Couldn't be any happier. Conor arrived on time, worked efficiently, was extremely professional and courteous. Took the time to explain every detail and his work is amazing. Installed 3 new ceilings with all new wiring and replaced my bathroom fans. Great attention to detail! Highly recommended!

SHEWORKS installed a cable sleeve and extra electrical outlet. The service was good, but the technician had to return to fix some minor damage caused to our exterior stucco. Liz promptly addressed the issue and immediately sent the technician to make the repairs. We are happy with the service.

She works did an amazing job! They did all the drywall, flooring & electrical work for my wife's she shed. It looks awesome and everyone I worked with was very friendly and professional! I would highly recommend them!

While trenching to run underground power the electrician cut multiple water drip system lines. I mentioned the issue on the spot sense the lines were clearly visible and was told everything was fine. I trusted the electrician & noticed days later the ground was sinking & the water lines were ruptured. I was lied to and my concerns were disregarded. The company took multiple days to respond to my issue and in order to stop the leak I spent part of my day fixing the problem. They than had the nerve to offer me $12 for the repair not taking in account my time and the frustration. Very deceitful and untrustworthy. Think twice before choosing them.

SHEWORKS handled multiple electrical issues during my recent move. They were professional, timely, reasonably priced, and almost most importantly were able to think on their feet and solve little problems. Never once did they say sorry can't fix that -- they fixed everything and wore a smile the entire time. Highly recommend!

SHEWORKS is AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond for me, and we’re so incredibly kind and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better group to work with and have install my lights for me. They did a wonderful job and I am so pleased with how everything looks. I highly recommend them, you will not regret it! :)

Arrived promptly. Installed ceiling fan on balcony and corrected faulty switch issue. Corrected switch issue for patio fan. Addressed breaker trips. Inspected breaker panel for homeowner to advise on breaker replacement.

They are scheduled to do our panel next week but our AC and pool pump stopped working before our appointment. I Emailed Susan to check if they can come, she responded quickly. They came and trouble shoot the pump and had our AC up and running! Thank you soooo much! Life saver!!! ?

Called in for a quote. They advised I would get an email but I never did. If a quote is hard to get I figured service will be similar. Gave them 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt.

SheWorks did an extraordinary job replacing all electrical wiring and switches after rodent ate away wire covering under our mobile home. They arrived on time, completed all work, cleaned up and only charged what they quoted even though this job was much more extensive than anticipated. I highly recommend them without any reservations!

This company is amazing!! These women in the office & owner run this company in a way that all companies should. Especially companies that do remodeling or electrical work. Elizabeth the owner took the extra time to understand what we needed & to be clear about the area we needed it in. It was the absolute difference in us getting all the work done we were looking for at this moment. They came out 2 days after I contacted them, which was great.
We had a ceiling fan installed that needed a fan box installed for the fan to be secure, also a light added to a dark hallway & the bathroom vent fan replaced.
All for an amazing price for the quality of work & what also compared to quotes from other companies we have received.
Jordan was outstanding! He worked fast but efficiently & with quality, knowledge & care. He made sure to cover the area he was working on & then actually cleaned up any mess he may have made, not just seem like he had. I've had work done before by others & they've always managed to leave some sort of dust or debris.
We will 1000% be using them again soon. Especially for our kitchen remodeling for sure! I greatly appreciate the entire experience. It's nice to get great service with affordable prices as it seems to be a lost art now days.

From the initial estimate to the end, they were fast and friendly, with quality service. They had 4 projects and we're done within hours, brought their own vacuum to clean up the mess, and they were honest about what wasn't their tool and what was. We love them!!

Wanted to love this service as the reviews had been so good, but I had definite problems with the cost and response to my concerns. Originally quoted $272 for the repair of two items with the approximate time of 2 hours to complete. Only one item was able to be completed: the installation of a GFCI outlet. Electrician was there for a maximum of 40 minutes. My adjusted bill was $206, which I felt was exorbitant. Tried working with Elizabeth to adjust the bill and there was NO compromise, even after I called 6 electricians and got quotes between $125-$150. I will not be using this company again.

Jordan was on time if not early, clean and efficient when working and picking up after himself. Knowledgeable with sharing the ring app and making sure my camera and lighting worked. He changed out the flood light sensors in my back yard as well. I would definitely work with SHEWORKS anytime and refer to anyone needing electrical and home improvements. My sister-in-law referred us to The Handy Connection. We desperately needed to replace our smoke detectors and THC was responsive and completed the job on time and quickly. Super professional and careful in removing the old smoke detectors, while adding the new ones and confirming each one functioned properly.

