Sunset Tile & Bath

We have had both our Kitchen and just now our Master Bath remodeled by Sunset, and are very happy with the results. We worked with Audra on both projects, and she did a great job designing spaces that were both beautiful and functional. We especially appreciate that their workmen showed up on time, and were respectful of our home. We may even have to move so that we can find a reason to do another project with them.?

Mark & his crew at Sunset Tile & Bath are very talented & will rebuild or remodel just about any bathroom or kitchen you would present to them. Though remodels take time, my condo was remodeled to precision & I could not be happier. I had no communication issues, nor did I have any issues with the crew that worked on my place. They kept it clean & professional. The one con about the work done, is that I had to wait a couple of months, due to the high volume of work this crew must accomplish. If you want quality work, this crew is most certainly worth the wait.

We just went through Sunset Tile and Bath to have our tub removed and shower elongated. We found this the best experience we have ever had with a business. Everyone who we had contact with from Mark M. to Christian with his beautiful tile setting, Mark R, Paul, the plumbers were all courteous, patient, honest and highly skilled. We absolutely love our new shower and would highly recommend Sunset Tile and Bath.

Sunset Tile and Bath is a Top Shelf company. The quality of work is unsurpassed. For my bathroom I had 5 companies come in quote both the shower only and a full bathroom remodel. The prices I received were laughable except from Sunset. They were 7-8K less than Rebath and Kitchens for the full bathroom. This project was a full custom job, cabinets, countertop, luxury shower and floor. I could not believe the value I received. I am the son of a very picky architect who grew up in a house with installations made with extreme quality materials and craftsmanship. These guys only take so many jobs a month, so they don’t rush your job, which means you’re going to wait awhile. But it is WELL worth the wait.

A couple of weeks after signing the bathroom contract Mark came in and looked at my kitchen. When he emailed me the quote I was pleasantly stunned. When I saw the price for all new cabinets and a countertop vs refacing and new countertop, I was at his shop in less than a half hour signing the contract with deposit in hand. He came up with a complete reorganization of my kitchen freeing up or making easily accessible spaces that had been very difficult to use for 22 years.

Mark and his staff are very good at what they do. I strongly recommend that you check these folks out if you’re doing a remodel. I honestly thought they were going to be way to expensive, but they proved to be by far the best of the best for quality, value and affordability.

Sunset Tile is like a well oiled machine. We had a complete bathroom remodel. They are busy and we were on the list four months. It was completely worth the wait. They showed up everyday they said they would and cleaned up before they left. Our project manager was Kevin and Luis was the main employee on site. A big shout out to them and all the other employees involved. We will not shop around for our kitchen remodel. We will go directly to Sunset.

Sunset Tile completely remodeled our kitchen. They helped re-design and document the layout and detailed the cabinets and supplies. Their attention to detail, professionalism and craftsmanship resulted in a kitchen we love and enjoy everyday. Highly recommend Sunset Tile!

Three years ago, Sunset installed a new tile shower enclosure in our master bathroom. It turned out beautifully so of course we used them a second time in December to also remodel the guest bathroom. They installed a tile enclosure with a new bathtub, as well as replaced counter tops and sinks in both bathrooms. Again, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them.

Sunset Tile did a terrific job on our kitchen and bathrooms remodel. Mark was great to work with through the design phase, and he had some great suggestions to improve the functionality of our kitchen. Paul and his crew were very professional and always left our house very clean each day throughout the remodel process. They were highly recommended by a couple of friends that had used them , and we are completely happy with the work they did for us. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing some remodeling in their home.

Needed new shower enclosure in master bath. Audra was great to work with to get estimate and schedule work, Kevin and his team were great, professional, on-time, polite. Yes, it took several months from start to finish but I'm very happy with the results.

Mark was very knowledgeable and helped us design our new bathrooms, with lots of great suggestions. Every detail was explained ahead of time and the entire process was very smooth. Mark and Kevin’s team were professional, neat and tidy, and masters at their craft. We are looking forward to updating our kitchen later this year and we will be going back to Sunset Tile and Bath.

We contracted with sunset tile & bath to remodel one of our bathrooms.Mark created a detailed plan of the project, helped us with picking out the right materials and fixtures. on the contract he listed exactly what work would be done and what materials would be used. The project was started on the date promised and completed when promised, even though we added additional work. all the workers were very professional and courteous. the project turned out far better than we had anticipated.we couldn't be more satisfied. we would highly recommend Sunset Tile & Bath.

