Ironman Pool Fence has been serving the valley since 1997. In May of 2018 Ironman Pool Fence changed hands and is now a family owned business. We will continue to fabricate and install Iron products including Pool Fencing, Community Barrier Fencing, RV gates, Courtyard Gates and Custom Gates. We are also the distributor of Guardian Mesh Pool Fencing. We service both residential and commercial properties. Our clients include Pool Companies, HOA's, Landscape companies, Commercial building owners, Hotels and anywhere Public Pools are present. Our core belief is that Pool Fences save lives and we are involved in multiple charitable donations of pool fences to needy families each year.

I would like to second the last review from Brandon. I contacted Rick, who I believe is the owner, at Ironman Fence about a year ago. I was building a new house and had some questions on wrought iron pool fencing. They are also a provider for Cal Pools, who is building my pool.

Rick was patient and kind, and answered my questions thoroughly. When I was ready, I called for an appointment, which was easy to get.

Karson came out and measured for the job. I purchased 38 LF of fencing, with a 5' composite gate, and added snake fencing. Karson was on-time and a pleasure to deal with. I felt like their pricing was reasonable and service excellent.

They arrived on-time on the scheduled date for both the fence/gate and snake fence installations, and completed the jobs as promised. They even provided some touch-up paint, which I had requested.

All communication with the staff at Ironman was excellent, and everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I would definitely recommend Ironman Fence. They also have a really nice on-line system for appointment notifications and invoicing. Well done!

I used Ironman Pool Fence for my new cable railing. The railing is awesome. They measured and laid out the entire fence and gates and installed everything on time. Their quality is the best. Special thanks to Rick and Lee for all of their assistance.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Ironman Pool Fence. I was in the market for installation of a pool fence and got a recommendation for this company from a friend of mine that had work done by Ironman.

James Lyttle came out and completed an estimate. He was professional and informative.

They arrived on time on the scheduled date and completed the install within about 2 hours. The fence material is very good quality and the workmanship was excellent. I have no complaints over the work performed.

My communication with the staff at Ironman was equally good. Everyone I had contact with was courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

I know everyone may have differing experiences but mine was smooth and without any issues. I highly recommend Ironman Pool Fence for their great customer service and quality workmanship.

Pool fence didn't hold up for even a year before major problems started (completely rusted through, misaligned locks, etc). Tried multiple times to contact Scott Dibbles / Ironman (calls / voicemails / emails) and received absolutely no response. They wouldn't even respond to tell me what kind of paint was used!

I had this custom fence built 5 years ago and I love it. This company did a wonderful job. We met, I provided my ideas and needs and this fence was created. My house was a new build and still settling. They came back a year later to adjust at no charge. Thank you for my beautiful fence.

We quoted, scheduled and put a deposit down with Ironman Pool Fence to have a fabric style fence installed. Come the day of installation, no one shows up. We call only to find out that they never ordered the materials. Very unprofessional.

This is the WORST service I have received in a very long time. I was given their contact info by the mesh manufacturer as I was very excited to use their product (and still am).
1. Damen was a no show the first estimate appointment and texted 30 min after our set time to tell me he was on the other side of town and would not make it.
2. Rescheduled with Damen and texted to ensure he was still coming about 15 min after appointment. He responded with I just left my first meeting a little behind this am. I'm about 25 min out which felt a bit like a cop out and that he actually forgot.
3. In between when the first appointment was supposed to happen and the second Damen and I had many texts back and forth about what I was looking for as well as a satellite version of my yard with my desired fence layout. Upon him arriving for the second appointment he was asking me all the same questions we had talked about via text as if we had never talked before. At this point I wasn't even sure if I was dealing with the same person...I reexplained and finished the appointment.
4. I called their office and talked to Rick (the owner) to see about getting a different sales person as I was really unimpressed with Damen. He seemed unsure but agreed to let me work with someone else.
5. I was called back a few days later (9/20) for a deposit ($700+) and told they would get me on the schedule. I received an email stating that install would happen Tuesday 10/19 at 7am and that I would get a call the night before with more details.
6. No call and no show on install day, so I called (8am) and the receptionist told me the scheduler would call me back as she was unsure what happened.
7. No call by 11:30am so I called back and the scheduler answered. When I asked what happened she said that she never received my layout and therefore never ordered my fencing. She said someone named Brian would be in touch.
8. No call from Brian, so I called back today (10/20) and was told that Rick would call me.
9. Brian calls me this afternoon and asks me what is happening as he has a note to call me. I explain what is going on and ultimately just tell him I would like a refund. He said okay and hung up on me.

All of this without a single apology or recognition of their fault in this. I will update on the refund process.

This company took my deposit on April 28 for a June 9 install for a mesh pool fence. This company informed me on June 9 that they could not install the fence until end of July. When I asked for my deposit they charged me a 3% credit card fee for a debit card transaction. Wells Fargo does not charge for debit card transactions. Be very careful using this business! I will give them one star for their salesman showing up on time.

