaned, just a few areas. It took 3 cleaners, 4 hours to clean 3 rooms and a half bath. After the first hour, I walked out to see how it was going, and it literally looked like nothing had been done at all during that hour. Then they FINALLY finished, and when Bruni called me for payment, she tried to charge me twice the max she had originally quoted me! After they took my payment, the girls let me know that they had broken a glass figurine. I will never use this company, Bruni, or her team again!

Her response is just another example of how communication was never there. I told her from the very start that I was not available at 8 am. I never changed anything. She was the one who suggested 10 am, and then never communicated they would be running behind.

Bella knows what I want cleaned and always does it very efficiently. Always with a cheerful attitude.

The team is down to one person. The gal is hardworking and efficient (key since her partner quit). She is flexible to my ideas.

Fast and reliable. I will strongly recommend to my family and friends.

I've been using their cleaning service since Feb 2019. I am very satisfied with everything. My crews are excellent at what they do. And they always do extra work whenever there is something that doesn't look good in the house! The customer service is also wonderful. They are very polite and always notify me in advance whenever there is an upcoming (unexpected) event or anything. I highly recommend Queen of Maids to anyone who is looking for more than decent cleaning service in the valley.

It was a solid experience plus Mike the owner is a veteran he takes care of his own as well. The company is family tan too so his son helped out with the ducts sometimes. I’d say definitely quality and I highly recommend supporting this veteran tan business. Quality follows!

I scheduled them for an apartment move out this week, 3/18/21. The crew did an excellent job. Absolutely everything was cleaned perfectly from the kitchen to the patio storage. The carpet was also cleaned. They all arrived on time, were fast, professional, efficient and friendly. In the past w other cleaners there was always something missed or “off” about the work done but not w this company. It was so appreciated, with the stress of moving, to have this done right. I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks
