Jon Logan came out to my place and did a thorough inspection of the property to identify all areas that needed to be treated. He was very professional and answered all my questions about the process. He was very helpful in scheduling me a time that was convenient for me and my schedule and gave me a fair and accurate description of what work was going to be done.On the day of treatment, Casey came to the property and got right to work. Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. The employees are professional and friendly and are always dressed in uniform. We highly recommend Russel Pest Control!

The main office can be a bit challenging with scheduling and changing things around at times. However our exterminator Aaron Davis is awesome and very responsive via txt and phone! He does a great job and will work to fit us in whenever it's convenient for our schedules and does a great job!
