Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. I definitely recommend the Phoenix Belfor office for your restorations. When it was time to sign papers and handle insurance Juan took charge and we had no stress or hesitation to sign we were pleased with the job that was done. We had our water heater flood in the middle of the night and quickly tried to clean up the mess. The next morning a plumber came out to take the broken heater. The plumber recommended a gentlemen to us and about 3 minutes later he was on our door step. I felt very uncomfortable about the process with the plumber and immediately set out looking for a different company. I read some of A.S.A.P. reviews and gave them a call. I can't even describe how at ease Josh and his crew made me feel! He did such a wonderful job communicating with us and going above and beyond by checking on things throughout the process. He was even very helpful with the insurance interactions. The room that was damaged turned out beautiful! They made sure the work was done right and done well. The carpet they replaced in the damaged room makes me want to redo the whole house :). Everytime someone has mentioned water damage in there home I have recommended Josh. Thank so much A.S.A.P!!!!! We had extreme water damage in our vacation home. Not being close by, we had to trust the restoration company which was on site. PuroClean Scottsdale did an amazing job getting our place ready for repair. They were great communicators and kept us informed throughout the process. PuroClean was definitely the highlight in an unfortunate situation.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.

The experience with Phoenix Carpet Repairs was exceptional from start to finish. The person I spoke with on the phone to start was helpful and polite. When we booked they sent a picture of the repair person. - Robert (turned out to be the owner) in front of the truck so we knew what to expect. This was so reassuring and it established them right away as a company that is concerned for its customers.As for the repair. Robert was right on time, very pleasant and did a great job fixing the whole our puppy created in our carpet.Should the need arise we wil definitely use them again.
