I called this company looking for help to clean residue off laminate floors in a huose we’d just purchased. I spoke to Frank and he was beyond helpful with his advice & suggestions. I even contacted him later with follow up questions. The level of service, just over the phone, was so impressive that I would definitley look into this company for any future flooring needs we have.

Terribly managed outfit.The installers barely speak english and the owner is too busy to deal with issues that may come up.This company is your typical kind that will secure your work and then sub it out to Julio so they can pay less . Result is poor quality,not done on time and you will have to babysit your own install . That's if who they send to you can speak english.

Bobby is amazing, knowledgeable and professional! We contacted by phone in early evening, explained what and why we needed his expertise. He actually moved his schedule around for us, for the next morning. We were thrilled and we cannot ever thank Bobby properly for his time.