I had my master bathroom remodeled a couple of months ago. What a amazing experience dealing with Mark and his staff. Mark did a outstanding job working with my wife helping her design the bathroom. Everything turned out better than expected we love our walk in showroom and the quality of the work was top notch. Paul did a great job of coming in everyday to check on the progress and helped out. I have another bathroom that I will need done and I know who I will call. The employee's working there are the best and very good at there craft. If anyone needs a bathroom remodeled this company is the best in town.

We used Sunset Tile & Bath for our master bathroom and now we are having them do our kitchen. They are wonderful to work with....professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They spent quality time with us to make our design decisions and then the construction process for our bathroom was carried out with the same level of service and completed on time. I would highly recommend Sunset Tile & Bath. We had a total remodel of our master bathroom, including new walls, new linen closet, new vanity, new sinks, new faucets, new mirror, new window, new fan, new lights, new toilet, new tiled floor, new everything and most importantly, a new tiled shower. The quality of their workmanship is commercial grade or more. Kevin (project manager) is the best at keeping you informed each day. The project did take a bit longer than the original time estimate, but from my vantage point, I would rather have the job done correctly, then rush through it. Don't think twice.....hire these guys!!

From the initial estimate to the final touch these folks were professional and a delight to work with. The project manager, Kevin, kept us fully aware of exactly when his guys would show up and what was scheduled to be done. Everyone was prompt, pleasant and highly skilled. Couldn't be happier with our new bathroom.

Sunset Tile & Bath Have completed 3 relatively major upgrades for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area since 2017.. most recently this January. They have always been on time, giving prior notice on arrival. and have always done a first-rate job being mindful of cleanliness and being responsive to our requests. Of particular note is Audra Lamb, who has alway delivered on commitments and has offered valuable counsel for our projects. Also needing special recognition is Cesar Lopez, a true craftsman who takes emense pride in his work and is truly a perfectionist in everything he does.

Very rude unprofessional people. They are too busy to be polite. I asked one too many questions about my quote on the phone to Audra the decorator and she freaked out at me. The manager explained her behavior that she stressed. No apology. We will go where our business is appreciated and the employees are polite.

Sunset Tile remodeled our master bathroom with a new walk in shower along with all new wall and floor tile. Excellent job and we are completely happy with the finished project.

Rudest salesperson I have ever encountered told us they were not a reseller contactor only. Told them I wanted to have someone install a custom shower, told us they were not even interested in talking to us until November, but feel free to look around.

I had my bathroom remodeled a few years back and I used Sunset Tile. I found them online and after speaking to Mark and visiting with him I decided to hire him for the job. He did great work and years later we’re still very happy with everything that was done. Thanks Mark.

Had Sunset Tile and Bath quote us on a remodel of our master bath.We wanted the old shower torn out and replaced with a new shower with a pony wall and glass on top of the pony wall with no shower door.They suggested several different tile options based on what we told them we were looking for and we actually chose several of their recommendations.They also suggested a niche for shampoo,etc and a row of special accent tile.They did an excellent job and their workers were some of the most meticulous workers we have ever had do any work for us.We will definitely use them again if we redo the guest bath.

Sent a request for a shower rennovation quote on their website. A few days later I get an email telling me they only work in the north valley, citing east valley cities they wont do work like Gilbert, Mesa, etc. I respond with my location in the west valley-not sure if I’m “north” enough for them but either way I expected at least the courtesy of a response of either they wont work in my area or they will. A week later, still no response. Also, when they first responded they said their first opportunity for a quote would be Feb 20, 3 weeks out from my request. I guess they don’t need the work. Wouldn’t hire them now just for being rude and unprofessional.

Our bathroom is so gorgeous! Next is our kitchen, I'm so excited. Looks like a gorgeous new home!

Stopped in to see about a bathroom remodel. First off the photos here on Google are very misleading this place is tiny with a small selection of tile and cabinets, no tubs or shower to look at. When we walked in the gentleman working was with some customers and came up to us and with not even a greeting I'm with customers zero customer service skills.

The team was very talented and conscientious!
We are very picky to please and they met our expectations!
