I was so impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Security Door Gate and fence. We love our custom gate - not only beautiful but it’s withstood the wild winds of monsoon season like a beast! From consultation and install to responsiveness to my questions, they’ve been on point!
Such a great experience! We had been having trouble with some other gate repair companies and were so frustrated we weren’t getting answers. Why didn’t we call Security Gates sooner?! Frank took one look and was able to tell us what the issue was, and got it fixed within a couple hours!
Let me just say - Frank is ALL KINDS OF WONDERFUL!! He walked me through step by step what they were doing and what to expect, all while being extremely personable. His technician Joe was also a joy to work with.

I first came across SDGF on Thumbtack when I needed a new garage key pad installed. Last summer my garage opener was malfunctioning and since Frank was so helpful the first time, I called them back again for my opener repair. I had another issue just recently with my garage springs and he came to fix it the same day with the appropriate parts on hand. SDGF's customer service, punctuality and reliability is above all the rest. Highly recommend!
this company was a HUGE disappointment! For businesses, organiziations, or municipalities, etc - do NOT use them, as they will waste your time. At first, they took my call and mentioned they would come out to do an estimate and get back with me the next day to schedule a visit. After not hearing back from them after the first week, I started emailing/calling them. Didn't hear back again, so then the owner replied and decided to pass on the project. How pathetic, to not even know what the project entails and then to pass on it, just to save face because they dropped the ball so many times along the way. Save yourself the time and headache, and do not call them - otherwise you will be waiting forever, and then be disappointed in the end.

Communicative and made the process easy. Quoted price was the price we were charged and they were able to start the project quickly. Other companies told me they were weeks or even months out. We are very happy with the final product and I would recommend them to anyone looking into fencing.
It has been a poor experience from the beginning. I’ve had to call them on 5 different occasions. Both automatic gate mounts ripped out of the wall. Only one side would open. The gate closes with a 6” gap between the panels (not good when we have a dog we’re trying to keep in the backyard). The gate closes then opens frequently. It hasn’t worked right since the day it was installed. We spent a lot of money on the opener and I shouldn’t have to call SIX TIMES for it to operate correctly. The company has responded to me each time, but can’t seem to get the repair right. The owner is a nice enough guy that promises to make it right, but after 4 months and 5 service calls later, it still doesn’t work right. They have sent an employee out each time who also is very nice and tried hard to fix our issues, but I would think after the second time that the owner would personally come out and fix it, knowing that there’s been persistent problems.
Frank, the owner, does an amazing job of communicating throughout the entire process, from quote to project completion, and answers any questions you may have in a timely and straightforward manner. We were very impressed by not only the quality of the materials and custom fabrication, but the excellent, professional installation work that goes into the finished product. We are incredibly happy with our new gates and fencing and would highly recommend SDGF to anyone!
Frank and his crew have been great to work with. We had an impossible schedule due to an event and Frank really made things happen and provided high quality materials, craftsmanship, design and installation. The extra effort will make a huge difference in the success of the event and the work will be enjoyed for years to come.I HIGHLY recommend Frank!!

Frank and his team have done both custom fabrication of railings as well as repairs on our gates. He is professional and willing to work with his customers. I highly recommend this company!
Frank provided a fair and detailed estimate. He was prompt with getting the openers in a timely manner. He installed the gate openers, programmed our remotes and helped connect the myQ app. We had a technical issue with one of the control boards causing a power leak. He quickly performed troubleshooting and installed a new circuit board within a week. He then helped us reprogram the remotes and even connected our cars to the gate controls. Awesome job from start to finish.

Frank and Sarah did a great job fixing my RV gate. It was an old, uncommon unit and not something most companies would even take on. Fair rates for service and labor all done in a timely manner.
They replaced the garage door springs, bearings, and cables - excellent job! Frank is who I call for all garage door repairs - he carries all the parts on his truck and can fix it on the spot!

Frank was quick to come out and look at my garage door. He did a great job replacing the gear assembly and rollers. There was a mix up with the bill and I ended up overpaying by a couple hundred dollars. Frank caught the mistake and called me to quickly refund the money. It was wonderful to work with someone with such integrity! Thanks Frank
My experience with Security Garage Door LLC was great! Frank got my spring replaced with no issue, and even made a trip out again a few days later when I through I was hearing strange noises. One of my coworkers has already called him out and got one of her neighbors serviced too!

As an an out of town rental owner, it's hard to find a company that you can trust from hundreds of miles away. I was able to find Security Garage Door on the internet and was able to connect them with my property manager Top Property Shop out of Glendale. I spoke with Charlie from the Security Garage Door office, and was able to have someone come out and check a rusted fence within a day. Since I had prospective tenants looking at my property the following week, they were able to get in-and out quickly and were able to scheduled the work right away. I'd recommend Security Garage Door to anyone who needs Garage Door Repair or even fence repair.

Had garage door problems; call to this firm and they responded to my house within hours; He explained the issues, agreed to a fair and reasonable price, did the work within one hour and all is fine. Did NOT try to sell me more fixes than I needed. Highly recommend.
Hired to change bottom door gasket on garage door and door was not aligned properly when technician was done. He could not explain to me why the door was crooked. I lost confidence in the person and he became defensive. He made the experience awkward. I would not recommend this company for hire. Maybe he was having a bad day, but you must maintain composure while doing service for people.

Frank installed a new keyless pad for my garage, then adjusted the springs on both garage doors, and lubricated both doors to make them perform more smoothly and also adjusted the springs on both doors to balance them better. He was very professional and competent.

Frank responded immediately to my call and showed up early the next morning to fix my gate. He did an excellent job on the gate and the price was very reasonable.
Frank came out the next day I called them for service on our garage door , he fixed our springs and did not Try to up sale us. He was very fast and nice ! He even gave me advice about our bee problem saved me money with an exterminator! What a guy !?
I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service and professsionalism they provided that, unfortunately, is rare today. My new garage doors look great. The are very quiet and I couldn't be happier.

Great people great price great experience.. highly recommend Security Garage Door etc , I was previously ripped off by Elite Garage Doors so relieved to find an ethical trustworthy company . Best to really price shop and talk to the company personnel in this business and really look hard at the negative posted reviews as the companies that are the crooks seed the review forum with good reviews but can’t removal the legit negative ones..good luck , these guys are great though..

Security Gate and fence repaired my gate and metal fence. They did an excellent job. Strong winds delayed the painting but as soon as the winds stopped they completed the painting. I felt their price was reasonable and they did excellent work
It was a fabulous experience with these guys. I own two homes in Scottsdale they’ve done the garage work on both of them and everything runs like a Swiss watch!
Great service. Great communication. Repaired an iron fence by welding and a garage door.
Showed up well within the scheduled time window and made all repairs within the quoted price.
