We're in our late 50s and wanted a walk-in tub. We had just built a new home, so things needed to be taken out and a new design installed. Derek came out and sat down with us and helped us understand what could be done and the cost, etc. He was so great to work with... his team was top notch and FAST! We ended up having him customize heavy glass shower doors to go above the walk-in tub. We love them. We couldn't be happier! You can't go wrong with Derek and Aqua Therapy. Aqua Therapy was the fourth and last contractor we consulted to redo our master bathroom. During our first meeting, I got a great feel from Derek as to his sincerity and knowledge and responsibility, and sure enough, he proved all that out. Our bathroom looks beautiful, and he was very good to work with. He was patient witih our selections even if it meant less expensive options, he always let us know what/when the next step in the project would be, and he made himself available for any questions/concerns I had. He is not like many contractors who seem too busy to take/return calls once they get your business. His crew of Jacob and George were very pleasant to have in the house too, and we always felt comfortable with them there. I recommend Aqua Therapy for the whole bath and not just a walk-in tub. They did our shower, walk-in tub, flooring, vanity, lighting, and medicine chests.

Aqua Therapy Tubs replaced our bathtub with a walk in tub , replaced the shower with a new enlarged shower, removed the carpet and replaced with new flooring, and replaced the toilet. Derek and his crew did an excellant job and the custom tile work was installed with incredible detail. Of three bids i received for the job Aqua Therapy Tubs was the lowest. Their work was high quality and the crew was professional. My wife loves the tub and uses daily . The shower is much larger than the original and I enjoy using the shower. I would recommend Aqua Therapy Tubs.

After the job began we decided to extend the shower another 6 inches and Derek's team handled the change with grace and enthusiasm. Derek and his crew did a few projects at our house. While we didn’t have an Aqua Therapy tub, Derek helped us choose a new shower door and installed it. They did a great job. He also replaced a kitchen faucet. We asked if he could put tile on our front and back porch. We love it and continue to get compliments. The work was done as promised and done well. This company does not stand up to their honor. 1st off they waited until the end of the installation to tell me they didn’t have the shower door I wanted but would give me a better / more upgraded one. Since my shower was almost finished I told them okay. But the bottom of the shower door is not even attached to the shower so water can come through it.
They stated if their is anything wrong they will guarantee to come ‘ fix it I told the rep Derek I had issues but do to unforeseen circumstances I had to be out of town for awhile & would let him know when I returned. Upon returning I left a message & texted him with no response.
With the money spent on this shower I would expect it to be perfect.

Derek went over all options for my dad, to best fit him with a tub that would meet all his needs without trying to price gouge us. I hired Aqua Therapy Tubs after hiring a contractor to tile my shower and the result turning out pretty bad. I had already spent money on the first guy and was in a bind to get the tile fixed before renting out the place.

The team that came to fix the shower was incredibly nice, professional, and experienced. They were able to salvage most of what the other guy did and delivered a high-quality shower at a reasonable price.

OMG!!! We are in heaven!!! We remodeled our upstairs master bathroom to accommodate my pending hip re-replacement which would require a 3 month recovery. I needed a handicap accessible bathroom! Derek suggested an Aqua Therapy Tub with jets, light therapy, and macro bubbler to exfoliate the skin and leave it baby soft. It’s AMAZING!!! I highly recommend the tub! Derek also extended the shower to accommodate a wheelchair and added a handheld shower head along with a rain shower head. The shower experience is just as amazing as the tub...well, almost! Derek’s work is phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable, detailed and meticulous with his work. And he is very accommodating and easy to work with. We recently had a backsplash installed. Derek was very professional, very friendly, and very helpful. His installer, Russ, was very nice as well. The backsplash is beautiful and they definitely know what they are doing. My husband and I are very pleased. Derek and Russ made it as convenient as possible for me by doing the legwork, picking up the product, and making sure everything was ready to go. Following installation, Derek applied a stone enhancer which was not included in his estimate. I appreciate those small touches and it meant a lot to me as I am not familiar with caring for backsplashes. We will definitely call Derek at Aqua Therapy Tubs in the future for all of our tile redecorating needs.
