Best Deep Clean in Phoenix AZ

Great service! Went above and beyond. House is cleaner then it ever has been!

I had the Move-Out Cleaning completed by Maid Easy. Simply put, not the greatest service for the heavy price. Only half the fridge was dusted on top. Tops of some plugins had heavy dust. Inside oven barely or not at all touched. I had to touch up some spots on baseboards where maybe a dry cloth was just run over. All corners of baseboards needed a touch up. It wasn't a terrible service because it did save me alot of time, however, after I had time to actually look, I still needed to do a good bit of work before returning the rental house. For the price, I expected alot more. Staff was friendly but seemed very rushed. Don't let them have you sign the inspection sheet until AFTER you check everything. And check things thoroughly on your terms during inspection because that was also very rushed. Leave early Friday for employees I guess. Lesson learned. Neighbor asked me to get their business card as she is moving in a couple of months, I did not, because I cannot recommend to a friend.

Carmen and Gloria are obviously your super stars? I love having them clean my house. Keep them together they are a great team. I think Carmen has been with me for about ten years and never any thing but an outstanding job???.

I made a list more than once and it still wasn't completed. The lady started cleaning at 9:25am and only hit two places out of the list I made. I gave her cold water here and there just to check up on her because I wouldn't hear her moving or doing anything. I told her to wash my walls and they were not washed. Neither was my kitchen table and chairs when she was in kitchen area mostly. I had already cleaned my son's room(mind you I'm 8 months pregnant) and told her all that was left was the top of the closet and after she was done with that to do the deep cleanse; walls like I asked were left the same. If you grew up in the 90's you know even if the walls looked clean you still take that bleach and water and wash the walls. She did none of this and still left trash on my kitchen floor dining room. She cleaned like she was in a rush even though she did not complete the job I gave her $200 (to be kind and in hope they send someone else the next time I needed them after getting my house sprayed)since she wasn't doing anything I had told her boss for her to do. I texted all this to her boss and rescheduled for another try to finish what the other lady had not. She scheduled me for a Tuesday and the lady came just as the last one did but instead of doing her job, she brought everything she was going to clean with inside- I went into my room with my man who was smoking at the time and closed my door just as I did with the last cleaning lady after telling her boss what I needed for her to do and get an understanding. I wasn't hearing anything so I came out to check and she was gone leaving my door open (unlocked! Which I have kids) and not saying a word. So I called her boss which I didn't get a text till after me calling them! She said oh yeah I guess you didn't get my text yet but she did not feel comfortable that my man was smoking in the other room while she cleaned(even though the first lady they sent had no problem dashing away with my $200). I said no problem. Just get me someone as soon as you can because that was last minute for her to do that and everyone else is booked. (I'm tryna get everything done before I give birth basically and tried to give them 3 chances and still haven't heard anything from them. I was trying to give them another chance before I wrote the review but they rather this I guess.

We booked our house cleaning online the day before. The cleaning team arrived on time and did a great job. I liked the fact that I was able to book a cleaning so easily. They gave me a call the day after the cleaning to follow up on how the appointment went, which I thought was a nice touch of customer service. I will definitely use them again in the future when we are ready for another house cleaning.

I have had other cleaning company clean my house before but All Things Cleaning was far the best one. They are very professional and detail, thank you

Nothing but a waste of time. I used this company about 4 years ago and they were great.

I signed back up and have had 3 scheduled cleanings within the last 6 weeks. The first one was scheduled for 11 am and they did not show up until 1 pm. There was absolutely no communication from the company. I had to call them and leave a voicemail (at 12:30, half an hour after their 1 hour window) and then wait for a call back.

The second appointment was scheduled for 1 pm. At 12:46, I get a text telling me that they won't arrive until 3:45 and they apologize for the inconvenience.

Today, I have my next appointment scheduled for 1 pm. At 2:15, they send a text to let me know that they won't make it until 4:15. This is already 15 minutes after their 1 hour arrival window.

HORRIBLE communication. Even worse customer service skills. They have no consideration for anyone's time. And in addition to all of this, the quality of the cleaning is nowhere near what it was 4 years ago. I have canceled all services with this company and will not be returning. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

The cleaning staff did a great job! They were on time, pleasant to talk to and worked efficiently to get the house clean.
