I needed a new clicker for the community and HOA told me to contact Park Pro. Called and got redirected to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and took a week to respond and got my clicker and it did not work. I called them and left left message regarding the issue and gave about a week for responding but got nothing. I kept on calling regarding this and I also email programming department but no answer till I kept on calling the office because it has been 3 weeks since they charged my card and gave me the defective clicker. Finally got an email back and said that he will reset the clicker. Well... It only works for 2 days that I know of and IT IS NOT WORKING again. I had to contact the office again and getting redirected to voicemail and wrote an email with a video detached showing the clicker not working. It has been more than a month now with the same issue and no one can help.

ParkPro requested 50% down for our gate project, which we paid promptly weeks prior to the installation. A week later (out of the blue) we received a lien notice from AZ Lien Service representing ParkPro threatening to slander title to our property when we made a good faith down payment and no work had been performed as of yet. We have given notice to ParkPro that under no circumstances are they ever permitted to place anything of record against this property or the company and individuals involved will be held personally accountable. We have worked with countless subcontractors on 14 construction projects and never has one acted in this fashion. ParkPro completed the project as contracted and we have paid ParkPro per the contract. It wasn’t a fun experience and nobody needs to go through this when there are so many other gate companies operating in the Phoenix area. We will run a title check upon completion of the construction project and take the appropriate legal action if it is found they slandered title to the property.

This will be a biased review seeing in how I am employed here and with that being said this company strives to be the best. The employees and the clients are treated as family as well as friends. I have been in the industry since the mid 90s and this is where I will retire. Please contact Park Pro for all of your automation needs as well as a number of security needs like video surveillance and access to any properties including but not limited to remote and or onsite programming. Please contact Park Pro for any inquiries involving current or future properties, it being residential and or commercial.

Simply need to get a gate code for my new apartment. Called the provided number on a Monday at 10 am. Normal business hours. Was sent to a nice woman who redirected my call straight to a voice mail asking me to send an email to complete the process, with no context as to what information should be contained in said email... Leaving me bewildered.
How does one activate a gate code if the company doesn’t tell you what you need to activate that gate code? Real dumb business move. Real dumb.

Called, and was told I am going to put you on hold was how the phone was answered. I have left two voicemails and my phone calls have yet to be returned. My credit card has been charged for a gate remote that was promised to be delivered a week ago but still have not recieved. I was never sent any confirmation or tracking information. If I had a choice, I would never do business with this company.

I don't like service companies. I don't like their goals, their charges, and their markup. They generally seem to turn a $100 part into a $500 bill.

Park Pro clearly isn't running a charity, but in the world of expensive gates, it's difficult to find someone who knows how the gates work. And the parts are typically not off of the shelf, so it's hard to trouble shoot it unless you have the parts and the expertise.

They have the parts and they have the expertise.

It's not a charity, it's a business. But, I'm giving them 5 stars because for a company this large they are responsive, honest, and while hardly cheap the markup is visible at perhaps 35% and the labor rates are basically fair for the quality of people that they put on the job.

I wish that there were someone cheaper and smaller (as in one guy and a truck) that I could use, but as big repair companies go they are pretty good.

They are horrible all the way around. They don't answer the phone. They don't call you back. Manager is really rude. It's like they aren't even running a company. The bill was wrong. Just lazy service and management. Also, all the good reviews on here are from there own employees. The tech and I had a nice chat.

I have used Park Pro for the last 3 yrs. the response time is second to none as is the quality of work i have received. The cost for services provided has been reasonable. prior to that i experienced various substandard services. I highly recommend Park Pro.

Almost half of the time our community gate is NOT working. These guy simply do not know what they are doing. We saw their technician fixing our gate twice a week, even 3 times a week for some weeks.

Absolutely worst gate company I have ever seen and heard of.

I only gave 4 stars because our room was all the way in the back-exactly where I did NOT want to be. Other than that everything was great and we had a magical time.

They string you along, not fixing your gate until the warranty runs out then want to charge you several hundreds of dollars to fix it...