We had an 80 L.F pool fenced replaced by Ironman Pool Fence. Each panel of the existing fence followed a brick path each with a custom bend. We thought it was going to very expensive to have the fence replaced. Ironman gave us a very reasonable estimate and informed us they could install the fence in a day. The fence they installed follows the brick path better than the old one. The crew was very pleasant and provided us with a lot of information on upkeep. A day after installation we discovered they broke an irrigation pipe. We called the company and they sent a crew out the next day to fix the pipe. Very pleased with their service.

Terrible customer service. Ironman was supposed to install two freestanding gates and they did not make them correctly to install. They came near an hour outside of the arrival window they originally said and while I was not home. I thought they were coming during the window they gave me. They dug in the ground near my electrical box and cut the electrical line to my sprinkler system. The worker crew put cement on my electrical line, sprinkler head and sprinkler plumbing. They absolutely refused to replace the electrical line they damaged and wanted to rig it with a bunch of electrical tape and a small segment piece of electrical line. The supervisor put me as a last priority and kept putting me off. The scheduler did not get back to me when she said she would. It was difficult to reach the scheduler when I called because they often said she was in the shop. They rescheduled and cancelled because their oven broke down. They came out with the wrong shade of colored posts that did not match the gates. Therefore, they had to reschedule again. They had me wait another week before rescheduling and they did not call when they said they would. I had to become the coordinator and call to chase them down for near 2 months. Also, they were supposed to reschedule again. I had to call and chase them down. They didn't want to answer my call and excused themselves that they had phone system trouble all day. I found out the oven broke down again too. Another day, (Rick) the owner was rude to me when he intercepted my phone call while I was calling for the scheduler. During another call, the Office Manager (Sheila) was rude to me and hung the phone up on me while I was trying to get a resolution. Iron man Pool Fence caused this installation to last an extra month in a half from the time the gates were to be ready. I was wondering how many times were they going to have to come out. This is a total of 2.5 months from the original order date. They did not arrive during their scheduled arrival window. It was over an hour late from the tail end of the 2 hour window. I thought I was the customer. The customer service was horrible. I would have thought the owner would have been more considerate of everything they made me go thru. This gate ordering process needs improvement as well as the customer service. It is hard to recommend a company when one has a bad experience and the owner doesn't even want to make things right. To sum this experience up... Disappointing and a big let down. Save yourself a hassle and see if you can find a different company to use.

The owner Lee came out to measure and to assure every custom aspect will be implemented. Lee tailored the fencing AND RV gates like a custom suit! The composite color and framing were perfect matches and the colored bolts too! You will get exactly what you want...unless Iron Man’s owner offers you better at a great price! You will never be dissatisfied!

I cannot comment on their work because we were supposed to have a fence installed tomorrow but that won’t be happening.

Deposit paid and job scheduled over 3 weeks ago, I called to get a timeframe for our install that was scheduled for tomorrow. I was informed the mesh for our fence hasn’t arrived so our job won’t be installed as scheduled and they weren’t able to give me an estimate of when the materials will arrive or the job completed.

Horrible customer service, I will be requesting a refund of our deposit and taking our business elsewhere. Especially disappointing since we were referred to this company by a close friend.

Unfortunately the issues began literally from the start. When the gentleman came out the last week of September 2019 to take measurements and give us a quote, we were impressed and real excited to be doing business with Ironman. That excitement quickly diminished.
We were told the fence would be completed in 4 to 6 weeks, and someone would be calling to collect a deposit and schedule the work. No one called !!! I had to reach out, asking to put a deposit down and confirm scheduling. Of course the deposit was taken but apparently noone knew. We later received a call asking for the deposit. I informed Ironman that the deposit was infact made then asked about the start date. We were told we would receive a call back with a scheduled start date. Nope...never happened
Yep, you guessed it, I had to again call Ironman company AGAIN about the start date. We are now told ot wont be for another 6 to 7 weeks, if were Lucky because everyone is busy. I debated about the timing but what could we do. She said some one will call and confirm..heard that line before....
We finally get a call with a schedule date of early November, we said okay. A 2 man crew came out, the guy debated with me on the Placement of the fence. A few minutes later he realized we were correct.  They dug holes, fence parts off the truck and realized they had the wrong screws and left, saying a word. The only way we found out was, yep, by calling Ironman..again. The scheduler said they would be back the next day, which they weren't, and from there we got the following excuses and delays; Not enough butterflies, there weren't enough caps, there weren't the right screws, there wasnt enough screws, having to wait for parts to come in from vendor, waiting on the vendor...
The project was literally piece mealed together and finally completed with the placement of the final caps for the fence on December 19th 2019. And now, after all of that, Ironman had the odasity to promptly send us a bill for the remaining balance in December 20th 2019. We were discounted a little over a hundred and thirty dollars for all the inconveniences caused by the crazy fiasco.
After several hit and miss ccommunications between Ironman and us, Ironman took it upon themselves to attempt to run our credit card that was used back in September for the downpayment and make an UNAUTHORIZED and FRAUDLANT transaction. When asked why they simply said, well, it didnt go through.
When I checked our CC account, there were 5 attempts made .Highly illegal !!!
BBB has been notified....
Beware shoppers, I would think twice about doing business with this company...ever.
Sadly we were referred to Ironman by a friend...they let us down, our friend down, their customers down. So, this is the long way around in saying I would never send a referral to Ironman....

