Best Replace in Phoenix AZ

The guys were wonderful, cleaned up as they went, very respectable and worked well together. Very professional and HUMAN. They did a great job, thoughtful, patient and if they came across a problem, they did not make excuses they just moved forward and fixed it. I would recommend them to all my people I know.
I asked for the best crew and I got them.

I filled out some form months ago and now they keep calling me. I've told 3 separate associates that I am not interested in a bathroom remodel. They said okay they will take me off their list, yet they called me the next day. I had to block their number, and yet they still leave me voicemails. How do I get this company to stop calling me? I just checked my phone records and I have received 11 calls and 5 voicemails. Please stop harassing me.EDIT: About 30 minutes after writing this review, they called me on an 800 number. I may need to look into a restraining order and/or filing a complaint with the ROC as well.Edit2: Their response below is incorrect. I did not call to make another inquiry. I called and asked them to stop calling me. I blocked so many of their numbers and then they would call me on another number that I hadn't blocked yet. I think I blocked over 5 of their random numbers.

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

The guy described to me all the steps of bathroom remodeling, the whole team was punctual and paid keen concentration to every small detail that anyone else might have skipped. Their positive approach throughout the project is highly noticeable.

They did work on our bathroom 5 years ago finding out recently. That they cut so many corners on the work they did . Would highly recommend not using them.

No problems with RE-Bath. Our guest bath needed a remodel. The representative came on time, was knowledgeable, no high pressure sales pitch. We felt the quote was fair and in our price range. They gave us an install date.They were on time, said it was a 3 day job and that was exactly what it took to complete. The workers were great, took extra care to cover floors and they kept the dust to minimum. The products used were major company quality.I would definitely use RE-BATH and Kitchens again for the job.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Brandon (owner) went above and beyond and we cannot be more thankful! The hope for a beautiful home remodel had already been crushed by the lack of professionalism and detail from two other companies so our expectations were at an all-time low when Brandon’s tile guys showed up. Daniel and Antonio came in and knocked us off our socks! Their work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism and finish work was absolutely amazing. They fixed and finished work that other tile companies failed to complete and after 5 painful months, Daniel and Antonio turned our house into a home. I HIGHLY recommend Holtzman Home Improvement for all projects and will absolutely call Brandon for any of our future projects.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Better Bath remodeling was the best thing that happened to us this year. I think we can all agree 2020 was a train wreck. Before this year though we had our master bathroom get completely wrecked because we made the mistake of using family. We haven't had a functioning bathroom in a couple years now because of it. We had multiple companies give us quotes on fixing the damage and never really found a good fit until Michael came by and gave us not only a great quote but good ideas to better the ideas we already had. He worked with us closely until the day came for them to rip up our old bad tile, and they showed up every day until our bathroom was complete. Which only took a week and a half. It was truly a great experience, every other aspect of home ownership when it comes to remodeling has sucked so far, but i'm glad we found better bath. We will be using them for all our future homes in the valley.

Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

No one can ever know that this place had undergone demolition just a few hours ago. Hats off to their professionalism.