I had no idea THC offered so many services... We will definitely reach out for future remodels and repairs in the future. Great work and highly recommended!

Elizabeth and her team give outstanding service. They prepped the exterior of my house with some major wood repair work for painting. They also installed new exterior lighting fixtures and weather stripping. They were communicative, punctual, and very detailed. They cleaned up after working. Simply the best.

They broke my water heater and then said they didn't and wants me to pay for it now

SHEWORKS was very responsive, provided a fair estimate, and did a great job! The drywall expert, Colin, was professional and thorough; he repaired >20 areas where a different contractor had made cuts to install ceiling LED lights and dimmers. Colin arrived on time, was friendly, and didn't leave a mess.

SheWorks came to my rescue when I had an electrical issue during a remodel. Each employee has been easy to work with and very accomodating with my schedule, my needs and even helped me with a demo problem outside of the electrical scope of work. I can highly recommend their business and will call them again when the need arises.

For my particular job they were able to give me an estimate via email and they stuck to it. They came out on short notice. The electrician that came out (Hiram), was on time, professional and personable. He did great work and clean up after himself as well.

Of all of the contractors I’ve had in during a kitchen remodel Sheworks was the most professional. They even vacuumed up dust from the drywall they had to cut to add outlets and lights. SHEWORKS WORKS! They did a great job on my house with both interior and exterior electrical work and amazing drywall patch work. They covered up all the poor craftsmanship that was done before SHEWORKS came through. This was Day 1 and it could not have gone better. The demo team was professional and a lot fun and made sure that the job site was clean and we were happy before the left for the night. Looking forward to seeing the completed project.

Premium services. As a repeat customer I requested mask and shoe covers, which were honored. Floors and furniture were covered before any work began. Finished project, four canned lights for living room and two canned lights for closet. These updates and upgrades have made a huge difference to our home.

SHEWORKS has been amazing for our remodel project! From start to finish they have been professional, timely and responsive.

I hope my review will steer you away from pursuing business with Handy Connection. We initially reached out to Elizabeth Evans based on many of the reviews seen below, but our family has had a significantly different experience that we wanted to share.

Elizabeth came out to our home for an estimate for some electrical work. She explained to us that she typically prices out the work two ways, one with an hourly rate and another with a per item cost. Her ploy is to list two prices, but you will end up paying the higher price anyway.

They grossly overestimate their ability to perform the work they agreed upon. While a single fan and switch was added to my project, the initial timeframe to complete the work went from 4 hours to 5 separate visits to home. This is due to multiple damages that were created while attempting to complete the project. Between visits she left us with holes in our home both inside and out. Even more concerning is that I had to plead with her to come back between visits to finish the job, but she was reluctant per her own accord based on late-night drinking.

We payed for 2 skilled electricians to perform the work, but Elizabeth Evans showed up with her office secretary who per own admission it was her first time on a job site.

Her attempt to repair the damages that were created were incredibly poor. I had enough of her craftsmanship and did not wish for her to perform any additional work on our home. We asked her to not return.

Subsequently, I received a bill for an amount that was never agreed to. She never provided written change orders for pricing. The predatory billing is incredibly unethical.

I offered to pay the original amount and pay someone else to complete the work that they were incapable of satisfactorily completing. They refused and threatened to place a lien on our home over a difference of a couple hundred dollars. Complaints have been filled with the. BBB and ROC.

Trust me, there are better electricians out there. I urge you to please avoid using Elizabeth Evans, save yourself headaches, time, and endless frustration.

CAUTION: THEIR RESPONSE IS A LIE.
1) I NEVER REQUESTED TO HAVE TWO PRICING OPTIONS, THIS WAS OFFERED TO ME.
2) I ADDED A FAN AND SWITCH --> THIS EQUATED INTO 5 ADDITIONAL VISITS TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
3) WORK THAT WAS ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WE ELECTED TO NOT PERFORM (I.E. INSTALLING CAMERAS), YET WE ENDED UP WITH A SIGNIFICANTLY LARGER BILL TO ADD A SINGLE FAN AND SWTICH.
4) THE ADDITIONAL PRICING WAS NEVER DISCUSSED.
5) I NEVER THREATENED TO BLAST YOU, NOT SURE WHAT THAT EVEN MEANS. I DO WANT TO WARN PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS.
6) I'VE OFFERED TO PAY THE ORIGINAL INVOICE FOR THE WORK PLUS THE FAN, NOT YOUR BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING WITH 2X THE LABOR COSTS. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OTHER COMPANY'S ESTIMATES, JUST YOUR OWN.
