Bruni and her ladies did a perfect job of cleaning my house, they cleaned the oven and refrigerator very good. She stayed in contact with me and her quote was great. You won't find any better cleaners in the valley.

Hiring Maid Easy was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The staff are trustworthy and professional. The women that cleaned my home went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. With having two dogs in the house, the floors are quite a chore to keep clean and they were immaculate! They really take pride in their work and treat your home as if it were their own.

I had 1000 sq ft f dirty dusty floors with areas that hadn’t been cleaned in a year. It was affecting my allergies. They did a really good job!

Professional, dedicated and accountable; these three words are an accurate description of Arizona Cleaning. I have been using this company for years, and this review is long overdue. I have a hectic schedule, flying in and out of Phoenix, and I often need to request a cleaning before my arrival or immediately after my departure. My contact at Arizona Cleaning has always been Sean. Sean has a professional attitude, and has always treated my family and me with the utmost respect. Typically, a cleaning will take place while I am away. However, within the past few years, I have been able to witness Sean and his team in action. To say that the team works like a “well oiled machine” is an understatement. Sean and his crew will arrive at the home, immediately proceed to their designated areas and start cleaning. Reflective of a good leader, Sean is not afraid to dig in and work along side the team. He also continually assesses the work being done and assists his colleagues when needed. The crew is very thorough, courteous and does an amazing job. There are a few times I have contacted Arizona Cleaning at the last minute, and they have always taken steps to try and accommodate me. If you are looking for an excellent company you can trust to clean your home, I highly recommend Arizona Cleaning!

The first time they came to clean they did ok. I decided to give them another chance. The second chance was a disaster. When I pointed to dust they didn’t even touch and sofas they didn’t vacuum, they said this is too much we map floor and leave. I was shocked. If you want to donate money, you can find a better place

I have been using Modern Maids Cleaning of Phoenix for a while now and I am always impressed with their service. Their cleaners are friendly, reliable, and do a fantastic job. They are definitely my go-to for house cleaning!

It was a solid experience plus Mike the owner is a veteran he takes care of his own as well. The company is family tan too so his son helped out with the ducts sometimes. I’d say definitely quality and I highly recommend supporting this veteran tan business. Quality follows!

Just tried to book cleaning service, they didn’t have what I wanted in a reasonable price range which is fine, however the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and had a very condescending tone.

She was constantly interrupting me while I was asking questions and trying to vocalize the services I wanted and my budget constraints, and then simply said “good luck with that” over and over. As if because I am broke due to CoVid layoffs means I am not worthy of her time on the phone.

Extremely rude, no customer service skills, I would avoid them simply not to have to deal with her.

Increased rating to 3 stars from 1 star, again for customer service not actual cleaning. A manager did call me and “kind of” apologized for her employees behavior, but also made some excuses for her. I understand standing up for ones employees, but do not understand arguing with potential clients.

Hopefully owners can address the situation I’m sure the actual cleaninservices provided.

Patryk and his team at Peak Cleaning Service have quite literally changed my life almost overnight. I own and manage 2 AirBNB rentals and have always had heartburn every time guests checked out because I could never rely on my cleaning service to get the turns done on time and reach a quality level that would maintain my good standing with AirBNB. On occasions they wouldn't show up and I had to drop eveything I was doing to rush out and frantically clean the properties myself. From the moment I talked to Peak I knew I found the right fit. I never have to worry about the turns being done again! They send me text and email notifications prior to every clean, they link to my AirBNB calendar and monitor my reservations, they have an online check-list their their cleaners follow specific to my properties, they answer every call, they resepond to every text and email. It's so refreshing to find a group that shares my commitment to service and good old fashioned hard work. Peak is an industry leader operates like a massive operation, but as a small family business which a personal connection to all their clients. I can't say enough good things about them. Do yourself a favor -- be it for AirBNB, your personal home, construction cleanings, etc. and get these guys on you side as soon as possible. It will be one of the best decisions you ever made and I have high expectations.

The man they sent to clean my elderly grandparents home repeatedly stole jewelry and cash. Despite video evidence of them stealing, the company did nothing to resolve the matter. It is awful that they hire such people who prey on the elderly like this. Shame on them, think twice before hiring them.
