Todd was incredibly professional and thoughtful suggesting a replacement style for my fence. He also selected a color that looks great with my home and landscaping. Everything blends in perfectly. Daniel came out to review the job before beginning. Alex and Joseph did a wonderful job removing my old corroded fence as well as installing our new fence and gates. I highly recommend DCS Pool Barriers if you are building a new home or replacing a deteriorated fence. I am extremely pleased with our final product.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work DCS Pool Barriers did for us. They installed a beautiful iron fence in our backyard that naturally curves to the form of our walkway. DCS pool barriers has come out to our house and fixed our fence where we had rusting twice. They have given us a full replacement quote and repair quotes. They have ended up just repairing the rusted out poles. They have done a great job for a good price. We are pleased with the work that they do. One of the employees Art is a really nice guy and does a great job. He is thoughtful try his best not to disturb and paving or irrigation areas. I highly recommend DCS to anyone who wants to work with an honest, reasonable, and reliable company.

Hands down a great company! I got several quotes for a pool fence and DCS pools provided the lowest quote for essentially the same gate everybody else would've provided. The installers were friendly and got things done the same day despite some changes to the plans. They accidentally cracked my pool pump return line!! My wife called DCS and without thinking twice they sent out a plumber that SAME DAY to fix and repair their mistake. Great quality fence, great installment, great price. What more can you ask for.

DCS was recommended by a co-worker and boy were they right! DCS arrived on time to quote me options to change out my ugly standard builder gate. Todd was extremely helpful in helping me convey my ideas into an amazing gate to match my custom front door. He was very patient with me as I went back and forth on colors. The completion time was shorter than quoted for this custom job and the results are just beautiful. During the install the team realized that the lock appeared crocked and didn't look as nice as they would have liked so they left and returned quickly with a replacement. Even though they left they were done quickly and left the area completely clean. The office staff and the guys that came to my home kept me infirmed throughout the install process as well as after care instructions. The photos don't do the gate justice.

Hands down the only company you need to contact if you’re looking for a fence or gate. I started the process of an RV gate with a different (cheaper) company and was continuously let down by unreturned phone calls, broken promises and no shows. Maradith and Todd at DCS answered every email and every phone call immediately. They showed up when they said they would and when my pool was ready for a fence much earlier than expected they worked their magic and got our pool fence installed. The quality of work and professionalism from this company is worth every penny. I could go on and on but the bottom line is skip the hassle of wasting time with other disappointing companies, DCS is the only one you need!

I had a wonderful experience with DCS and staff! From calling in to get a quote (which was right on point), to scheduling a service appointment and finally install day, everything ran smooth, efficient and on time! Dcs was great to work with from the appointment to the install. Was able to get rid of my 15 yr plus builder gate for something thats is basically maintenance free with the composite wood offered in about 2 weeks . Have referred a couple neighbors and they are also moving forward with new gates. Changed whole look of the side yard and our street.

We had DCS Pool Barriers build our security door and side gate. My husband and I love the work that they did on both items. The sales person gave us great ideas on the security door. The work was also done ahead of schedule, which is a plus. I would highly recommend this company.

Bought a 10 year old pool fence and had DCS powder coat it before I installed it. I just did a clean up on it before I sent it to him and when I got it back it looked like a new fence! Saved me thousands over a new fence. My only mistake was that I did not have his crew install it. It took me forever to do it in my spare time and after having him do a beautiful RV gate for me I am thinking his crew would have installed the fence in hours...

My name is Cami and this is the second time I have used DCS for a fence around my pool. They did an awesome job both times. I will refer them to anyone looking. I did wrought iron and the crew was great. Looks perfect. They were great with communication and answered all of my questions quickly.

I just needed a quote on a pool fence to keep my small child away from the pool area. It would’ve been easy money for them since I only wanted a straight line fence to cut the yard in half. I took off work to be there for the quote and to discuss different options. I waited the entire window of time that I was given and they were a no show. I called the office to be informed that an email had been sent to tell me that they needed to reschedule on short notice. It was explained that the technician was on the other side of town that day. I checked my email to find that it was sent an hour before they were supposed to be there. I used a vacation day to get this done when I could’ve used it to spend time with my family during the summer break. I will not use or recommend a company that can’t even show up when they tell you they’ll be there. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

DCS did a great job with our pool fence. Unfortunately, they did not use a protective barrier when welding near the pool. Now we have metal flakes embedded in our plaster. When the owner came out to look at the damage he tried to place blame on the pool plaster company (we had the pool done 2 1/2 years ago with no mysterious dots) and the stated who knows what could have blown in the pool. I have lived here 6 years and have never had metal flakes blow into the pool. They refuse to make it right so now I am stuck paying to have my pool drained, treated and then filled again. If you have used DCS I urge you to keep an eye on your pool for possible damage but don't expect them to fix their mishaps. I will not be recommending DCS to anyone due to this incident. I am extremely displeased with the treatment I received from the owner and may pursue further action with the ROC.

We just had the second phase of a commercial pool fence project completed at Paradise RV. We needed to relocate our pool fence and gates to make it easier for our residents and guests to move around the complex, which is especially important for an age qualified community. The end result is great. I knew relocating the fence would have a great impact but the real plus is that the new fence added such a rich touch to the pool area. You typically think of this type of fence as something you have to deal with but it really enhanced the look of our pool and spa area. And they finished the work in about two days. Nicely Done! Thanks.

2. I called them weeks ago and left a message to call me back on how to proceed with scheduling installiand they never call back.

3. I called them Thursday to see again what we needed to get scheduled and they can't find my original estimate.

4. Supposed to call me Friday with amount due... No call again

5. Charges me 3% to take a debit card over the phone ?

6. Scheduled to pick up a check from me today at Chandler between 11 -12... Get a call at 1150 saying they will be here in 45 minutes and they still can't find my original estimate or how much I owe.

7. Show up over an hour late for a scheduled appointment.

These guys were great to work with. They had a very clean install and designed our gate exactly the way we wanted. They also worked well with our time frame and installed it in a timely manner while still paying close attention to detail. I would definently recommend and use this company again!

This company was great to work with. The scheduler was able to accommodate my busy schedule. The sales person, who is also the owner, was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. My fence looks awesome and the price was the best I could find. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Sloppy work, no pride in workmanship. The finished the fence, top caps missing, old fence left all over the yard, old fence posts were cut off well above the ground where they had sharp exposed edges, the double gate did not have concrete poured into the ground to secure it. They fixed that because they had not been given the final payment yet. When we saw that there was a section with flattened, bent, flimsy rods after payment, they said that's how they do it in a nasty email. It is not worth arguing, we are having another fence company come fix the work that they refused to make right.

This place sucks and doesn't know anything about quality work. They ripped my mom off and there installers have no knowledge on anything. They are rude and don't care about the consumer. This place is a joke. I will never be recommended them to anyone I know. My advice, stay as far away from these crooks as possible! I wouldn't even give this hack job place one star but Google is making me.