I highly recommend Ironman! I'd give them 10 stars if that were an option! I shopped around on prices... there's was definitely the best... and I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the installation and finished product. The pool had curves and they were able fabricate fence to accommodate that. Scott the sales guy was great... no surprises. Very professional company. I will recommend to everyone in our neighborhood. Thanks again Ironman!!!

Would not look at and said they would not repair a fence they installed.
It was installed in 2008. And we were very happy with it. But that has nothing to do with the fact that they wouldn't come out and see if they would repair or replace it.
And they NEVER offered to come look at it. I told them I had the receipt.
I WAS TOLD We need the receipt to come out.
Crazy ur defence is that I made this whole thing up...

Very helpful. Sale rep Bryan Acuna is a good fella. I had to cancel the install date when they showed up because my HOA is terrible. They re-scheduled and did the job with no extra charge. The fence I got looks great. Rust color is the way to go. There was even a hill along the fence line, and they had a guy bring out a special piece the same day to make it look great.

BEWARE OF LIARS: Due to my work schedule I could not be home for Iron Man Pool Fence to meet me for the measurements so I agreed to leave my RV gate unlocked for them. They were supposed to do the measurements on a Thursday. The following week I received a call from them stating that they needed to come out and re measure. I of course asked why. I was told that the representative had misplaced the paperwork. I told them I was unwilling to leave my property open again and ask for a call from the owner. I later verified that the representative never showed the first time. A week later the owner, nor anyone else has called. I called today, 11/5/2015 to find out what was going on. After getting my name I was told that the representative had been to my home that Thursday and had knocked on my door several times. I explained to the lady on the phone that that was not the arrangement and asked to speak to the owner again. After a few minuets on hold she came back and said that the representative could not open the gate when he was here. WELL, which is it...he didn't get an answer at the door or he couldn't open the gate or he lost the paperwork. One lie to cover another and by now they know I'm not stupid. I again ask to speak to the owner and after a short hold was told that he had left for the day. I then ask for his name and they told me they could not give me the information. All this time I am being congenial but firm. With all the lies I guess the owned does not give his name out. They forgot about the internet...His name is Jim Gemmell. t has been over 3 weeks so far.I will update this review depending on the outcome. Please stay tuned.

I am a general contractor and our company has used Ironman Pool Fence for many years to install new fences and gates as well as maintain and repair existing fences and gates. They have always had quick response times for items I have needed, even same day service for emergency repairs. The staff has always been responsive to our needs and the crews in the field have great quality and workmanship.

If I could leave negative 5 stars...........I would without a doubt! Horrible company, horrible workmanship, horrible quality materials, strange workers, LIARS.......... Several Pool Companies will not even recommend them!! I saw what they did at the neighbors home during a party this weekend, and know someone else who used them, and had the same problems.......rusting, peeling, and this is within a few months. They claim to use powder coating.........However, I used to work for a company (ELECTRO PRIME), that powder coats products for the automotive industry............I personally saw no powder coating on any area of either of my friends fences. Just peeling, and cracking as well as rusting at the footers. When the paint peels or cracks, you would see the underside of the paint chips and the coating would not match the paint residue or residual. However, again, just plain old paint chips. No residue or coating on the fence either. LIARS!!! LIARS!!! LIARS!!!!

Absolutely horrible service! I had to cancel my order and it took over a month to get final confirmation from someone that it had been handled. Everyone was waiting for someone else to find out and they never called back when they said they would. Then they mailed the refund check to the wrong address and accepted zero responsibility for it and charged me $31 to get a new check sent to me! On top of that, when I went to pick up the check there was a mystery charge for $150 for custom materials and taxes paid. So I was charged for something I didn't receive! Of course, they didn't tell me that when we were on the phone so it was a surprise when I got to their office.

They also asked me to go to the house (with the wrong address) and ask for the check back! REALLY??? You make the mistake and ask me to go to a stranger's house to retrieve it???? I can't even make this stuff up! If I could rank ZERO or LESS I would. Will NEVER use them when we purchase our home and will spend years letting everyone know how they are.

Horrible steel, fence was rusted orange powder even where there were no sprinklers hitting it.

Not sure what kind of powder coating they use but really regret using them as I had orange stains all over my deck from the rust
