We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

From start to finish, TWD was nothing short of fantastic! They worked around my schedule, helped me stay within my budget and kept me informed. I have a beautiful new master bathroom and my favorite thing was that throughout the construction process, it never felt intrusive. Everyone was polite and cleaned up after each day of work. I will come back to TWD for my next project and I highly recommend that you do as well!

excellent customer service; timely in meeting their deadlines; and very kind and professional in all their interactions with me and my partner. the project was updating stairs to have wood that would match the main floor. the end result was a wonderful match and stairs well, and tightly crafted.

This contractor is amazing! The preforming 2 major jobs on my house and the whole experience was a pleasure start to finish. The staff was professional and clear starting with Jeremy and Oron the GC. They provided a clear pricing quote that beat 2 other quotes I researched, they gave me an extremely quick turn around time for the job and actually completed earlier the expected. Finally a contractor I can trust! I will be using FHR again

Once again ArDan did excellent work for us. We used their repair and maintenance service to take care of several BINSR items that came up as we sold our home. We used Atelier507 to remodel our kitchen, install new floors, build a closet and other misc items. We are now planning remodeling our master bathroom. Not only are they professional and reliable but Bobby and all his team are a pleasure to deal with. Bobby also helped with designing our projects and his advice was extremely helpful.
