I hired Fence Builders Phoenix to install a fence at my home. Armando was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to what we needed and came up with great suggestions to help make our vision come true. His crew arrived early every morning and cleaned up each day before leaving for the day. We couldn't be happier with our choice of companies to work with on this project.

He was very friendly, professional, and made sure I understood everything before he left. The next day his team showed up on time ready to work. They were very polite and professional throughout the whole process. They even cleaned up after themselves! My fence looks great! I spoke to Armando on a Monday for a quote and was told I would receive a text to which I could reply with details in writing. And I was told I would receive a quote about 24 hrs after that. Never received a text.

Decided to reach out and spoke to Armando again before leaving a Google review. I received apology and then the text. I sent details. No quote 24 hrs later. Sent a follow up text and was assured I would receive quote. Never did.

I have a feeling if my husband had called, he might have gotten a response, a timely response at that. But a female asks for a fencing quote and the company can’t be bothered to reply.

I want to say thank you, Fence Builders Phoenix, for such a fantastic service. I experienced excellent customer service, professionalism, and honesty.

They started my fence demolition and then never showed back up to install the new one! Now I have no fence whatsoever and will have to pursue the company in small claims court over the significant payments I made already. Don’t even bother!!!! Just use someone more reputable.

Called on a Wednesday morning and was told they could come out the same day as long as I texted the details. I texted the details right away they never showed up on Wednesday. I followed up on Friday when I still hadn't gotten any response and there was no answer to that. I also followed up on Tuesday the following week and there was no response to that either. So it's been a whole week now and not only did they not bother to come out here for the estimate but they never bothered to even respond to any of the messages that I left.

We had a great experience with them building our driveway gate, their estimate was very fairly priced, their work looks wonderful. They showed up on time as promised, communication was very good, and they finished in a timely fashion.

Hired these guys to do a fence repair and an addition and they were great. The service was great and they did a wonderful job on my fence. I will be using them again to finish the rest of my fence.

Customer Name: Lenora Skog. I spoke with someone last Tuesday morning, texted him all my information, thinking he would set up an appt. Never heard from anyone until 5:45 that evening, when I received a text that he was on his way to look at the job. I told him that wasn't going to work, I was not home and it was getting dark outside, and I was not going to do this in the dark. Wanted to know who was home to show him the work, he was busy the rest of the week. Then he said he could come the next day (Wednesday) at 3:00. Never showed up and never called again! Evidently this company really doesn't want the work. Poor customer service.

These guys are great. The work is fantastic and the employees are friendly and professional. The prices are fair and I recommend them to anyone looking for fence work.

I am an engineer, and I know good craftsmanship. Fence Builders is THE place to go! Armando showed up right on time, did what he said he would do and the bill was exactly what was quoted over the phone. This was a big project for me; this fence really changed the look of my yard. It's perfect. We don't need to take down that old fence any more; this one looks better than the wood we had before.

They were very professional and I am really satisfied with the work they did. They built my fence in no time, installed it very fast and protected everything around because they were so careful! Armando was great too! He was communicative before and after the job was done keeping me informed every step of the way. He is a nice guy and very knowledgeable in what he does.
