We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! We would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to Ben, Steve, Garron, Aaron, and Brandon. You all were a pleasure to work! Our bathrooms are beautiful! -Thank you!

We love our new Bathroom and Master bedroom remodel just recently completed. We had the tub removed and a large shower installed in it's place. New modern ceramic wood looking tiles and French patio doors in lieu of window. The project did come with some frustrations of additional costs that should have been assessed in the beginning. They utilize a new portal but it needs to include emailing directly from portal. We are not sure everyone knew how to utilize it. We experienced some delays that could have been prevented. Our superintendent, Will Stubblefield, was wonderful, responsive and flexible. He called or text us back timely. He was professional and friendly as were all the workers that came in to do their part of the project. They tried to keep the dust to a minimum. They each cleaned up after themselves.

Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

All of the projects that Homework Remodels did for me where top quality, finished on time and in budget. Thanks to Steve and his team for a great job!

Everyone I worked with from the beginning to end was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Matthew Hawkins did a great job of helping me design my perfect dream shower that would meet all my needs and not have anything I didn't really need. Shane Whitmore ensured everything I chose would work out as needed and kept me in the loop on the process. Lyle and William did a great job installing my shower and making sure everything was placed as I wanted. They worked hard with my shower being on the third floor and kept everything neat and clean when they left. I definitely plan to use Dreamstyle again when I am ready to replace my other shower.

The technician did a great job and at a fair price. I will use this company again.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose’ Granda and Graco Home remodeling. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently and to our liking. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. We interviewed three different contractors when we decided to remodel our Scottsdale home, but Shannon Terembes and Five40 Remodeling stood out as the clear winner for a number of reasons. To start, we knew that his company had completed many remodels, and would therefore have the knowledge and experience to give remodeling advice. We also felt that they had probably already come across any problems that might arise with our project, and therefore, would know how to successfully deal with them. In addition, Shannon informed us that when they start a project, they work through to completion without jumping around to other projects. This was a huge selling point for us, as we had never experienced a contractor that had worked this way – with most juggling multiple projects at the same time and not showing up for days at a time due to being on another job site.

The entire project was well orchestrated from quote to completion and the work was of superior quality and craftsmanship. The crew did what they said they were going to do, including showing up at our house on time each day and focusing on what they had told us would be happening that day. Nearly a year and a half after the completion of our remodel, we came across a concern with one of our cabinets and notified Shannon, who responded that very day and had scheduled a repair within a week. We couldn’t be happier with our remodel and for selecting Five40 Remodeling.

Horrible experience with this company! Actually they do mot deserve any kind of star! The secretary lady seemed to be very nice so i trusted they were a good company until i met the main boss contractor Tim! He is very rude and definately has an Anger problem & should never be a part of a business if you do mot know how to be professional about it! I had them do a releveling service for me on my double wide trlr but come to find out i was told they could not do it due how bad it measurements were from one end to the other so they could not relevel it so was told to just get my refund and find someone else to do the job so thats what i went to the office for on monday but instead got a rude awakening from how theyre real true colors are and was even threatened to be picked up and thrown out of there! Very unprofessional and a rip off business so highly do not reccommend this place!! All i can say is Karma's got my back!

The company had a great line of communication with us from start to finish. Did what they promised - completed a bath tub to shower conversion in two days and the end result looks fabulous. There was a little confusion about what add-ons were to be used, but Julio the installer made everything right. I would use this company, and Julio especially, again any time. Wonderful experience.

I had windows replaced. The Project Estimator and Pre-Install Manager were very thorough with explaining the product and the process. The workers arrived on time, were professional, and did an excellent job with installation and clean up. Managers involved with the task gave courtesy calls. The QA Manager came on site to inspect the job quality, review the warranty and payment options. It was an excellent experience from start to finish! I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling!

We had our tub taken out and replaced with a shower in our park model trailer. We are very happy with the results, but I must give the installers Darrell and Stephen a huge shout out. They were very professional, kind courteous. Their total respect for each other was obvious during the whole job. They worked over 12 hours with little break time and cleaned up perfectly. Even though they are Packer and Rams fans, this Seahawk fan would have them back for any job. Thank you.

The toughest thing to find is a good reliable remodeling contractor! If you are in that boat then Offcut is the answer to your problems. Reliable (they show up), amazing service, professional and very skilled at what they do!
