I love it when a company has the integrity to tell me the issue that I called about is most likely NOT an issue, and offers guidance on how to appropriately address the concern. Ryan took the time to answer my questions, and tell me what kind of symptoms he would normally see if I had a (significant) foundation issue. He also advised me on what future analysis his company could provide if the root cause of my issue is not solved. Often, the best customer service is pointing the customer in the right direction. Called 5/20 to schedule sprinkler valve repair. Scheduled for 3 p.m. on 5/21. Texted company owner at 1:21 p.m. Are you or one of your guys still planning on coming to our house at three? Just making sure that somebody will be there when you come. Received no response. Texted owner again at 3:17 p.m. Where are you? He responded I'm sorry one of my workers had an accident. I'm not going to be able to make it. Would have been nice to have been notified of his inability to come *prior to* the actual appointment time, and without me having to contact him to find out they weren't coming. Very unprofessional.
