I have been using Merry Maids for over 10 years now after trying non licensed cheaper options that constantly quit or disappeared. Now I tell people right away that Merry Maids is worth every penny. They are flexible and able to adjust to our changing lives. I feel comfortable leaving them in our house alone and coming in without anyone being home. I can also say over ten years we have had items they forgot or something broke which they told me right away (it was also something that was previously broke and glued) but they have always worked with me to resolve any issues because they are so easy to work with. They also let us know of any issues. For example, they were first to let us know we might have termites after cleaning the baseboards in one of our bedroom closets.

I had a great experience with Tidy Casa. They got my move out clean scheduled quickly. They did such an amazing job with the house! It was move in ready for the next owner, and we were very pleased. Would highly recommend.

Leslie cleaned my AirBnB for the 1st time. When we talked over the phone, they gave me a window of time. Beacuse I it was the first time and I wanted to explain couple of things I asked for a narrower window, while I am still at the AirBnB and explained that I need to leave at certain time. She said no problem and cleaner will be at the time I requested. They did not show up on time and when I called to check, they said cleaner is delayed but can be on her way soon. We than talked few times and cleaner arriver 90 min late. She also did not complete the job and they needed to send another cleaner. This create an issue and stress and when I gave them feedback that I was disappointed, instead of taking responsibility ownership she said As we had previously mentioned our afternoon appt is within an arrival window. The reason I am giving 3 stars rather than 2 is that they did try to get someone and cleaning was OK (took a bit longer though than what I typically I had before).

I’m in Glendale-called in and Mac and Kate were here within a few days. They were excellent in every sense of the word. Very professional, prompt, thorough and detailed.

I’ve NEVER had my house this clean. I think they have gone over every single article in my home! It’s worth adding on the interior windows and the wet wipe of blinds and door frames. They are a nice couple that I will have back. They can be trusted in your home.

I’ve been having Deena and her team with All Things New cleaning my home for over 6 months, and they are fantastic. They are always friendly and do a thorough job. Never miss anything and the home smells fresh and shines when they are done. They have greatly exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend them to anyone needing regular or one-time cleaning services.

Terribly disappointed in the service provided. I hired Arizona Cleaning to do a one time deep clean for my home excluding our five bedrooms. I was told four people would service our home for $160.00 per hour. I requested the four clean for two hours and complete as much as possible. When I arrived home my kitchen, master bath and 2 guest baths were cleaned. Absolutely nothing else was touched in 8 hours of cleaning time. Additionally my glass on my master shower still had calcium deposits. I paid $320.00 for this sub standard service. When speaking to the manager Shawn he offered no resolution.

They did a great job in deep cleaning, place smelled great, bathtub saw a new brighter life, and overall just looked fresh and clean. Very happy with their skills and will for sure use them in the future !

I have been using Wave House Cleaning for years. Unlike many cleaning services, they clean the entire house everytime to come out. They are thorough in the cleaning, and stand behind their service. Rarely has there been a time that the cleaning was not satisfactory, and they will send another cleaner out to re-do the job. It is always their goal to make the customer satisfied.

The maids were very punctural. Did a great job cleaning. I also liked the fact that they did not use same cleaners amd mops on other floors and rooms that they used in bathrooms

The service has been hit and miss lately. Some cleans are great; others not so good. The administrative staff seems to require more of the customer than usual, e.g. the temperature of the house must be set at 72 degrees or below; there is always the need for reviews; requests that customers accommodate the service if late or absent but fines if customers have changes; cancellations required many days in advance.; etc.

I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks
