Gate Repairs did an amazing job with our RV gate, setting up the appointment was easy and Araceli was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The technicians that came to do the work were very professional and courteous. After the installation we had two slats that had a curve, I contacted them and they setup another appointment, they came back in less than a week to get those slats replaced. We are happy with the work they did and we will definitely recommend them and use them again. Do not go with anyone else choose Gate Repairs and you will not be disappointed

I highly recommend Gate Repairs and Mobile Welding. They offer stellar customer service and communication. They reinstalled our wrought iron gate with the correct equipment verses how the original company used improper materials. You can see in the pictures what the original company used, then the last two images are of what Gate Repairs did for us. This company will be our go to gate company if we need their assistance in the near future.

We were looking for a company to install an iron fence on our patio to protect against our 18 month accidentally falling into the pool and Gate Repairs Mobile Welding was the first company to respond back to us to schedule a time to come see the property and provide an estimate. Considering some companies did not even bother to respond to our request and some came to the property to take measurements and never even provided a response it was refreshing that Gate Repairs did what they said they would on time and communicated with us professionally and in a timely manner.

We appreciate that Alex came out to the house (during Covid) and stayed socially distanced with a face mask and was very attentive to our requests. He asked a lot of questions about our preferences for the installation that other companies did not bother to ask and they could install the fence within a few weeks. They were also very accommodating to our request for a custom design to incorporate at the top of the fence.

On the day of the install, the team was courteous, on time, and installed the fence rather quickly. Overall, we're extremely happy with the entire process and would recommend them to anyone looking to have an iron fence installed.

I have fought with my side RV gate for years. It had fallen from its anchor in the cinder block wall and was dragging the ground. I had attempted to fix it myself multiple times with no success. I am very happy! Alex re-anchored my RV gate with 3 inch screws instead of the 1 inch screw that was there! He soldered my loose gate pin and welded the end frame of the RV Gate where it had become detached!! Then, he painted over the new welds and screws! The RV Gates and the single gate look great and are strong! I’m also happy that they guarantee the work for a year!!

Great service from office personnel to Service Technician. In my opinion, these folks went above and beyond. The hardware of the gate was not the problem, but actually the supporting column was degrading over time because of construction materials. Norma in the office referred me to someone that could help address the problem and help resolve in a timely manner. I contacted the office after the work was completed and we scheduled the Technician to come back out and install the locking mechanism in order to secure the gate. Friendly staff, professional and would definitely recommend.

This is a company that stands behind their product and takes pride in their workmanship. They made it easy, from measuring and then ordering the gate, down to the installation. They often showed up early and finish the job quick.

Calling them back after I noticed an issue was also a pleasant experience. No fuss or hassle, they sent someone out and fixed the problem.

After the first given estimate, they offered a discount on having to do three jobs, but after figuring our budget, we realized we can only do two jobs and I asked if they could still honor the quote they offered even though we can only do two. They didn't even pause before they said okay. They just came and finished their job and it is AWESOME. They did what they said they were going to do and explained to me what they had done and even went as far to fix another gate that needed an adjustment at no cost. How great is that? We discussed the plan of repairs and confirmed the cost. (Ever had some work done on your car and had extra charges? Not here.)

Double wide gate lock flap/hasp broke off. Needed to be re-applied and welded. Also, Alex adjusted the gate for better closure and ability to lock in to the concrete sweep. Prompt, efficient, friendly. Alex saw what was needed and accomplished the work quickly. Final results are great.

Called Alex yesterday about a large side gate that needed the pin welded back on and also needed the gate rehung with stronger anchors as the old anchors were coming out and the gate was sagging.

Alex showed up the next day right on time and proved to be an amazing one-man team. I can't believe how quick he was. In 30 minutes he had placed stronger anchors, leveled the gate perfectly, metal buffed the pin mount, and welded it back on. I love how smooth and easy the gate is now.

Very professional and friendly. We called around to several different places and this was one of the top choices due to the fact that they called back and did exactly what they said they would do. They called back when they said they would and showed up when they said they would. As of right now the fence repair that fell from our block wall looks fantastic, you would never know it fell down.

Making an appointment was easy and I was provided an email confirmation with the time and technician's name. Appointment ended up being a little later than scheduled due to a technician calling out that day - and we understand things don't always goes as planned. But rather than just cancelling us they called to let us know and we were fine with the later time. Fabian showed up Friday a little before 5pm and despite what I'm sure was the end of a long day and a long week (and working again the next day), he could not have been more pleasant and professional. We went over the issue with our gate and he got right to work. When he was done he had us check that the gate was working (it was working perfectly and the work areas was clean) and let us know that they guarantee their work for a year. Definitely recommend Gate Repairs & More.
