Best Service And Repair in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Jeremy was one of the only contractors that reached out to me, out of the many I contacted, calmed my nerves and walked me through ever step! My house feels like a different home! This is actually a tough review for me as I think the people (installers) at Dreamstyle were good dudes and overall I guess I'm satified with Dreamstyle for what it cost. But I am in the unique position of having both Anderson Windows and Dreamstyle work on my home. If I'm going to be honest, if you have the money ,go with Anderson Windows. The is nothing horribly wrong with Dreamstyle and Pella windows, but the process, quality, and follow through experience was night and day different with Anderson windows. I had the majority of my home (more than 5 windows and Sliding doors done with Anderson which was VERY expensive. So for the last three small windows I was looking to hopefully save some money and Dreamstyle was at least half the price for the last than Anderson quote. So even though I got the savings, I feel quality , workmanship , and communication, payment options are more organized and better with Anderson Windows. They all have disclaimers about cosmetic damage to the home and stucco, but for some reason for these last windows with Dreamstyle there was a LOT more damage/repair needed than with ALL the installs of Anderson windows. (I have included some photos to show some of the mess left and also the minor inside putty and paint work I will need to do now that the window have been installed as an example.) Again I'm sure these windows will be fine and hopefully last as long as warranty claims, and for cost savings I'll live with it. But I really feel this is one of those cases where you sorta get what you pay for. Im just trying to be honest.

Tony Chayrez was the foreman on our project. He was awesome to deal with. Always returned messages in a timely manor and always was pleasant to talk to. Also, a shout out to Dmitriy Agarkov. He was our design man and made many suggestions that we followed and turned our project into a beautiful masterpiece. We couldn't be more leased with our home remodel.

On time, on budget, excellent work! What more could you ask for from a contractor remodeling your bathroom? They were as easy as it gets to work with. Highly recommend hiring these guys for your next remodel project.

I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

There have been so many moments when I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we hired the right company for our kitchen renovation.

We knew it when we did the first interview and Paul came to our house, took measurements, listened to our needs, and responded with drawings the next day.

We knew it when he candidly said “You’re not going to be happy with that tile” because he’d really listened to us and understood the look we wanted.

We knew it when they reimagined a coffee bar as a popcorn bar to accommodate my husband’s prized movie theater popcorn popper.

And we know it every day when we walk into our gorgeous new kitchen and our jaws still drop.

I can’t recommend Neoteric Builders LLC highly enough. I can’t wait to bring them back to rework our fireplace and surrounding built-ins.

After having nightmare experiences with other contractors Good Guys was a breath of fresh air. They listened to what I wanted and after the very first visit gave me a design that was almost exactly what I had envisioned. They also had great suggestions for things I had not considered. They communicated with me every step of the way, even providing pictures and updates via their app while I was traveling. They were very respectful of me and my space and it was the cleanest construction project I have ever lived through. Of course there were a few challenges and changes along the way but they handled them professionally and I never felt like they were trying to increase the scope to increase the budget. I will not hesitate to use them on my next project!

Veny and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom and BBQ.It was a big job and he came in on budget ,on time and the workmanship was very professional.Would definitely recommend AZ Granite !!!
